This place is a rip off. My daughter paid them at least $800 for a power steering pump, we went back 3 times because it wasn t fixed. They replaced belts that didn t need replaced including the one the broke and were so kind to fix. Had to take the car to another shop and here she sits 3 months later with the broken power steering pump they replaced. When I called they did not back up their work or make anything right. They took advantage of a young girl and should be ashamed of themselves for taking her money. DO NOT GO HERE. Oh and to top it off they gave her a laundry list of things wrong with her car wanting $3000 to fix everything and upon inspection at another mechanic not a single one of those things was wrong.

Honest and fair.When your car breaks down you want someone to spend quality time explaining everything - all options. Labor and parts are expensive, so don t spend on unnecessary repairs - which is what is admirable about Dave s Complete Auto Service.They took the time to go through all my options, including not having the repairs completed. Appreciate their honesty and speaking to me as a family member, not another person giving money.Highly recommend!

If you need exhaust work done, this isn't the shop you want to go to. I base mechanics by reviews on here or good word of mouth. Dave's shop has 5 stars and were willing to install my previously purchased mufflers so I went to his shop. The welding I received was just horrid. Dave and co saw absolutely nothing wrong with it and said it's good to go. I paid full quoted price of $270 because he refused to take a dime off after having to re-weld what his employee butchered and also had to flip my muffler tips and re-weld them because they were installed upside-down. I can't vouch for their mechanical abilities as I didn't have anything mechanical repaired but the welding that is considered "good" from this place is ridiculous.

I got my vehicle fixed here, water pump, tires, oil change, and my bumper repaired. Everything was done in 1 day. Amazing staff and service. I would recommend this place very quick and efficient.

Was friendly great work and fair price was from out of town talked to them on phone called and gave estimate to me the cost up front if I break down in the area I will call them straight shooter thanks Dave and your staff

I bought a used Nissan Xterra about 4 years ago. Over the past year, it began to have an exhaust leak up near the manifold. The catalytic converter was shot. Took it to Dave's Complete and the car runs BETTER than when I bought it. They called me as soon as they had it torn down and diagnosed. Was given a thorough explanation of the problem, the fixes needed, and a rough cost (which was pretty much right on). Received updates on the status of repairs, and a call once it was done. This is gold service. Price was fair. Service was outstanding. I hope I don't have any more major repairs, but they gained a new customer today, even if just for general maintenance work. My daughter's car broke down on the way to Omaha and was towed to Dave's. They quickly found the issue (broken accessory drive belt) and had it fixed within an hour or so of the car coming in - all at a very reasonable price.They could have put the car into their schedule and got to it in a day or two - but they cared enough to get it done right then; my daughter really appreciated the great service and so did I.Dave, thanks for getting my daughter's little Hyundai Tiburon back on the road - great job, much appreciated!

Do not go to these shade tree mechanics!!! I brought my car in to have a few things fixed. First off they left my car outside after I told them I would rather take it home then sit outside over night. They kept ordering the wrong parts so I had to order them myself. Then I get my car back and it's still leaking oil and now overheating at this point so I take it back so they can fix it. Yep again ordered the wrong parts then get it back and they charge me for parts ordered and installed. Well to tell you about a month later I take it to a different shop because it's still overheating. They bypassed my cooling system and took out the thermostat lost and didn't put bolts back in and lost parts of my cold air intake. Well fixed now the right way and only had to spent $1700 on a job that should have been $400. That's not counting the bodywork and paint that needed fixed. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!

I had my truck delivered here one night at 8, had a miscommunication from the tow truck driver and had a little delay. But the guy had already diagnosed the issue and had a damn good price. So I went with it and he had it fixed that very next day. Super polite and won't skin you. Trustworthy group of guys here.

Thanks Dave for all your help in the past year ! Im the one that had the 99 Honda Accord & yes i got a new car now i still miss my old one but with your sound advice i made the right decision with that super high miles it had wouldn't been worth fixing it especially the cost higher than value of that old car . now have a Honda fit 2011 ill swing it by soon . I got it from the same car lot they helped me also get in it after feeling bad about the old one. Way lesser miles to. 58,000 .take care thanks again.

Stopped in for check engine light (fuel trim system rich). They found the fuel/alcohol ratio was registering at 32% and actual ratio was 10% so they did fuel trim relearn procedure.Was driving across 6 states. Check engine light came back on but eventually went back off again and truck is running great with no issues.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had another shop fix our vehicle at $8000 cost and it still wasn t right. Took it to Dave and he and his staff got the vehicle fixed correctly. Dave fixed a problem on my jeep no other shop could fix or even figure out. Fixed my caddy as well where another shop didnt repair right. I Recommend him highly.

In a nutshell we took a huge monetary loss by taking our vehicle to this shop. We did get some money back but crucial errors were made on this repair and in the end has cost us substantially more money to repair. It s frustrating to hear a professional tell you they didn t want to mess with the damn car in the first place . Good to know AFTER the fact money and time was spent.

I took my truck in for a power steering hose they fixed it flushed and refilled it, but I had them check my 4WD because I heard a noise and they said the transfer case motor needed replaced mind you I didn t have a check 4WD light on and said it s probably a simple part which I pointed out to what part might not be working and then they call and say different. NOW it won t even go into 4WD now and says check 4X4 and to top it off when I got my truck back IT SMELLED SO BAD OF CIGARETTES AND FULL OF GREASE ALL OVER MY STEERING WHEEL DOORS CENTER SHIFTER I HAD TO LEAVE AND GO GET IT CLEANED AT THE CAR WASH AFTER AND IT STILL SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES 2 weeks later, very unprofessional on their part. The only thing nice was the lady who works the front. They need to check their mechanics credentials and have more courtesy for someone s vehicle who DOES NOT SMOKE and to NOT LEAVE A VEHICLE FULL OF GREASE!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dave's is your complete auto care car facility. I have been doing business with Dave for 15 years, and have found none better. No job is too big or too small. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had my exhaust done. They did great work but paid for an hour of labor they did not do. I was estimated at 2 hours of labor plus taxes and it only took 45 mins and they still charged me for the 2 hours labor.

I was stranded in council bluffs ... Ontbe way to Minnesota, Winnebago. By NOON Monday after taking car on sunday... Daves shop had found the problem & Fixed it... $150.00. I was ready to throw my car away...& Dave savedmy car from Junk yard... Thank you Sweet Jesus !#!

My 2004 chevy 2500 duramax lost power while passing through town on a trip. They found the defective injector connector and repaired and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. My thanks to Jearod and Dave!

They have fixed 3 problems on my cars that another shop and the dealership couldn't fix, and cheaper. I don't go anywhere else. These guys are awesome!

Dave is a great guy and so very helpful! I took my Explorer to him and he was honest about what was wrong and didn't try to get me to replace parts that I didn't need like a lot of shops will do!

This is a bit late in coming but Dave saved my bacon by fixing a bad brake system on a 1974 GMC rv that I bought in NJ and was taking to Calif. The work was way out of the ordinary and he was able to correct something that no one else was willing to tackle.Mark Wyman

they always done right by us and havnt chrged us when another mechnik would have 4 a fuse in car and our cars always seem 2 b done right and he does chrge a fair price and doesnt robb you
