Just sad...... I was just told about a situation that took place here as I was pulling up. They actually just put a guy out a refused to do business with him simply because he was black. He had a pocket full of money. . I am a mother of 2. And I refuse to be a part of this. Or reward someone for being that way. May God bless that young man. He didn't deserve that. Shame on Harvey's. And if people are leaving bad reviews, you obviously deserve it. This was really heart breaking.

Racist!!! I was poorly treated. I went in to buy a car that a friend of mine recently lost and wasn't able to pay for anymore. She had $500 to her name when she got it. And ran the truck into the ground. Now they are selling it for the same price again but wanted to charge me over $500 down. $900 to be exact. But she was white and I am black. Do not buy from Chad Harvey. They are taking advantage of people...

I am a black man that just tried to purchase a car through them just now as a Christmas gift for someone and was denied for no reason at all. Stating to me that I gave him some review. I don't know who did but I understand that feeling now. Money doesn't have a color. I thought we were in another time. So much for that.

We have been getting vehicles from here for over 6 years now. I have sent and brought friends here. They are very nice and reasonable and have affordable vehicles.I don't have any complaints. I will keep recommending Harvey's Autos in Cresco IA

This is not a reputable business. They had my truck for two days to repair my water pump. It was still leaking when I got it back and the thermostat didn't work either. They knew it wasn't fixed and let me pay for it any way leaving me stranded with a forty foot camper hours from home. Hanson Good Year confirmed the water pump was not repaired. Cresco towing found me a tow company to tow me home for just over a thousand dollars. A F350 truck and forty foot fifth wheel. My bank got my money back from Harvey's. These people are crooks stay away from them. Very bad reputation. Cater to people with poor credit to sell used cars that are junk. Do not use their mechanics.
