We brought in our car for a wheel bearing replacement. The work was completed in about 3 hours. When I picked up the car, the ABS & traction control lights were on. Upon inspection, it was found that a sensor was broken during the initial repair. Lonny got the part ordered and replaced the next day free of charge. Heartland is consistently professional, honest and reliable. We have done business here for years and will continue to do business here in the future.

I have a 5-star experience every time I take our company vehicles to the Creston staff at Heartland Tire and Auto. The are accommodating, fast and thorough. It's great service for a great value.

I have used this place for years. Always satisfied. Lonnie is great and pleasant to deal with. Only reason for 4 stars is the condition of my vehicle when its returned to me. I keep my truck detailed at all times. Immaculate condition. The mechanics need to keep the dirt in the shop. One time when I got in my truck I had dirt all over my steering wheel and all down my drivers door panel. I was so pissed I couldn't go back in and complain. It wouldn't have went well. I was there again recently and again dirt along the kick panel when you get into the truck and all over my floor mat. Not just a little either. I showed lonnie and explained my last experiences to him from before. He said "Its Just shop dust off the floor". Exactly! Keep it there is my opinion. Not all over the inside of my truck!!!! One more time and I will go elsewhere for my repairs!

Had tire problems on the road which left me stranded. Called Heartland Tire for roadside assistance and they were quick to respond. In short order they were able to get my tires replaced and had me back on the road. I was treated well and actually pleasantly surprised when given the bill. They really don't listen to you as a customer. Seemed disappointed I was in there for an oil change. While I was waiting I heard a guy walk back in after his tire fell off of his car. I will not be back here.

These guys were amazing! We blew a tire on our camper. We brought the tire in thinking that the rim was ruined but these guys were able to buff the rim and put a new tire on in within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. They saved our camping trip and we didn't have to run all over trying to find someone to fix it! Thanks again Thomas and team!Service: Tires

Amazing service!! I had to have my car towed there at closing because it wouldn't start, they had a new starter replaced and me back on the road by 9:00 the next morning. I take my car there for oil changes and tire rotations and always have great service. Shout out to Lonnie for helping me.

I've been doing business here for years,but the last experience has me rethinking this. They put new tires on.alignment and brake caliper. Front wheel almost fell off,they did get me a replacement wheel, due to lug nuts loose. The caliper was leaking and the steering wheel was off center.They have fixed the items but never should have happenedServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

They have helped us tremendously. They do wonderful work and get your vehicle in as quick as they can. They work fast as to get your vehicle back to you a soon as possible. This is the place to go for great quality tires and the best prices in town.

The first time I took my old pick up in and told them I needed the noise in rear end gone and 800$ later they replaced bearings in rear-end and told me to come get it then told me it's making a different noise in rear end and didn't know why after I paid my bill.2nd time was getting new tires on my new truck and replaced a ball joint and adjusted my camber . I recently rotated the tires and it took a 6' breaker bar and all of my 228lbs to loosen lugnuts. I have never in my 32 yrs of vehicle ownership every had ALL 24 lugnuts tighter than this . Way over torque spec. They torqued to yield these lugnuts and I think they're a bunch of clowns. There's probably 1 or 2 guys that know their stuff but there is probably 1 or 2 clowns that don't. Take your chances . They're batting 0-2 in my experience. I'd rather go to Walmart next time and thats saying alot .Service: Tires

If you are looking to get a oil change or tires this is a good place but for any auto work I would look elsewhere. Over the last 2 years I've taken my car there twice both times they claimed to fix the problem and both times they didn't fix what the issue but this time I won't returnService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

They stayed open a little late to help us with our tire.. I appreciate this so much. But the employee was not very happy. He seemed to be bothered with us. I still recommend this place. Maybe he was just having a bad day.Service: TiresService: Tires

Usually buy tires here, made the mistake of trying to shop around. After dealing with shops in DM that were more once all the "fees" were added in I ended up back here. Should have gone here to start with as I wasted more time than they took to mount the tires. I have bought 4 sets of tires from them so far and I am done going anywhere else. Guys there know what they are doing and actually care enough to ask questions and set you up right (I was buying trailer tires for a 2K mile trip). Highly recommended.Furthermore, when I put tires on my daughter's Malibu I was shown three options. The tech at the counter (Travis, I think) asked me what these were for and when he found out it was for my daughter he said I would put this set on. The set he recommended was not the highest priced but he mentioned that these were a bit better in snow.

Put on new tires and they were kind enough to place my old tires in plastic bags so the tires wouldn't get the back end of my Rav4 dirty! Thanks guys!
