Amazing service, can't say enough great about them. This was not a simple bring in a new and hook it up. I am not able to get around well at all and they allowed me time and made all the changes, then made sure everything worked correctly and did it with a smile. The guy that delivered my pressure relieving mattress deserves a raise for not only being great at his job but also at customer service and having a great attitude. Thank you so very much as Im sure this was much more difficult doing than anticipated but you truly did it with style and grace. So very much appreciated!!! Yours truly a grateful US Marine veteran.

Extremely satisfied with this company.Every polite, helpful, and even sent wheelchair back looking brand new. (It was never washed since receiving it. Getting it fixed happened suddenly I didnt get to halfway wash it) but when I received it looked new. I am very happy and will go back when needed (with a clean washed chair).Highly recommend this company. Happy Customer

I'm responding 3rd party for my uncle (Donald J Maples) ,he doesn't do computer stuff. He was very pleased with the technician's professional demeanor and the timely manner that he returned his repaired equipment.Will definitely be a return customer and recommend to friends.

Mobilis was so professional to work with during this difficult time of our lives. They made the process so easy, explained the steps thoroughly and suggested the best ramp system. Unfortunately, before install could be completed we no longer needed the system as my husband passed away unexpectedly. They have been so understanding and took care of everything with the VA. I would highly recommend Mobilis for all your needs, they are the experts in this field and you can trust them to take the best care to make certain you are satisfied.Thank youJane Olson

I love a company that communicates frequently about the delivery. Even more so, I love a company that communicates a given time, and then comes back to communicate an earlier time, and then actually shows up at that time. In addition, providing a delivery person who is as personable as Justin, as willing and capable as Justin, and leaves us with an absolutely perfect delivery, above and beyond, is wonderful! Super positive experience!!

JOE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND EFFICIENT!!! He sent a txt to say he was inbound to my rural site, showed up exactly when he said he would & did the job expertly!!! He checked out all my mobie systems, put in a new battery & tested it in my yard.... so now I KNOW my scooter is gonna be ready for wintertime use!!! He was VERY friendly, neatly dressed, spoke politely & was a great ambassador for his company!!! THE VA PICKED A GREAT COMPANY TO CARE FOR ME & MY CART!!! THANK YOU JOE!!!!!

In April of this yr 2021, I became a double above knee amputee. To say my life was flipped upside down is an incredible understatement. Every aspect of my daily living, even the simplest of tasks, was in one way or another, effected. Even giving my children baths, tucking them in at night was a thing of the past as I couldn t access the bedrooms upstairs. That is until an amazing organization and Mobilis came together and gave me back those special moments with my children with the instillation of a stair lift. The two installers were very friendly and professional. They were respectful of our home the installation was quick and when they finished, they explained everything clearly.I would most definitely recommend Mobilis

Don't use, I repeat do not use this company. They only want your money. Rented a piece of equipment for 2 weeks, used it for 3 days. They would not give me a refund for the difference because I didn't rent it for 4 weeks and they recommended I only do 2 weeks at a time. Very disappointing experience.

Both times we had to use this company. The service was pretty fast. And the service was great. Both people was really friendly. And answered all our questions. And made sure all the equipment worked. Before they left. They are very reliable. And professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

They went above and beyond for us. When we went to get a new rollator and to rent a motorized scooter for us to make our experience at the zoo exciting. They helped us with everything we needed answered all questions. Will be going back if we need anything else. Prices are reasonable as well.

The staff was wonderful! Very helpful with the process of getting my sons nebulizer. It was quick and easy and out the door we went. It was nice to get in and out since I had to take my sick baby in. They truly did make the experience wonderful and worth it!

We have purchased from Mobilus several times. Whenever I go there, these ladies remember my name. They are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful...things in short supply at other home medical companies. At Mobilus you get more than you pay for. Their expertise has been invaluable to our family. I highly recommend this business !
