Took my truck to Jeff to fix my front bumper. The bumper was replaced but my sensors were not alerting me in the truck when it was done. I took it back to him and he wanted me to take the truck (Myself) to the Chevy dealer to have it fixed. So I did so. The Chevy dealer said it was fixed so I went to pick it up and it was NOT fixed. The dealership was closing at the time so they said they would call me the next week and months later I am still waiting for that call! It should NOT be my responsibility to run the truck anywhere and deal with the issue myself. My truck should have been fixed correctly at the body shop. Then I noticed a "Chip" out of the new bumper. I took it back to Jeff and told him how I thought the chip happened and it was my fault and was wondering if chrome actually chips off the bumper. He seemed irritated and was very short with me about it and quite frankly very hasty. I was wondering if it would be under warranty and if not that I would pay to have it fixed. He took a picture of the bumper and said he would get back to me. Well that was about 2 months ago! Customer service at its finest. I will take my business elsewhere.

F&M has consistently provided exceptional service to me for the past five years. They were first referred to me by my insurance company after an accident. I have continued to use them for toes, and most recently to replace windows and perform body work on a vandalized vehicle. Two days later, not only is there not a dent in sight, but, my car was detailed like new. Thank you!!

As a business owner myself I was disappointed in the customer service at F&M. Spoke with Jeff about having a frame straightened. I was just wanting a rough idea as to if he thought the frame could be straitened before I trailered the truck over to have it looked at. I was willing to give a a pretty detailed description as to what manner the frame was bent and where it was bent. I was just looking for a rough idea not a commitment either way. I m sure they have ran into similar bends. Jeff would not even listen to my description and was quite rude about it. I run an automotive repair shop myself and also have fairly extensive body repair experience, so I do have a decent idea of how to describe the damage. I was just surprised he wouldn t take the 2 minutes to listen to what a paying customer had to say.

I have only great things to say. Locked my keys in my car & they came right away.So helpful & fast for good price. Really worth it in those tough times that can happen.
