Small town vehicle service shop at its best! I haven t had anything too major done here but they ve been servicing our vehicles for several years now and I couldn t be happier. Always very punctual. Brian does a great job at communicating either by calling or texting. Thanks for your GREAT service Northeast Iowa Motors!!

Amazing tow service, only provider my road side assistance could find and they were willing to drive from out of state and came super fast considering how far they had to come! Owner seems like a great caring guy, sent text updates letting me know what's going on the whole time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM

I had a beyond friendly and helpful younger gentleman help me tonight on the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire in an area I know nothing about, hours from home. He arrived in a timely manner, and gave me a great personal recommendation to a repair shop close-by that can get my car fixed quickly. He drove me and my vehicle to the repair shop and drove me to my hotel for the evening. Extremely friendly and patient, and I d recommend him 1000x over and wish I got his name!Service: Tires

I have always had a great experience with Northeast Iowa Motors, I recently had them put 4 new tires on my car and their price was very competitive. I had searched numerous other companies and their price was the best, service was excellent and they were able to put them on the day after I called! Best shop ever. I drive from the cities to Cresco Iowa just to have the dependable trustworthy people at NE IA Motors fix my car. I wish I could get all oil changes done here, but that's not practical. But if I can drive here, it's totally worth the trip.

I was not happy. I spent $1500 and the original 2 problems I went in for were not and are still not fixed. I have brought the car in 3 times, The first time bc the engine hesitates around 25mph, 45 and 55mph. They told me it just needed to be cleaned up, but that i did need a wheel bearing (did I really?) and tire pressure sensors (I did need these but they were not completely necessary for the car to work, but very annoying). The second time I brought it in was for the same problem and I had an issue with putting in gas (which I had just forgotten about bc I had not driven the car in several months). The wheel bearing (I never had issues with) and the tire pressure sensors (which I would not have fixed had I known I needed a charcoal canister ($650)) were fixed but not the original issues. Now I have to spend an additional $650 to get the car fixed (just so I can put in gas), and I don't have it. And what really burns me is that when u google Chevy Impala 2008 gas tank wont fill, or gas tank clicks off while fueling up, the charcoal canister pops up as something to check on almost every website I have looked at. What was fixed for $800 if my car still hesitates at 25, 45 and 55 mph AND i still can't put gas in? (The wheel bearing and tire sensors cost about $700). I'm hoping this is helpful to others and makes a person think before they trust mechanics, even when they are highly recommended.

The pick up for my broken down car was quick and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. The time to get the part in and my vehicle fixed was quick and they were flexible in picking up my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. It was especially amazing service since I was out of town so it meant a lot to me to be cared for as a customer.

I will forever trust Mark & the team, and will go no where else!Their staff is super accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable.I really like that they take the time to explain the problem to me, and will go out of their way to call my boyfriend an explain the problem to him as well.Their prices are fair & affordable and the waiting room is comfy with lots of reading options. Their receptionist will even photocopy a recipe if you want it!Really great place!

Brought my car in for a power steering repair. They replaced the power steering line, and when I picked it up it was still making noise. I went back in and asked them about it and they said "oh there's air in the lines, but it will work itself out." I drove 18 hours since then and it's still got air in the lines. Talked to a mechanic here in WV where I currently live, and they said it's a sealed system. They should have worked the air out of the lines, especially for $600 is exactly what he said. So here I am paying another mechanic to finish the job they started. I ended up having a competent mechanic end up fixing my car. He replaced the power steering for $270, which is less than half what this place charged for changing a hose and not even fixing the problem.

Great, friendly service and high quality work! They change my oil and text reminders when I am due for other maintenance which I appreciate! They have AAA service which I have used a couple times and their response is quick and efficient. Thankful for this local business!

It is always easy to get in for an oil change even on very short notice. They do a complete oil change and have even noticed other problems with my vehicle and gave me a call right away to let me know. if they don't have the parts for a fix they will order them and have them usually the next day. Very friendly staff and good prices

I have had my brakes and starter replaced by them and they did great work. They were incredibly helpful when my truck wouldn't start out of town by retrieving my truck and I. It was great service every step of the way and I plan to go to them for my future needs!

I would recommend Northeast Iowa Motors to everyone! They call me to let me know what's wrong and explain it so I can understand. They get it done in a timely manner and can get you in almost right away! Very satisfied with their service!

I called that morning for an appointment got one the the same day, was in and out in less than an hour. Was a given a military discount. They do good quality work and I trust their expertise.

Had a problem with my truck where it wouldn't start and they took it in, checked it out and found out what the problem was in a span of a few days. Back to running with no problem! Good work is done here :)
