5/5 Would recommend to anyone in the trucking industry. Jesse and his crew/family went out of there way to get the parts (have new and many used on hand) and move things around to get me back on the road right away. Friendly and knowledgeable the whole way through. The facility was clean and had all the tools and toys to tackle even the wildest of projects. If you are into custom trucks and mods it s honestly worth just swing through to see what cool stuff they are working on. Billing done securely in the palm of your hand, even remotely if needed. It was nice to see a successful family business still going strong! Appreciate you guys!-Taylor S-Nebraska

It was a normal drive until an odd clanking noise turned into a change of plans. Thankfully Diversified Towing pulled through! They made sure I was safe and that my beloved van was going to the best place for service. They ended up going above and beyond with taking me wherever I needed to go. Since I was on a road trip they took me to a hotel of my choice and they were able to get me back on the road first thing in the morning. Shoutout to Brandon for the excellent customer service, tow truck driving, and ultimately being a wonderful person to share a ride with for 45 min! Jesse is incredibly attentive to how he serves his customers and runs his shop. I felt the love. Y all are awesome! You d be lucky to breakdown in their vicinity.

I have got to give Diversified Towing and recovery 10+ stars on the job they did recovering my tractor trailer from a Amish farm delivery. The driveway gave away. My trailer slid down into the grader ditch laying on its side and twisting my semi tractor. Jesse Giza and his crew did an outstanding recovery with extremely minimal damage. I recommend him 100%.

Our box truck broke down in the middle of the night. The Diversified team worked with our rental to recommend cleaner hotels, safe areas to exchange to a new truck and got us to the hotel quickly. Highly skilled, professional company that got us out of a jam late on a Saturday night. Thank you!!

My vehicle caught on fire and was stuck in the middle of the highway and I had never had to call a tow company before. I was worried of how long it'd take but the guy showed up and had my van loaded on the truck fast. He even backed it into my driveway to where I could still get in and out of my garage with my car. Great company and very kind and helpful guys that made my terrible night better. Thanks again for the great service and helping me make sure my vehicle was able to make it home!Thanks to the Osceola, Iowa crew!

Best towing company in Iowa. They really saved my butt after my car blew it's engine on my way to my best friends wedding. Not only did they pick up my car and let me store it at their yard but also let me barrow a truck to make it to the wedding. Five stars doesn't really seem adaquit but it's the most Google will let me give. These guys are truly amazing business men. Very highly recommend if you need a tow in southern Iowa.

Cannot speak highly enough of Diversified! Our travel trailer blew out a wheel bearing on I-35 at Eagleville, MO. I called Diversified and Jesse assured me they could help, but offered me a few other options that might be closer by or faster. Between other tow shops, RV dealers and mobile RV service providers I ended up calling 9 companies and Diversified was the only one that was able to help. They got our travel trailer back to their shop over an hour away and got us fixed up and on the road! Absolutely every person I dealt with at Diversified was fantastic. We were stranded in I-35 & made a call to AAA. Diversified Towing was given our name. Talk about service. Very friendly staff from the owner to the mechanic & also the tow truck driver. They called us numerous times to keep us updated on their arrival time. All personnel were very courteous & took us right to our doorstep. Would definitely use them again (although hopefully we won t need to).

Thank you so much for rescuing me off the highway. I broke down on I-80 just past Stuart, IA. I m glad you were able to get there so quickly and take my car all the way back to my house an hour and a half away! We broke down in our SUV near Stuart, Iowa on I-80 Eastbound while towing a 12 U-Haul trailer with our two dogs. We called roadside assistance for U-Haul, Geico, and AAA who connected us with the owner of Diversified Towing & Recovery, Jesse. He was patient, helpful, and incredibly kind during a situation that was very stressful for us. We were making a move from Idaho to the Northeast, which is stressful enough. Jesse helped us decide on a plan that made the most sense - keeping in mind our hotel reservation in Clive. He got us, our dogs and SUV, and the trailer to the hotel and gave us his card if we needed help the next day.I cannot adequately express how wonderful Jesse is and the service he provided during our time in need - which happened to be a very cold evening on a busy highway.Thank you, Jesse! You re incredible and we appreciate all of your kindness.

DT&R came to my two daughters' rescue when their car broke down unexpectedly 15 minutes out of Des Moines on Good Friday afternoon. The truck driver was prompt, considerate, compassionate, and helped my daughters feel safe and cared for. When I arrived, he was friendly and professional, and transported their car promptly to our preferred repair shop.I highly recommend DT&R and am grateful they are a AAA-approved towing service. Great folks to work with! Smoked a deer carcass late one night and shut my 16' Freightliner down with an air leak. They got right to me and found a drain valve sheared off the air tank. Got the truck patched up enough to make it back to there shop and avoid a tow. The next morning they went right to work with a permanent repair and got me out the door. Thank you!

I had a tire go unexpectedly and completely flat on my way to town, late, on a very cold night. Called Diversified Towing because they were the first 24 hour service I found in my area when I searched on my phone, and I am so glad I did. Even though they were winding down from a busy day, they quickly sent a great guy out to carefully load up my limping car and deliver it to my shop in another town, then deliver me home, all at a very competitive price compared to my previous towing experiences. Impressive flat bed truck, too. They will definitely be my go-to for towing in the future.

Used Diversified Towing on I-80West. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful, definitely professionals. Would recommend them to anyone.Diversified Towing helped me a 2nd time in 30 days, and the 2nd time was identical to the first. What a company. Paul, our tow truck driver was unbelievable friendly, kind, professional, funny and made us feel like family. There was 3 of us traveling from Kansas to Minnesota when our car broke down on a Saturday. Paul even drove us and our car 50 miles to the closest Firestone. Paul was so caring and thoughtful. Paul even called us later that evening to check up on us to make sure we got our rental car to drive back to Minnesota.This company deserves way more than 5 stars!! We can't say enough good things about this company and every employee we encountered there. My husband and I broke down on I-35 between Des Moines and Kansas City on a Saturday morning in our 38' diesel pusher, towing an 18' enclosed trailer with a car inside. Within an hour of hearing about our precarious predicament, Jesse (the owner) and T.J. (the mechanic) arrived with two tow trucks - one for the RV, the other for the trailer. They got us safely off the narrow shoulder of the interstate highway and towed us back to Diversified's repair garage.It took several days and trips to Omaha and Des Moines to get the required parts and we were amazed how quickly TJ was able to install them. He was very thorough in his repairs and, upon his recommendation, we had him replace several aged components while they were easily accessible, knowing we were potentially preventing future breakdowns.Diversified let us stay in our RV the entire time it took to diagnose, get parts, and do the repairs, which ended up being a total of ten days. When the temperatures dropped below freezing, they pulled us inside their building. We were even invited to join them for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Who does that? These amazing folks, that's who!!As stated at the beginning of this review, we cannot say enough good things about the folks at Diversified Towing and Recovery. Jesse is incredible! We got stuck on I-80 with an SUV and trailer and he was right there to help. Towed us in one trip! He was kind enough to offer suggestions and help since we were from out of town.

Thank you for stopping and helping us get our truck to a service station. We were on I-80 near the Atlantic, IA exit when we drove over something that punctured a large hole in our tire. The tire would not come off...we tried everything. Luckily for us, Diversified Towing & Recovery stopped to help. He towed us to a service station he knew of nearby that was willing to get our tire switched out...on a Sunday. Whew! So glad to get back on the road again and get home safely.Service: Car towing

My truck broke down on 25th December the day of Christmas Day!! In Stuart Iowa I can t find mechenic near that also I either don t wanna disturb on Christmas dy I call police department and sheriff from Guthrie center Iowa waa came 50 miles in 45 minutes and dropped me at motel very nice officer it s nice story please read my comment if you need help in future! Next morning I call Freightliner dealer Altoona Iowa they was said we are busy you can bring we will diagnose tomorrow and will see what s next they always takes 2-3daya minimum!! I call diversified towing and they told me they have own shop and certified mechenic and computer all that we need tow guy was came within 45 minutes take my truck with trailer at shop in Creston Iowa about 35-50 miles hour away and they charge just $600 way fair very reasonable price if reckets came and just pull you out from ditch they charge $700-$900 then they diagnose and fixes my issue I was be out from shop within 24 hours !! Awasome. Reasonable and professional people i recommend to all truckers.

We were stranded out on monarch highway in Iowa and honestly had no idea if anyone would be able to come.These guys saved us and then some.We re from Wisconsin and Kansas City, so we didn t know much about the area where we were stranded (near Ocelia, Iowa) and the driver was more than happy to give us some pointers not only for an auto shop, but also a hotel and places to eat.Thank you for taking so much stress off our shoulders.

Thank you for your prompt service. I broke down at 10:30 PM. less than 20 minutes from Des Moines. No towing company close by would help me until 7 or 8 in the morning. I should add that I drive a semi truck hauling doubles. Your company responded 5 hours before the other towing companies closer to me would have. No one is better!3 hours sitting along the road, and 2nd blown out tire, scam from another company who never showed, and a very kind State Trooper recommended this company who became our 'knight in shinning armor.' They promised we would be ok and get to us. On the phone for 30min talking us thru the next steps (all new tires) and where to go, etc.TJ, a driver, followed us to a local campground to make sure we didn't have more issues, and we were able to get some rest. Even offered to park our RV for us. The owner followed up with us the next day to ensure we were able to move on down the road. Excellent service and customer care. Made sure my husband and I were safe and our vehicle taken care if to get us back down the road. Family friendly with a lot of knowledge and expertise. Quality, integrity, trustworthiness, and business the way it should be. Would recommend them to anyone anytime. I believe the Good Lord knew the plan all along, and everything worked out as it should.I'm happy to know people still care.Diversified Towing & Recovery

Easily 5 stars! Fast, friendly, and professional service! I highly recommend them for any roadside assistance or towing needs. Very very reliable! I needed a tow on a Sunday afternoon and I gave them a call and they had me towed and taken care of in no time! Doesn t matter the day or time you can count on them always!

Mohamed here, saying thank you to all the people working in Diversified Towing, they treat you like family, when my semi was stack on ice in IA, the truck couldn't build air any more, they Towed my truck, to their shop, gave me a ride to a motel, brought back from the motel when truck was fixed, and all that with a worm smile, Thank you again

Diversified Towing helped me out with a tricky storage container placement request. After a quick phone call they said they could help me out and they sure did! 20ft container was shuttled to my home and carefully placed as requested. Without Diversified I wouldn t have been able to get the storage solution I wanted so I m grateful they could take care of me. I ll definitely keep these folks on my list of towing companies to call the next time I need help!
