Grease Monkey in CB is my go to! I live in Omaha but make the drive over the river to this location due to the superior service I m given each time. Complimentary coffee, they do a basic clean of your vehicle while your oil is being changed and have you in and out (once it s your turn in line- bring a book just in case, they re fast but not so fast that it worries you about quality). They don t try to upsell you unless it s something that is actually NEEDED. I ve also noticed I get a preferred customer discount I m assuming due to my loyalty (they put a small service sticker in your window) to the shop, it s not much but a little goes a long way!Cannot recommend this shop enough and recommend them to anybody in need of the aforementioned services.

Went in to get the oil changed in my fusion and it was a fast process. The only problem I had was i noticed my car smelled like burning oil that same day drove it to work the next day and when I got to work I noticed I had oil pouring out the bottom of my car. I immediately took it back to them and they found the oil filter o ring had a cut in it. They fixed it and refunded me the money I spent to put oil in it to get it back there. I don t think this had anything to do with them or the shop at all. They told me next time I come there I get a free oil change on them. I am thankful they went out of the way to take care of the problem everyone was super nice. I ll be back for sure

I ve gone to Grease Monkey for years and have always been happy with them. We recently got a new to us car, during the service they showed me two filters that needed to be replaced and did so at a reasonable cost. After the oil change we noticed a small leak. We called, they immediately made an appointment, found a tiny gasket that had worn and completely made it right for us with professionalism, and a thorough explanation of the part that needed to be replaced. I Absolutely recommend them!

You may have to wait in line, but once you're in the garage, it's very fast. Never had a problem or issue. They are a bit pricey, but their professionalism made up for it for me. Won't go anywhere else.

This is my first ever 1-Star review of anything.I have been a loyal customer of the Omaha 90th St Grease Monkey location for several years. Because I recently moved closer to the Council Bluffs location, I decided to use them instead. This was definitely a mistake because they are not related and have separate owners.While changing my oil, they told me my cabin and engine air filters needed to be replaced. I told them to replace it.Here's the problem: When I got home, I opened my glove box and noticed my portable phone charger was somehow destroyed and there was ketchup smeared everywhere in the glove box. (Look at the photos)When replacing a cabin filter, the glove box has to be dropped down, so I'm assuming that's when this happened. I have no idea how everything got smashed so hard that my charger and ketchup got squeezed out, but it must have been when they were trying to close the glove box.This is disappointing because I was planning on making this my new vehicle service place. The people there were not nearly as friendly or nice as the 90th location, but destroying my stuff and making a huge mess is where I have to draw the line.It's unfortunate that the Council Bluffs location is not upholding the Grease Monkey brand.

Great service, great price! They where quick and efficient, without being rude! I went with a friend ( both female) and was a little scared that I would get taken advantage of, you hear the stories! They could not have been nicer, and treated both my car and I with respect! Will definitely recommend to all my friends!

Sat in line w/out moving for 40 minutes. No one came out to greet those of us waiting or explain why such a long wait. No parking options so we were sticking out blocking an alley. Left and went up the street to Jiffy Lube. In and out in 25 mins.

Will not return to the council bluffs location EVER. They were making fun of the lanyard that was on my car and making fun of my SO and we could hear them while it was happening today. They were very disappointing, rude and unprofessional. I called and the manager said they would talk about it but you should not be getting service done by people who will make fun of you and your things without knowing who the person is especially if they can hear you the entire time. Also the people who were running the service area were sitting on their phones not paying attention and waited almost an hour. There was one car in front with no one in it. Had to wait to get that one moved first then us. I have a few other cars that would need maintenance but we will never bring our vehicles back.Service: Oil change

First visit, got an oil change guy noticed I also needed a new air filter and installed it as well. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will be back! Also got in and out quickEdit: once I got back into my car I noticed they cleaned my windows and sprayed freshener. As a smoker it was very nice of them

Absolutely WONDERFUL service! I needed an oil change asap as I was coming into town and they were more than willing to take me on such short notice (right before close, too!). A good price and a great job! I had no idea they were going to vacuum/clean out my mess of a car and wash my windows but I'm very appreciative and will definitely be back for any future services I'll be needing. The guys there are all very friendly and happy to help so I recommend Grease Monkey to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced, the staff is truly exceptional!

Always great service for a fair price. I've never had any issues with their work, always in and out quickly (as long as their isn't a big line) And none of the constant up-selling i get everywhere else. I won't get anywhere else for an oil change.

Amazing service! We lucked out stopping here on our road trip from Los Angeles to Minneapolis. Apparently the previous owner of our car is a true Californian and decided wiper fluid could be water. They got us in right away and thawed the reservoir and fixed us up. They were also so kind and helpful. We were back in the road fast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

This is the only place to get you cars oil service done. Brad and his staff are friendly and fast. They have never pushed you to purchase items that you don't need. I have been a loyal customer since 1994. And now so are both of my youngest boys with their vehicles.
