Told me they couldn't repair my tire because I was parked in a water puddle. Ok. Reported to the shop first thing in the morning, still made me wait. Finally got in a bay, didn't have the information from the work order last night so I have to wait even more. Finally got penske on the phone, only for speedco to tell them "we only have low quality and recapped tires ". Wasted three hours.

I pulled in Wednesday Feb 14th 2024 for a tire pass. Despite reading the negative reviews. Apparently I had the exact opposite experience as everyone else. The staff had a fun festive holiday themed experience going on, they were friendly, and they really went out of their way to find the problem. It did take awhile but they were very busy and only had one tech. Amber and the team did a great job.

On 4/11/24 ariived at 1830 with 2 truck in front of me. At 2120 they tell me we close at 2200 and we wont take you UNLESS UOU PAY US YO BE HERE. They only had one bay working at and they were extremely slow. 3 hrs of waiting and the couldn t even tell me dont bother or anythingGo somewhere else this location is horrible

Waited all night for tire change just so at the morning will be told that they don t have anyone to do the work, because they helping other store to close. IF YOU KNEW THAT why not to put any sings. Very very bad business!!!!

Waste of time and moneyNever go at this place, mechanics are unprofessional and dumb, Amber (front desk clerk) so annoying and rude.Never deal with them and avoid them, they will tell you that they will fix your truck, they will hold you up keep telling different story and at the end of the day just reject everything to doAVOID!!!

Came to get air in one tire and they broke the valve, then they just couldn t it and just sent me my way, they did not take responsibility for messing up. From the beginning the lady in charge was just wanting to sell me a new tire. Worst service ever.

If you need a oil change, tire changed, or a light bulb, I think it would be a good place, other than that don't waste your time here, not very mechanical inclined

My husband stopped at the Speedco Truck Lube and Tires at Council Bluffs IA to replace an airbag on his truck. The young lady was sitting at the reception and let him know that they would call my husband in about 3 hours (as soon as they finish repairing the truck that they currently have at the shop). She sent my husband to the parking lot without even asking for his phone number. When my husband mentioned to her how she would let him know that he could bring his truck to the shop since she never even asked for his phone number, she said "OH YEA!!.... WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?"Three hours later this lady called my husband to let him know that he could bring his truck to the shop. When my husband came to the shop he had to wait for another 15-20 minutes, just to hear that the mechanic would not be able to see his truck today because he was very busy. When my husband asked the receptionist why she didn't check with the mechanic before telling my husband to wait for 3 hours, she rudely responded "WELL... I AM SORRY!!" and walked away.This is so sad that we have such careless people working in customer service. These 3 hours for drivers is a huge chunk of valuable time taken, just taken away from them.

Lyle R. Who stated he was the manager, was completely rude and unhelpful. I called ahead and asked about a pm and he stated there was no wait so I came over.Upon arriving there were no signs indicating the entrance or exit. I saw a small single lane road next to the parking lot that leads to what I could only assume was the back of the building but since I wasn t sure I kept going to where the bays where. I saw plenty of room there so I pulled in my semi truck with tanker attached and parked.I was greeted by 2 techs that where actually nice and told me that I was actually at the exit and that the entrance was through the small road that I had originally passed. They said to go inside to check in and we would figure it out.I go inside the office and that s where I see Lyle, no greeting with face buried in the computer. I approach and say Hey, how you doing? I m the one that called about the PM/oil change He proceeded to tell me Yeah you need to turn around. I started asking about being able to pull through and turn around in the back as there s no traffic and plenty of space and he tells me no, and states that I need to back out into traffic and come in the right way. He stated I saw you about to pull in the right way and then keep going. I explained that it s my first time here and lathered no entrance or exit signs. He started to get an even bigger attitude now and state back up and turn around.I explained to him that I was not comfortable backing into 4 lanes of traffic blind. He then started arguing with me about how other truck drivers do it and that if I didn t do it I would be stuck there. I told him that if he forces me to back into traffic and something happens that he would be liable and he said no he wouldn t. I told him again it is not safe to back into traffic and he basically said it wasn t his problem. I told him I will be reporting him to corporate and he didn t care at all just said go ahead!I left the office and talked to the techs outside. Because Lyle was the manager their hands were tied but they did offer to move some vehicles out of the way, giving me enough space to turn around in the parking lot instead of a busy road with traffic.If they are going to be strict about which way you need to be facing in the bay then they need to put signs that clearly state enter and exit like the have at their truck stops.Demanding someone perform an unsafe act that can lead to an accident and cost people their lives is completely unacceptable. It doesn t matter if other drivers have done it.The fact that other drivers have had to do this clearly points to the bigger issue of no Entry/Exit signs at this location, and the complete lack of concern for safety!

One of their workers came out and worked on my truck and these guys never gave me my points. I spoke to the manager Samantha and she was very nonchalant and didn t resolve the issue at all.

Horrible place. Front blonde gal is always outside smoking. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to be closed out. The conversation they were having were disgusting. It took over an hour in a half for an oil change. Then they forgot to grease my trailer and I had to remind them again to grease my 5th wheel. Alot of sitting around and talking and smoking. I've also been here in the evening and could smell pot. This place is a nightmare steer clear!Service: Oil change

Frozen brake pads... I'm literally 200 feet away from their shop and the guy on the phone said they're not coming to unfreeze my brakes. When I asked why not, he said the government has a ban on service trucks due to snow. As soon as I called another company, the other company sent a service truck right away. Thanks for being lazy, Speedco.

I needed a tire repaired. They got my truck into the bay right away then took 2 hrs to make the repair. Nothing speedy about Speedco

It was a long wait. But they were really cool and didn't charge me for the dismount and mount of my trailer tire for the long wait. Its great service like that that keeps customers.

The service was great greased truck and trailer 4 weeks ago it was 30.00 and some change for greasing and checking boxes. 2 weeks ago the same thing grease and check boxes it went up to 59.00. Today it was greased and no boxes checked and it was 49.00. Well the only thing that speedco in council bluffs Iowa has done is convinced me of is obviously they don't want or don't really need my business so I guess I just don't need to go back.

Don t waste your time here called they said to come in that they would do the work then the welder didn t want to do the work Welder is lazy didn t want to do the work he needs to be fired went down the road to him trailer service and they the repair for me

The world is a better place because people like Chad & Dan exist in it.Stopped in with a 5th wheel issue that another shop refused to even look at.Chad and Dan had the problem figured out and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Above average customer service, top notch guys. Thank you!

DISGUSTINGUNPROFESSIONALGET AWAY FROM THIS PLACEI went there to do oil change.They was chilling outside with the store manager KIKIK HILARIOSTHEY GOT UPSET WHEN THEY SAW THE COSTUMER IS COMING UPStore manager kiki hilarious is the one who has attitudeShe almost kicked me out of the shop.OMGI was out side she call me to pay the bill and I saw the store door was looked SHE LITERALLYLooked the door.Just because I asked her can I stay in the store it s hot out there They don t even know how to open the hood.There was guy his name is Irvin he asking me how to open the hood.Asking me if the oil level is good UnbelievableThey have attitude and they don t want to workI you don t want to mess up your day just get away from them.

This Speedco should be closing at 8PM on Sunday arrived at 6:45 PM only 1 truck in bay just finishing up didn't not take me in for express oil change. Very sad

The guy at the counter told me to wait 45 minutes to get me in the tire bay. It wasn't until 3 hours later when they finally got me in. Waited 45 minutes for authorization when no authorization was needed. 5 hours later ended up paying out of my pocket for the repair because the guy at the counter couldn't find out how to bill the repair under the company's charge account. People do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time on this place.

I gave them one final chance to earn my business and they still have not corrected their basic customer service. I sat out in front of their oil change bays for more than thirty minutes without ant acknowledgement that I was there. I called the location and was told that they were working on tires and I continued to wait. I am severely disappointed.
