The women's bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But this big truck stop sells both cold and hot food options, snacks, beverages, clothes, stuffed animals and many other things. There is an Apple Barrel restaurant attached to the store. The cashier Julie that rang up my items was very friendly.

Great showers was nice to have a tub even the Marriott down the road doesn t have tubs the lot needs some work stores out of stuff they do have Odyssey mattresses for sale. Very pricey, though. The restaurant was out of several things because we ve been in a snowstorm and the trucks haven t been able to get here. But the bathrooms were very clean. The showers were very nice and the restaurant was clean and had decent food compared to just your normal pilot across the street. Really if they would just clean the pumps up a little bit. paint a lot a little bit in the fuel base this place would definitely shine. I think they need a little bit more signage, telling people which way to go other than that great place friendly staff kind of quiet here that s what you want. I like the fact that they have mints in the showers. You don t get that at very many truckstops anymore. The shower was $15 and I got a bacon cheeseburger and a side salad it was 18 something with tax. I think the mail should ve been more like $10 but inflation thanks to the Democrats.

I ate at the Apple Barrel, and it was amazing. The waitress was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.. Can't wait to come back thru

There's free parking and paid parking for Semi's.The laundry room is located on the second floor. It's supplied with soap and softner for purchase with coin. Only coin-operated washer and dryers. Coin is available for purchase at the fuel desk.Could use signedge telling where the laundry room or the truckers lounge is located.Was informed that the hot food located in the display case had been in there for a while.The inside of Sapp Bros. Is big with lots of items for truck drivers and everyday customers.Every employee we encounter was nice.

Hands down best truck stop for stop many reasons. Such nice people, helpful in every way imaginable. So clean and just doesn't resemble what most of us think when we think truck stop. This place has a reason to be proud and are doing a great job! On behalf of truckers everywhere we sincerely thank you for doing what you do to bring us comfort. I will be coming back a much as I can and would highly recommend over any other truck stop.

I wish all truck stops were like this one. It was so nice to have the private stalls with sink and all in the morning; made my day so much better. They had abundant parking and amazing selection in the store. Burger King was open but there caf� was closed when we got there at night. But Definitely a great stop!!

This is a really nice travel center. I came here to get my trl tire and mud flap repaired, since the TA down the street didn't want to help me out till morning. They have really nice restrooms. They have a really nice sit down restaurant. So while I was waiting for repairs to get done, I went there and I had me there chicken grilled sandwich, and kettle chips. The staff in this facility was really nice and kind.

They take care of the " old school truckers". One of the last honestly owned and operated company. I refuse to stop at the " big places". Fuel is consistent and doesn't plug my filters.

Coolest truck stop ever. Open 24/7 but there was a restaurant inside that closed at a certain time. Very spacious, lots of snacks,food, drinks, etc to choose from as well as other travel essentials. The bathrooms....are AWESOME. Each "stall" was like its own mini bathroom. Personal sink, trashcan, toilet, some toilets equipped with bidets. And I love the feature that the door to the room went fully down to the ground for privacy! Only a little gap to either side of the room was exposed. Talk about exceeding bathroom expectations. There's a tip jar in the bathroom if they exceeded yours, and you can donate. Super cool. I will definitely be looking for these truck stops to stop at along my future travels.

Well lit parking, paid of course. Clean facilities. Blue beacon truck wash on the facility. Restaurant opens at 7am.

A very clean and well staffed truck stop. This is as good as it gets on the road. The fuel pumps were clean and functional. Two staff members inside at the fuel desk. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The restaurant was excellent, and the service at the restaurant was also good. I will certainly be back. There is a Blue Beacon truck was on site with two lanes, and their recent reviews indicate they do a good job. There is a large store on site with the things most truckers might be looking for.

They have bidet in single private stalls is all I can say! They are heated and awesome. I love this place fairly good prices in the shopping area always something unique or nifty some souvenir you can't live without you can find. Staff polite nice and clean store and open 24/7.

Amazing Women s bathrooms with full sinks in each stall.Store carries interesting items that mainstream truck stops don t have.Lots of bobtail truck parking.Confusing big truck entrance.Food at the restaurant was a little on the pricey side for not great quality of food. Plus, there was only one server making impossible wait times.

Something that used to take 10 seconds, putting card in and paying, pushing a button and filling up, now turns into staring at a flatscreen TV with touchscreen waiting for something that just says Please Wait .awful new pumps.In what world is this making use any easier. Had to go inside to pay after waiting for no reason. I see customers driving away because I go there to get gas, not wait 15 minutes to pay inside.Awful, will no longer use as a stop on roadtrips.

Always love Sapp brothers. They have the fancy toilets with the heated seats and the bidets. Most stalls have a chart on the wall to tell you what the buttons do, but not all of them, so be careful or you could get a water jet surprise, lol! The store has good selection of snacks and merchandise, so always a good stop. Registers and pumps demand the PIN number for your card, even if you use the credit option, so if you're one of those people who've forgotten your PIN, be warned.

Off the 24th Street exit in council bluffs, if your local this is a quick place to pick up any trinkets needed for forgotten gifts at any hour. They have collectors statues and fleece blankets with all the horror movie characters as well as personal safety items. A 24 hour burger king as well as showers and washing machines and dryers. Low key environment and close to the casino. Reasonable priced and always clean.

Card readers never work. Whether it's getting fuel for my semi or gas for my car. Use to be a good place to stop.

Clean restrooms, clean store, got a nice pair of sweatpants for under $25, reflective wear is on sale as well. Apple barrel didn t have lights on, nor a few of the items ordered.

Stopped here for breakfast. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs hash browns were excellent. Great breakfast experience. Coffee cups never got empty.

Great showers. Large walk in ,has a bench you can sit and relaxed under a hot bath. Great water pressue.

Very nice clean bathrooms! A little difficult to pull in and out of with all the truck traffic. They did have the cheapest gas price in Council Bluffs. It was 8:00 p.m. and both the restaurant and Subway were closed. Would stop again, but if gas prices were equal might choose a different location because of the ability to pull in and out of this gas station.

This place continues to waste my company time. Dropped off truck Friday to get a light they have managed to not fix the last 3 trips to sap. In addition to light needing fixed again. I asked for an oil Change. As well as a tire replaced. I dropped of the truck this Friday and was once again told. Light will be fixed and warranties will take care of that part. Spoke to them Sunday. Paid the bill and was assured that truck was ready. I arrrived at sap brothers at 4:15 am after a 1:45 drive down to get my truck. They changed the wrong tire, the filters and plug on the oil. Truck now has check engine light on. It didn t when dropped off . We usually start the week at 4:30 am . Now we will lose another day. This would be the 3 day delay I have with this place .

The women's bathroom has these bidgets and the are amazing!!! Thank you Sapp brother for making it a wonderful bathroom experience. Clean bathroom with each stall having its own sink as well. Definitely a great place for a potty break.

Half the pumps were not working and blocked off for gas, and the open one I went to the card reader was not working. I wanted to fill my truck and a gas can and had no idea how much it would be to prepay and going inside to pay beings the card reader did not work was the only choice. For a facility by the interstate this was not a good thing.

The worst! Came for a seal fix and ended up leaving in worse condition. Horrible staff, rude and unhelpful. All the way from a mechanic to a corporate office rep don't give a cap. Gib, Shane and Brian will treat you like s..
