Travis did a great job of going out of his way helping us get our dream SUV. He sent a video walk through that made me confident making the drive out to the dealership to test drive. He then went above and beyond by driving the vehicle to my house 30 minutes away to make it easy for my wife and kids to look at the car.The car buying process was smooth and never felt pressured or rushed. Really happy with all the help getting us exactly what we wanted.

Salesman was extremely nice. But he was either uninformed or lied to us about aspects of the car and the sale. We didn't see a single car in the lot that was also on their website. We were pushed to a newer car. Thank God it was still within our budget. Management was condescending when I didn't have my husband with me. Andy in finance saved the sale. He's cool and completely understood why we felt the way we did. There's an open recall on the car as well. We had to do the research for it on our own.

I just purchased my second vehicle with Edwards Kia and I will only go to these guys! They are honest, fast, efficient and they make buying a vehicle fun.The service department is amazing!I believe this company is amazing because of the leadership and you can tell by the team work in this group!I highly recommend Dylan, in sales Maggie in Finance. Worst service I ve ever had in my life. We have brought my car in THREE different times for the same issue that has supposedly been fixed each time. We scheduled an appointment (and were told it would be diagnosed same day which they re denying now) and they didn t even look at my car for a week to diagnose the issue then took another 2 weeks to fix it. Now having the exact same issues a year later this go around where an appointment was made and they still haven t looked at my car to diagnose the issue. And all they can say is if you d have went to H&H instead, you d be waiting a week before it s looked at. Their communication is awful and I have to be the one calling asking for an update otherwise they d never tell you your car hasn t even been looked at yet. We will never be buying or servicing a car here again. I have never written a review on a company but this terrible service warranted a terrible review.

Heed my warning when I tell you to NEVER take your car to Edwards Kia. I have dealt with nothing but incompetence, headaches, & frustration since November 2nd, 2023 after my Sportage was broken into with attempted theft. The car was taken to the dealership that morning, and I had a phone call with my service advisor, Tyler Fryant, to discuss the damage. They wrote up their repair estimate, sent it off to insurance, and it was approved. My $1,000 deductible + ~$750 insurance covered. Almost $2K in damages. I know nothing about cars, so I said okay, and work began.I received a call on December 1st that my car was complete. I arrived just to find out that barely anything was fixed. There were about 5 or 6 items that needed to be repaired still from the initial 8 items. I was able to take my vehicle home while we waited for parts.My car was brought back on January 2nd. Tyler had called me roughly a week before this to let me know he would no longer be my service advisor, as he was taking a new position. He also informed me they would have my car for 7 business days. So, I was expecting my car to be complete by January 10th/11th.When I arrived at my appointment on January 2nd, I was greeted by Ashley Osterlund, the service advisor that was taking over Tyler's "many tickets". I say many tickets because not once has she failed to let me know that all the following problems arise from her taking over all of Tyler's "many unorganized tickets."On Monday January 15th at 9:46AM I ve still heard nothing, so I text Ashley and say Hello just checking in. I was told mid/end of last week and didn t hear anything. Her response 4.5 hours later is (and yes suddenly she texts only in caps) HELLO ASHLEY AT KIA. IOM SO SORRY I MUST HAVE BEEN TEXTING A WRONG NUMBER. THE VEHICLE IS DONE. WE HAD MULTIPLE TICKETS OPEN FROM TYLER SORRY. I called and was told that my car had actually been done since Saturday the 13th. I arrived the following day, Tuesday, January 16th to pick up my car. To my shock (not really) it wasn t complete! Two things were repaired out of the 5 or 6 items that needed to be done. Again, there s no sincere apology, just a lot of excuses, Tyler left... he was so unorganized Oversharing way too much about things you shouldn t be telling customers. The more she speaks, the angrier I get.I ended up having a conversation with the General Manager, Chuck Norman, and the Service Manager, Tony Loser, later that afternoon to talk about my frustrations. Chuck validated me and offered a loaner car until my car was fully fixed. He then proceeded to ask me that when this was all said & done, and my vehicle was complete, to NOT fill out the survey I was going to be emailed. He explained, Anything lower than a 5-star will hurt us, so I would rather you just not complete it. He was doing a great job at making me feel heard while I aired my grievances until he asked me that. As the General Manager, the audacity to ask me to hide your messes from your higher-ups or other customers is simply embarrassing.Fast forward to today, three weeks later, Wednesday, February 7th, my car was completed, and I was able to pick it up. I was informed by Ashley that they had to send additional supplemental invoices to my insurance company totaling upwards of $2,500. This means, on top of the initial $,1800 that was paid at the beginning, that my car damages totaled close to $5,000.00. Just embarrassing that that much damage was missed two separate times when they had the photos to show for it all. Ashley also asked me before I left today to not fill out the survey I was going to be emailed. Tony joked and said, I hope we never see you again! And I very seriously said back I actually never want to see you again! The things that were overshared to a customer as an excuse to cover their mess, and their absolute audacity to ask me to not fill out a survey to hide their mistakes is ridiculous. Please do not let the 4.6 stars on Google Reviews mislead you, they absolutely in no way pertain to the service department.

This was the single best purchasing experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Dillon, Juan and Chris were my sale and finance team and they had exceptional patience with me and my questions. They shared a bit of insight into their real personality instead of just business if making tge sale. It was a typical volley back and forth with what was on the table but at no time did I feel pressured to go outside my means.This is the team you want for a positive car buying experience.

I hate this dealership. Customer service sucks, wasted 4 hrs of my time and my car is not even oil change. What's the point of setting up an appointment? If it wasn't for a free paid oil change, I will never go to this dealership. I will never do any business with these people ever again. Advisors didn't even know my car has been sitting for 3 and half hrs for an oil change. I will be calling KIA and file a complaint against Edwards KIA

Bought a Kia optima from them in 2021 and for most of it went well. In May 2023 my engine was burning about a quart of oil every 1000 miles so I took it to the service department. Was told they would do a few checks on it including leaving it overnight to test issues. Confirmed with them that at the time I was still under my 5 year, 60000 warranty and that everything was covered. The first time they tested it was considered a failure and if it failed again after another they would start the process of a new engine. After I dropped it off the second time they called me a few hours later saying same results but they would not consider it a failure. Got into a argument with them where they then claimed I never a warrent on the car (paperwork I have says otherwise) and was told they weren't gonna do anything to the car. I didn't plan on sharing this but they have constantly called me asking me to sell them the car even after I told them I wanted nothing to do with them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I did a lot of research on the Kia telluride and the VW atlas. Definitely wanted a Kia telluride but would settle for an atlas since tellurides are hard to get. Ended up finding one at Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs and talked to the best cars salesman I have ever delt with his name is Mason. Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kudos to Mason!

Just took delivery of a 2024 Kia Carnival MPV. I worked with Bailey Brammer to place an order back in August for the exact configuration I was looking for. Bailey kept me updated on the delivery schedule and arranged for a test drive the day the vehicle arrived. I was able to complete the purchasing paperwork in an efficient manner. Everyone I dealt with was respectful of my time and the whole process exceeded my expectations.
