After my experiences with other Auto Collision Centers, my expectations were honestly low. My car needed repairs after being side swiped so I took it here. After my car was returned to me, I was blown away! Auto Body Concepts went above and beyond. They didn t just repair everything, but also cleaned the interior/exterior of my vehicle and explained other issues with it that wasn t included in the repair estimate. They made sure I was well informed on what they came across and treated my car like it was spa day! Will ONLY come here for any future repairs.

I Had an amazing experience! They had my vehicle in after an accident and had if fox with in a week. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and did all of the heavy lifting with my insurance company. I highly recommend this company for any body work you need done!!!

Well I must say that this place is legit! Randy the manager was very friendly even with a full work load. Took his time to explain to me what's to be done. Not many businesses care about their customers. But these guys showed me what I believe has been lost in society. Thanks for caring and treating your customers like gold. Only place I will re use but hope to never have too! Thanks Randy for the great interaction.

They are very professional & treat you like you are their good friend. I was so surprised to receive my car totally washed & looked like it was waxed & the interior was wiped down. Came in for body damage repairs. They did a fantastic job and went far beyond the call of duty even going so far as to clean and vacuum the inside of my car! Looked beautiful upon my arrival as outside of car was also cleaned and possibly waxed if I m not mistaken. Overall I m extremely satisfied!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

AJ & KP were absolutely amazing! Our family was in a bind traveling from Norfolk, NE to KC. On the interstate, outside of Council Bluffs, our sunroof glass shattered. We had called multiple other businesses & they couldn t help (either closed soon, unable to fit us in). We got ahold of Concept about a half hour before they were scheduled to close. They understood we were in a bind & gladly welcomed us to their shop even though they closed soon. They were both very happy to help!!! They cleaned up the glass & put crash tape over the roof & we were on our way. We highly recommended them!!!Service: Auto glass repair

My wife was in an accident with her Chevy Cruze. After asking around Auto body concepts came highly recommended. We took it there and they found hidden damage. It did take a little longer than expected but they did an excellent job. The color match is outstanding. They have my vote and I highly recommend. Really good people very knowledgeable and very courteous

Paint work is top notch. Staff is great and always helpful. The staff is always ready to answer questions and help you understand the process. They make you comfortable if you have to do any waiting, by offering coffee or water. They will show you all the things they will be doing ( if you are interested in getting hands on knowledge). The car is always much cleaner when I get it back....even if I go in for a small issue. They do a great job in coordinating with the insurance company in coordinating all my benefits.

Just got my car back today from Auto Body Concepts & I fell in with it again (LoL)!1. Got body damage on my car by another driver on 4/14/2014. Called around to a few body repair shops to get the damage repaired. "Auto Body Concepts" in Council Bluffs sounded like the best shop from the info I got on the phone & from the backup re-search I got compared to other body repair shops.2. I took my car in to the Auto Body Concepts Shop less than 2 hours after the car collusion happened. Jake told me what needed fixed & the estimate cost.3. I took my car in 10 days later when all the body parts arrived. The cars body repair got all done in 8 days (extra body parts had to get replaced after they got discovered thrue the body work) instead of 14 as planned.* Jake did an OUTSTANDING JOB All The Way Around from Figuring Out What The Car Damage Was to Getting The Car Fixed To It's Perfection. Jake Even Went Above & Beyond To Get Other Little Body Parts Fixed Along The Way To Make Sure Everything Will Function Again!The staff in the office was great in keeping me up-to-date on everything too.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto detailing

Outstanding customer service! Being disabled it s difficult for me to deliver my vehicle anywhere as I m not the one who drives it much. Joe and AJ worked with me to pick up my car and take it to their shop. They were extremely courteous and professional. I had some hail damage and another repair that were explained in detail for me and I can t believe how gorgeous my 11 year old car looks! I would definitely go back to them if I need their services and I highly recommend them if you need any sort of body work done on your vehicle. Thank you Auto Body Concepts!

In my experience, it's difficult to find a trustworthy, reliable auto body shop. When my car was involved in an accident Joe at Auto Body Concepts did his best to give me a quote to repair the damage. He made it clear that he didn't want to get in there and find out that there was more damage and charge me more. When he got it up in the air he realized it would be much more work than we had anticipated and he let me know immediately. I decided not to have it fixed. He declined payment for the time it had taken to assess the extent of the damage and even offered to let me keep my car there as long as I needed until I figured out what I wanted to do with it. Everyone I came in contact with were extremely nice, helpful, and seemed like really honest people. I will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Very friendly and honest people. They took the time to go through everything in depth detail on how much it would cost to get my passenger door fix all the way to the rear quarter panel. They did a very nice job and would recommend others to go here for any body work.

Had some accident damage that needed repaired. Those working there were friendly and professional. They estimated a timeframe for the work to be completed and they were right on. Received my car back in beautiful condition inside and out. They even gave us a complimentary wash which was fabulous!

Outstanding customer service! When someone hits your car it's stressful. Joe had the knowledge and calming factor I needed through the whole repair process. My car looks new again!! Don't look any further for your repair needs!

Staff were friendly, and honest to boot. Pricing was fair, although I'll admit I'm no expert on it, so correct me if you think I'm wrong.Unfortunately, I had to part ways with my trusty car, as I had damged it more than I was willing to pay for, but they did lay out costs ahead of time and were very clear about how much things would cost.They were fair in assessment costs, and in the event I need their services again, I will be coming back.
