We just bought an older car from Tony. We went in looking at newer ones but decided since it was a car for the grandson to go with an older model.Tony was great. He never pushed us to buy but offered to let us know if someone else was interested in the same vehicle while we decided. True to his word, he called to let us know and was very gracious when we told him to go ahead with the sale.We went back and looked at the older car. He told us what was wrong with any car and gave us a great deal on the little Ford we bought.My grandson loves it and we are very happy with the experience.We would highly recommend High Crest Auto.

Tony has never pushed me to buy anything and lets me test drive different vehicles so I know if I like it or not. He has always been fair and if I noticed something wrong he fixes it. I recommend people there all the time.

We have bought a total of 4 cars from Hi crest and all 4 have been junk. We ve had transmission issue, motor issues, and our latest car has so many leaks. We bought a 2014 Kia and when we got it, it would make a noise from the motor. They told us that it was fine. Fast forward 8 months later and we are trading it in. They then tell us that it was never suppose to make that noise and that my engine is failing. They then deny that they ever sold it to us like that! A couple weeks ago we got a 2013 ford escape and was told that everything was great! Well the next day it starts leaking. We take it back and BILLY throws a fit about fixing it, even getting in my husbands face. When I went to pick up my car he says that everything is fixed. With it. (The turbo was leaking and I had an oil leak). After picking up my car we have had my car in the shop 3 times. They did not fix the oil and turbo leak like they said they would and now I have problems with my axel. DO NOT BUY FROM HI CREST. I will say tho that Tony and his momma are the sweetest people out there. But his brother Billy is one swore chap!

I paid 7500 for my Mercury Mountaineer luxury all wheel drive with 4 wheel drive option. It was a one owner and had only a hundred and eighteen thousand miles 4 going on 18 years of age. The vehicle is like new no tears and leather seats and entertainment system works great flat screen TVs in at work great. There's no rest on the body and no body damage. Hi Crest auto I was so certain it was a good vehicle I paid 2000 for 3 years coverage on all major parts with zero deductible including my air conditioning unit. It is worth the stop to check out. They fix everything right there at the dealership and even have their own tow business. Very honest family-run business. You will not be disappointed. I recently bought a Cadillac from them as well 2008 88000 miles like new very pleased.

Nice small town all makes dealership and shop. Had a great experience buying a used Jeep Liberty here many years ago. Recently needed some assistance bending a piece of pipe. The shop helped me and I was on my way very quickly after some great service.

I took my car to this shop to get repaired, overheated.They said they ran all the test and let my car out.a week later it overheated and i called to get it back in and they started arguing with me and not explaining what they did to fix my car.i spent so much money just to have my car still overheat.

Hi-Crest has sold me 3 vehicles over the years. Mr. Stuart had been a good listener. I am happy with the friendly way that they do business. Keep up the good work selling vehicles and treating the customers of South West Iowa with respect!!!

Dont take your car here! First of all they are impossible to get ahold of, and will keep adding parts without authorization. My car was in their shop for nearly a month and never got fixed. I had to replace a brake switch I asked them to do and to my displeasure I found they left all my wiring harnesses and control modules lose and just shoved the panel back up. Luckily they were to unorganized to send me a bill yet.

Employees are ready to help anyway they can as soon as you pull in. Or for wrecker service as soon as you call. Very good selection of vehicles. Hometown down to earth good family people. Check them out for sure.

I stopped by to wash my car. The head mechanic in the shop was spraying out the bays. A dude pulled up behind me, he clearly had gotten stuck in a mud hole..The head mechanic, I wish I knew his name, told the guy to leave.. "I'm cleaning out the bays.... (something I couldn't hear)"Dude leaves. If I hadn't already put my money in, I'da left too. Won't be back.Who turns away a car wash at a car wash?
