I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. My spouse ordered a windshield replacement then was told it broke upon delivery so they reordered it and it broke again. So I call to find out what's going on and get told they are reordering but from somewhere else and guess what spouse called and no windshield yet and it's been 3 weeks. Then was told we wouldn't get all the premoney back because of a restock fee, these people are fraud, scammers, etc Don't ever trust this place!

I found this glass company to provide a truck door window at a reasonable price and was able to install it in a short period of time. The whole transaction was very professional and I would highly recommend them for your needs/repairs.Larry West

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!I went to the location in Omaha, but these are affiliated.I needed to get my windshield replaced due to a small crack. I had an appointment scheduled and they didn't even take my car in until 3-4 hours after that. Trish said they couldn't do it because it was raining, if they did it at the scheduled time it would've been done.Trish rescheduled me to another day, and again it was raining so they couldn't do the repair. However, the technician touched my car/windshield (although they couldn't fix it that day) and made the crack larger AND created a new 6-8 inch crack (See photo). They didn't even bother to let me know, I realized when I picked it up.At this point, I asked Trish for a refund and wanted to go elsewhere. Trish told me that isn't necessary and that she'll get manager approval to give me a partial refund. For some reason I agreed to this.They installed the new windshield and Trish said I'll be receiving a $200 refund within 5-7 days. It's been 1 MONTH and there is still no refund. I call consistently and ask the status, Trish keep saying it's pending, it'll post in a couple days, and that they've switched vendors so it's taking longer than normal. No one in their right mind, knows that it takes over a month to receive a refund. It's now to the point where whenever I call Trish sends me right to voicemail and Matt, the owner, won't even speak to me.THIS BUSINESS IS PATHETIC AND HAS NO INTEGRITY. STAY AWAY!

Glass doctor called me within 10 minutes of hanging up with insurance. Got me in with the next 15 minutes and done within 30 minutes after that. Great company! Fast service!

They were able to get me in faster than expected. They worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Very informative and professional, and courteous staff! I will call them first for my auto glass repair. I also learned they do shower glass installs, and home and business glass as well.

By far the most professional glass repair company that I have had the pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, we had 3 of our 4 cars require windshield repairs, all within a few months of each other. And each time, Glass Doctor of C.B. was quick, courteous, explained everything in detail and performed quality work. They even called me back when I called the first time, but I had hung up before giving them a chance to answer as I had forgotten to grab my insurance info prior to calling.Kudos to Dillon, the gentleman that did our repairs, and also Ally at the front desk. You both are amazing!

Had a rock crack windshield.Tried these guys because they were in Statefarms network. They replaced windshield as promised. Wipers got reinstalled out of alignment and there was wind sound coming from windshield now. Took it back and Dylan was so polite and eager to make it right. They did not give up until both issues were resolved. Highly recommend them. Trustworthy.

Glass Doctor took care of my rock chip on my windshield while I waited. The employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. The receptionist called my insurance company and took care of that for me while chip was being repaired. In less than 30 minutes, I was on my way. I would recommend Glass Doctor

I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced on a Saturday at 8 AM. They started working on it right at 8. The job got done in a competent & timely manner. If I need any further windshield needs in the future, I'll certainly be coming here.

Had rear window and windshield replaced on my truck it's expensive but I haven't had any issues since replacement as well as they were able to get me in relatively fast

The service was outstanding. They picked up my car from work and brought it back to me. I called late afternoon and window was available for installation the next morning. My appointment was until the afternoon, they called and had an opening at 0800. They were very respectful. I m a nurse and I will recommend them to my colleagues.

They replaced our back window and neglected to tell us they scratched our lift gate AND tried to hide it. When I brought it back for them to see the scratch their response was "we use sharp tools and sometimes things happen". I might of been understanding if they would of told us it happened but to try to hide it and downplay it tells me what I need to knowManager said he would call me 7/5..7/7 and still no call

We chose Glass Doctor because they had the most competitive price. They are very professional and easy to work with. Our truck windshield was completed in almost 2 hours. We really like the work they did. If I had to choose a glass business I would definitely choose Glass Doctor again.

Called on Thursday for an estimate and to make an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was nice and super helpful. Deposit is very reasonable and they got me in today (Saturday). Dropped my car off to have a windshield replaced when they opened at 8 and it was done by the time they closed at 12. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, I will definitely recommend these guys for any glass repair!!

Windshield rock chip Grrrrr Same day service Whoot! Receptionist was very helpful. I wasn t even going to bother with an insurance claim but the receptionist jumped right on it. She got the insurance company on the phone and we filed the claim and no out of pocket cost from me!!!! I had windshield work done at this location on the past so she did the research to look for any potential warranties to make sure I got the best deal possible.

Super impressed!! My windshield was fine but I had air coming in it. They did warn me that it might break when they took it off, the tech did a great job and it did not break!! Ally was very kind and informative and the tech came out to keep me informed of their progress. I would totally recommend them!

Was able to get a quote over the phone and that was the price I paid! They completed replacing the rear window on my car quicker that what they had said! And there is a great warranty on their work!! This is the 2nd job they've done and both were great!

They seriously helped us out with quick scheduling, while in Omaha for a surgery. We live 120 miles away, and they scheduled us before our drive home which would have been dangerous. Handled the insurance and everything! #1 in my book

Subaru Ascent windshield spider cracks from rock. .Dealer and other bids very high. Glass Doctor replacement cost was doable to what should be charged. They were quick and efficient. Used Glass Doctor on 3395 S 132nd.
