They attempted to put rack and pinion in my car 1600 dollars later and my steering wheel is upside down horn and airbag don't work and a bolt fell out out steering knuckles rck and pinion I almost wrecked and they didn't and won't do anything to correct it or apologize for the danger they put me and my family in. I will never take a vehicle to them again.or recommend. They flat out suck.

Service dept is a joke...After being told to bring it in by Friday, it did not even get looked at until Monday. Then on Tuesday, we were told they finally diagnosed it, but would not be able to look at it further until Thursday. Then on Thursday, we were told they would not be able to work on it until the following week, at the earliest.The service manager did not even know what the codes meant.A JOKE for a service dept..

Doesn't deserve one star. Owner is a rude doushbag. If you want to leave with more things broke than repaired than this is the place for you but I'd suggest taking your ride to another Ford dealer and save yourself some headache.

One of the best places to take your vehicle! I work for a big company and they do there very best to get you in and out! Awesome staff and mechanics! Highly recommend!

Wouldn't give it a one star. The employees are RUDE. The service department is a joke! Overcharged vehicle. Didn't have the vehicle that long. and already i have to fix it. DO NOT get your vehicle here.

My starter went out when I came out of McDonald's in Creston, IA. I live in Omaha, and AAA was unable to provide any help. I called Creston Automotive. They sent over a mechanic who determined it was the starter. Then the owner (I believe) came over with his truck. They pushed my car out of the lot, hooked it up to a tow rope, and towed it to their shop. I had no idea I had even called a Ford Dealership, but they found the starter for my Honda, and got me back on the road. They sure didn't have to do it, and they don't typically tow. But they were all very kind, helpful, and I am happy they were the number I randomly selected to call! Thank you for your help!!

My pick up broke down in Boone, Ia, so I had their dealership work on it. Got it back and broke down in Indianola with the same problem, so took it back to them and they said it was fixed. A month later and same issues, broke down at home so took it to Creaton Automotive and they found a whole group of wires laying across the exhaust manifold burnt. Hats off to the service department.

Over sold me on my repairs and didn't fix the problem. I spent double what I should have. Took my truck to another dealer and got it fixed right.

They ordered a part for my vehicle on Friday and made an appointment to install on Tuesday but didn't call to tell me the part didn't come in. I drove all the way to town with a leaking hose and couldn't get it fixed .
