After being stranded in Lake Manawa with a child that had just had a procedure done without a spare and calling several places that either didn't have my tire or would take hours to get to me. Jensen Tire called me back within 10 minutes, listen to me explain what happened through tears and sent someone out immediately to get my tire replaced! They gave me a great deal and the gentleman they sent to me was beyond nice and kept apologizing when his computer crashed while I was trying to pay him! He even let my kiddo help him out a little! Amazing service and will definitely recommend!

These guys always take good care of me. I buy my tires here (can be pricy if you aren't buying what's on sale) because I get the drive out package - if you need a plug, it's free, if the tire is damaged and can't be plugged you get a new tire, and if you go there for your oil changes you can get your tires balanced and rotated for free. Their customer service is outstanding - I went in today for what I thought was going to be a front end alignment. Turns out I need over $2000 in repairs. I can't afford that right now. They didn't charge me for the time they spent looking everything over and they even balanced and rotated the tires free of charge.

Super friendly and professional. Would have given five stars except they no longer have a coupon for oil change. Also changed filters they recommend and it took longer cause they don t have them in stock. I would have skipped that had I have known. Had an appointment and took 2 hr 20 min. Little longer than I had planned. $189 for oil changed replace air and cabin filter. Little pricey.

They are awesome there. I got a nice set of tires with their help. I went there specifically because I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for nothing. So I went back. Very nice guys and a "Chiefs" fan sold me! Thanks Jensen!

Fixed my nailed tire. They were friendly and went right to work on it. The tire was fixed and I was out of the shop in about 30 minutes. Good fix, Good trip, Thanks!

Manager quoted $160!!! to dismount 7 car tires off rims and I take my tires with me (no disposal fee), no valve stem replacement, no balancing or mounting of new tires - $160 !!!Don't waste your time or money with services at Jensen Tires. They obviously prey upon their patrons who may not know better.*Jensen Tire Owner, this was, thankfully, a quote over the phone and I hadn't wasted my fuel and time making the trip there to be insulted.If you care about your business you had better fix your manager.Email response sent as requested.

i had a good service when it came to my oil change, but i was later told that i had a wheel bearing installed incorrectly, was told for a new wheel bearing assembly would run me roughly 800-900 dollars, took my car to a different shop and got a new hub and front axle installed for little less than half what they were going to charge. pricing rates just seem outrageous in my opinion, definitely an honest buisness when it comes to making sure any problems with the vehicles are pointed out, and made aware to the customer which i can appreciate. But i will no longer be taking my vehicle for major repairs to this buisness. Good mechanics on staff, just seems the staff are there to overcharge as much as possible. Their costs for parts and labor just seem to be a rip off.

I had a nail in my tire. Jensen looked at it and confirmed it could not be repaired. So I ordered and scheduled to have a new tire replacement a few days later. Then my tire blew, and they fit me back in 2 days early. Very flexible and knowledge, I'll go back to them for future tires and maintenance.

Been living in Iowa 4 years now and this is, and will remain, my tire place. They always find a way to get you in, they're efficient, they keep you updated if you're lounging around waiting. Don't hesitate to use this place.

I really like the option of being able to drop my car off in the evening via the key Dropbox and then I can pick it up the next day when it s done. This is a lifesaver when you work and can t always wait for your vehicle to be done. I also liked how nice and friendly the guys are when they call to update you ou on a repair befor they fix it. Great place!

Everyone at Jensen Tire in Council Bluffs are professional and friendly. Always explain what needs to be done, what they ve found and if it needs immediate attention or can be scheduled for a later date. Honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Brought car in for rattle noise in rear end. Technician diagnosed problem as a striped out shock bolt and could not repair. Recommended we try a dealer for this problem. Tech came out and explained in detail the issue. Appreciate honesty and assistance. There was NO fee for this service call.

Jensen Tire is a reliable service. They explain all that needs to be repaired and why. Prices are great. I've purchased tires from them and had a complementary estimate done. Staff is friendly. Good place to go.

I swear I m in there every couple months for a stupid nail in my tire and the gentlemen at the counter is always so nice and understanding. They get me in and out super fast every time. I only come to this place

Was in a tough spot. Flat tire on Xmas eve. Had to wait two days to replace the tire. They found the tire I needed and got everything taken care of. I am very appreciative of their work.
