I would tell anyone looking for a new ride to go visit randy kahl! we absolutely love working with him! He goes above and beyond and its the easiest most enjoyable purchase ive ever made and its because of randy and they way he does things he's not there to push u into something u don't want We will Always buy from you randy! Bought an Escalade from Edwards Cadillac. Great experience from start to finish! Worked out the deal over the phone they stuck to the word and didn t try to sneak extra charges in on you. Rich Roberts is awesome I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Everyone was very polite and helpful from the general manager to the sales manager to the finance guy. Made my 12 hour drive from Ohio worth it to pick up my new SUV! Very trustworthy dealership which is hard to find.Thank you Edwards Cadillac for everything! If I m in the market for a new Cadillac I will start here first!

I recently visited your store looking to purchase an accessory for my car. I was cheerfully met by a guy named Randy. He was the kindest gentleman and funny. I was unable to purchase what I wanted; due to the parts department closing at 1pm on this day. He did all he could to ensure my visit wasn t a waste of time. Although, I was not buying a car this day my next Cadillac purchase will definitely go to Randy at Edwards Cadillac. Thanks again for taking time out of your busy day to assist me; when you really didn t have to.

Predatory customer service! The lady Jennifer was unprofessional and rude. Took my truck in for a recall repair and wanted something else fixed too. I told her what needed fixed and she insisted it would be $300 for a 3 hour diagnosis of the problem that I already told her what it was. She had a bad attitude and it seems this is the way people of color are treated there. Stay away from this place if you don t want to get ripped off, and especially if you re melanated.

Would definitely recommend!!! If I could star this 100 times, I most certainly would! Me and my husband have been to numerous places to try and find a car that fits us and every place gave us such a hard time trying to approve us, or they tried to force us in something that just wasn t right for us. We decided to drive from Lincoln to check this place out and they welcomed us with open arms! They listened to what we wanted and worked with what we had. They got us approved in a matter of minutes and got us into something we wanted! Michaela Pipal is the one that helped us throughout the whole process! From greeting us, to watching us leave in a new 2020 Impala Premier ! She even called us a week later just to see how we was doing and how everything was going with the car! And Rich Becerra was the finance guy that helped us as well, he was great! Very honest, straight forward, and thoroughly explained everything in our warranty and contract that a lot of dealerships don t do! These people definitely care about you and what you guys want. If your looking for a car, this place is it!

We spent 6+ hours here to lease a new vehicle. The guy that helped us was new to the game which was apparent because he would stumble on his words when we asked questions and he seemed unsure about a lot of things, and also lacked in follow up to our questions. We were lied to about amount of miles on our lease which we didn't find out until we were in the process of signing papers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Baxter is far more professional and legit.

Bought a "new to me" suburban at Edward's GMC. Joe Fontana was super great to work with. I always felt like he genuinely wanted the best deal for us and didn't just want to make his bosses happy. Got more car than we expected at the price we wanted to be at! Will definitely bring my business here again!

This review is based on all disappointing facts with no opinion as of yet. Last august I placed an order for an 2022 Escalade esv with edwards Cadillac, three times. After 2 weeks with no response, I went personally into edwards cadillac to basically say, take my money. An order was placed and the Escalade was delivered 5 months later. I loved the truck but after 2 months and 5k miles, there was a defect in the engine resulting it blowing and the dealership needing to replaced the entire engine. They gave me a 4 year old used car as a replacement while they took the Escalade. It s been three weeks and I Have yet to know if or when I ll be getting the Escalade back. Mind you that I m still paying about 1500.00 a month to drive an Escalade but I have a 2018 car instead. I have reached out to the sales manager, the service manager, emailed the general manager Roger Moore twice, and called him once. They have yet to respond to me after 2 weeks of trying to find out what my options are. I don t even think I want the car back because it s damaged goods and may have future problems as a result of the engine swap. But even more importantly is the resale value is drastically affected because it s on record that there was an engine swap w new vin numbers. I don t understand why after spending 110k for a new car that the entire dealership and its high up employees ghosted me, refuse to acknowledge me and my concerns or giving me the courtesy of calling me back or responding to my emails. I want a new Escalade even if I have to wait another 5 months.

Recently, I had some tire issues and a third seat malfunction. I pulled in without an appointment, and was in and out in a very timely fashion. My thanks to Fred Hunter for his ever-diligent attention to all my vehicles service needs.

Every time I come to the Chevy dealership I'm always greeted with The utmost respect thing they knowledge ment of the vehicle that I'm looking for number one person is Randy. Hes always been fair and honest no matter what vehicle I've chosen. The entire facility is acknowlege obal clean efficient I would give up a 100 stars if I could they're that good never had any problems.

I would give - 5 stars review if I could !!! I just want to know why you would ever use a tork bar to replace the oil plug in the first place !!! Now the bolt that broke off is in my oil pan and the oil pan has to be dropped !!!They said they would send a tow truck to take it to the shop it is now 12:48 on Saturday and they would not be able to make it right until sometime Monday Really you messed it up you should make time to fix it quicker.

Got a fair deal here on a used car but they are not overly friendly. Sales and finance people are friendly but upper management is not. I would like to give them a class in customer service.

Edwards bargin center has way classer sales people than Edwards Crystler. I have had this lady calling me for 3 weeks hounding me over a truck I looked at. I told her I would be back with my wife when we had time. She just won't give me a break!

Terrible! Quoted me a price higher than what they had listed, then they changed the price on the listing after I took the car overnight.i screenshot the original list price then when I showed them they tried to say it was a mistake. Terrible!
