The experience here was seamless. I had already known the car I wanted, however not how busy they d be. JJ was quickly efficient, mindful, attentive, and considerate. Even with a queue of potential customers. How easily JJ was able to multitask however look out for the benefit of the customer was astounding. Very satisfied with my service and access was to walk out with something I needed and wanted. Stop in to see JJ!

One of the best experiences buying a car. Sergio was very helpful in my car search and knowledgeable with the inventory. Josh was great with financing. Was in and out before I knew it! Would recommend to anyone needing a great vehicle.

Prepare to hear from Sergio Parra about 481 times via email and text, and the occasional phone call, if you choose to go with another dealership.Three separate mechanics, none of them big names or corporations, advised me to stay away from Internet Car Lot also btw!

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. Especially from Josh. I purchased a vehicle that was advertised for $9,000. After he played the whole switch and bait game. Adding extra things in. Mainly extended warranty and 14%APR. Warranty he made seem like was just something they provided for the cars they sale. Instead it was an extra $3500 and $1000 for GAP insurance. Total altogether comes to almost $20,000 when it s all said and done. $10,000 over what we initially agreed on for the vehicle. He then became demeaning and disrespectful. HAVE A LAWYER LOOK AT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY. WHEN THEY SAY DEALERSHIP ARE CROOKS. THIS A PRIME EXAMPLE!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Although every staff member that helped me was pleasant and helpful, Anthony Botello was the main sales consultant that helped me throughout the process. He was always pleasant, prompt, and above all honest. He was everything you'd hope a person would be to work with when buying or selling a vehicle. He helped me with my vehicle and made it painless and quick. Although all staff at this dealership are great, I was so thankful I got to work with Anthony. He made my experience so great, and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely let other people know about this dealership thanks to Anthony's efforts. Thank you!

*** update ***Advertised a vehicle at a certain price, went to secure my own financing asked for a purchase agreement they added $400. Took them a cashiers check for the amount previously agreed upon. And never in my life have I left a dealership without a full take of fuel. Make sure you double check them they ll try to pull fast ones on ya.Josh, the sales manager for the internet car lot in council bluffs called me yesterday and told me they are no longer going to honor their signed paperwork for an alignment for the vehicle, because of this review, I have this conversation recorded and will be turning this over to an attorney. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE!!!!!

Somewhat helpful and decent communication over all. But extremely disappointed in the vehicles they sell. They, supposedly have their vehicle's certified but one vehicle we looked at didn't start, one vehicle reeked like cigarette smoke and had the fog light bulb hanging below the vehicle and the one we bought from them had the hood not opening. They cleared a transmission code before we bought it so that when we left it turned on within a few miles. They have a "once it leaves the lot you're out of luck" policy so they flushed the fluid and cleared the code and said that's all they could do. Transmission light turned back on before we got home. Here we are, 3 weeks after buying a vehicle from them with 50k miles on it putting a $3500 transmission in it. I would suggest purchasing elsewhere.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car place car broke down right after I got the car took the car back and they so called fixed it and drove it off the lot and it broke again. I have to now pay for a car that I can t even drive. Please people never let Josh sale you a car. He has the best communication while getting the car but after he sales you the car he disappears and leave you high and dry to deal with the issues

If you are here checking reviews for The internet Car Lot Omaha and you have not purchased a vehicle form them yet, I highly recommend that you read all of the negative reviews on here and on yelp, the better business bureau, reddit and the google reviews. It looks to me that they would sell a flood damaged car to their own grandmothers and then blame their grandmother for any problems the car has. I did not look at the dealership reviews prior to purchasing a vehicle from them but I wish I would have. My issue was the advertised price on TrueCar and the price they charged me was over 2000.00 different. I did not catch this during financing, my fault but a reputable car lot would not have done this. There are plenty of good reviews for The internet Car Lot but a dealership is only as good as the poor reviews. There is one theme that you will see if you read thru all the negative reviews and the response from the owner and that is it is ALWAYS the customers fault. The Internet Car Lot is really good at being untrustworthy dealership as they have you sign enough paperwork that it seems to always cover their lies and deception.I have learned over the years that there is always 2 sides to every story and the truth is usually somewhere in the middle. Use caution when purchasing from this dealer. Don't EVER purchase a flood damaged vehicle. If they want you to sign a salvage title waiver......don't do it. Walk away. If you are intent on buying a salvage title vehicle have them sign a proof of NOT flood damaged vehicle. Many insurance companies won't insure a salvage vehicle. Check with your insurance provider. Also you will notice that many of the vehicles they advertise says "no accidents reported" this does NOT mean that the vehicle doesn't have collision damage. Some of the negative reviews talk about obvious collision damage to vehicles that were reported as "no accidents reported". I don't know where they get there "accident reports" but look the car over. Don't buy sight unseen. These people will do ANYTHING to sell you a nightmare. My advice is to look elsewhere. Don't be the next at fault customer with no recourse other than to post a negative review.The sad part of all this is that I am happy with the vehicle just not the bait and switch price advertising. BTW you will see other negative reviews about the same thing. Look over the paper work well! Don't assume they are selling you a car for the advertised price as they may not be! If you finance over the internet they won't be going over the paper "in detail" as they stated in my case. they just send the papers and say look for the highlighted places to sign. Look. Pay attention. read.

I am so glad that I didn't buy from this place! They had a car that I was interested in and the next day they said it was $2000 more than was advertised for. I am reading the reviews and have no idea how this place stays in business.

Sergio was very good. I enjoyed working with him. I bought a vehicle with a rebuilt title. The big test is how the car performs.The warranty I purchased wouldn't happen to cover the body of the car? The front bumper is falling off. Three thousand dollars to repair. It appears the hood is coming off the hinges that connects it to the car. I believe I have bought a lemon . :(

I wish I would ve read the reviews before purchasing a vehicle here. The car ran fine for a month (less than 30 days) but afterwards I started getting problems after problems from a previous accident which ended up making my car a 90% rebuild. They never disclosed this and won t do anything to fix this ILLEGAL issue they caused. Beware for sure.

Very disappointed in our experience with the Internet Car Lot in both Council Bluffs and Omaha. We purchased a vehicle which they sent out the door with a compromised tire, we had to replace both front tires immediately as there was a rupture in the drivers side tire. I had asked about the age and condition of the tires. We were told they were in great condition, but the gentleman at Costco stated that the dealership would have known, as they would have had to air that tire up before the test drive. He remarked that they sent you out on the road with a VERY dangerous tire. No one will return my calls at either location, and my title has yet to arrive although it has been over 30 days. Would not recommend.

Do not do business with them. Put a deposit down and was told I would get it refunded no problem if I changed my mind. Went in to get my deposit back and the salesman told me he could not remember our conversation because he recently celebrated his birthday? Not sure why that's related or relevant. I was going to come back and purchase a vehicle from them once I got my license back next week but now I will make sure everyone I know never buys a car here. They really adhere to the typical slimy used car dealer stereotype.

This car lot is full of shi they sell you a car that dont last till you get home had a friend buy a car and they sold her a car and soon as she left the lot it broke down they fixed it supposedly and soon as she left the lot it broke down i suggest you run from them!!!!!!
