Trucker Writing this review 09/07/23Got there 09/05/23 and was out 09/06/23 in the afternoon.Jake was the mechanic working on my truck, he was patient and friendly,The staff at the desk was professional and ready to help when you wanted too.The guy at the service desk who works the morning shift gave me his card for a discount at the hotel which i didnt use but kept, the night shift guy went above and beyond to make sure things was taking care of.The cleaning crew was nice when i was in their way.They were fast and professionalI would recommend this place for my fellow drivers.Good Job Jake, thanks for everything!Thank You!

I work for a small shop out of Omaha, NE, and this where the majority of our parts come from. We mainly deal with the parts department but doesn't stop there. Out of all the stores we deal with this is my favorite store to work with, they are always helpful, knowledgeable, and persistent. I appreciate everything you guys do for us thank you all very much!

I only dealt with the parts department so that's all I can comment on, It's nice that they had the part I needed in stock, unfortunately they are not very friendly and difficult to do business with. I would not recommend this place unless you are in an immediate need for the part.

Brought my truck in around 1030pm and was met by Wynston the service Mgr. He was very helpful and professional. Got my truck in first thing in the AM. Very satisfied with the work and treatment I would recommend this facility to anyone for great service.

Love this place. They are very honest and forthright with fixing your truck. They won't oversell stuff or make stuff up with what's wrong with truck. They work hard at getting you fixed fast but getting it fixed right to.

Absolutely disrespectful place , manager noticed me that i control process and said me like I will give you updates you should stay in lounge zone ! That s ridiculous and it looks like I will robbing you, close your eyes!!!

Went to this location for rear inside leak they kept my truck for a week, never gave me a quote. Lied about sending me an email. Failed to honor my warranty on work done on my cummins isx engine which was a filter and turbo and pipe leak. Lied about my breaks after I do visual inspections on my truck daily. Did work on my truck without my permission as well.

This is an updated review; Originally I was not happy with my service, however after speaking with the general manager he looked into the issues I had (actual bill higher than estimate) and he rectified the situation. He was fast and efficient in handling the matter, and it was resolved the same day.4 star review is upped from the one star I originally gave it based on the fast resolution. One star was lost because there was an issue in the first place that shouldn't have happened.Overall I am now satisfied with my experience, I got the answers I needed, and after an explanation I understood what the hold up and issues all were, that's why I reevaluated my review. Overall the work that was done is excellent, zero complaints on that.

Very pleased with my experience! They found and fixed the AC problem I've had for a while and other shops couldn't figure out, same thing with the Check Engine Light I've had ON for the past week and a half.Great service, decent price for a dealership.

Had a exhaust pipe off a egr cooler break a bolt. Went there before close on a Saturday and they worked it in. Retapped the bolt hole no problem so I could get back on the road without waiting 3 days to get in the shop. Tim was top notch in the service dept.

I had to have the transmission replaced in my truck I also had issues with other driveline parts consistently failing which I let other repair shops know about when I had those parts replaced. Justin the service manager immediately said that there was another problem causing the failure of the driveline parts which they diagnosed as excessive ride height. I guess I'm lucky to have broke down where I did I feel my driveline issue has been fixed and thanks to all the great people at Truck Center Freightliner if I ever need work done on my truck again I look forward to having work done there.

Brought a truck here for Lone Mountain DOT inspection and they gave it a pass even though it had a bent frame, which should have been an automatic fail since bent fames are not DOT legal. But more importantly, it would have been a clue that the truck had been wrecked, should have had a salvage title, and should have been deeply discounted.

Don't bring truck here. All they do is lie, keep your truck hostage and take their sweet time repairing truck. A 1 day job guaranteed turns into 5 days. Complain to them and then they tell you truck will be ready tomorrow.....well thats the same thing you told me yesterday and guaranteed it. These people here are full of it! Thief.

I've called in the past with questions on my truck when I've been on the road and can't get to the shop. Service manager and technicians are very helpful in determining what was causing the problems with my truck and also helping resolve those problems. I will recommend them to all other drivers. Parts department has a horrible attitude, acted like they didn't want to sell anything to me and it's been that way everytime I've been in there, this last time they refused to ship Parts to me, refused to let me pay in advance said it had to go through the account of a shop near me and I could pick up there because they didn't have it in stock, other Freightliner dealerships have shipped things to me before when they didn't have the part on hand I don't understand why this would have been different. I won't be back enough is enough Freightliner in Des Moines is much easier to deal with!

Honest, did a great job to fix air dryer issue .They just changed a couple dollars sensor instead of changing whole air dryer .Thank you very much!!!

Great people. Got to me right away for a voltage drop in a DEF line. Fixed the wiring without replacing the entire line. Saved me a few hundred $.

I've only bought parts here. I have been very satisfied with prices and quality. They are not afraid to deal if you saw a better price elsewhere for all makes parts.
