Went here twice and there was little to "NO" customer service. I'd rather go to the Advanced Auto Parts by Lake Manawa. Huge difference in customer service. 1 star.

Terrible. They were suppose to inspect my brakes. They couldn t get car started, so instead of calling me they let my car sit in the parking lot until close. When I got there, I started my car like it was nothing. Horrible communication skills and a waste of time. Would put 0 if I could.

This is a nice location on Broadway. They've normally had everything I have needed on hand or later that day, depending upon what time it is currently.

Went into this location today & the "manager" Chris provided terrible customer service. Was extremely rude to me. Rarely go into any parts store, and when I do it is usually Auto Zone. Advanced had a better deal for what I needed for my car so I figured I would go there. First time and it was terrible. If the store had not had that deal I would've walked out as he was rude to me within the first 5 minutes of being in the store. Sad that the person they chose to represent the store is treating customers in such rude ways! Great way to get business! If I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed.

Astounding customer service skills. Porter was especially helpful at helping me put the oil and power steering fluid in my car! I will be coming back to this location if I need something else.

I've never experienced any problems here, they always know exactly what I need and if they don't have it in stock, they'll get it from another store

I have been in bad experience with this store he never asked who's next big dog too much with the people they never said I'll be back with you this is a really bad situation and that people are just waiting for just get the parts and go but suddenly it's really slow service I hope you can do something, please, thank you.

I was able to get what I wanted and it's in a convenient spot but probably won't shop there for a while for something the employee said as I accidentally past the aisle they said what I was looking for was down, but I don't blame them.

Went to this location yesterday and an employee named Chris needs some anger management. He got angry with me because I called it a "boot" instead of a "bellow". He already had an attitude when I walked in. I was the only one in there. He had also hung up on a customer and would not answer the phone from there on. Corporate needs to visit this guy and give him a reality check.

Staff is always friendly and super helpful, if they don't have a particular they will find a location that has it for you. Thanks for all you do Marcus, Craig, Kyle and any staff I missed!!!

I needed a battery installed in my truck and the website says that your stores install batteries. The man behind the counter asked what I needed and I asked if they would install a battery that I purchase. He glanced out to my truck and said we will on some vehicles, then he stared at me and said, not today. I thought he might be joking so waited for him to speak again but nothing, so I left and bought a battery at O'Reilly's. I know it was cold outside and if the store has a policy against installing batteries under a certain temp I understand, but tell me that don't just be rude and stare at me.

Didn't have my part but unlike napa, they ordered it and was delivered on time the next day, with no shipping charge. And clerk was cool.

Complete joke. Called and asked if they had a product. The guy who has "worked there 15 years" couldn't take the time or effort to walk to the shelf to see if they had a product. I ended up doing his job for him by going to the website and got a part number. When I went in, he told me "doors swing both ways." Yup, Autozone is two blocks away. Only reason I came to you was because they don't sell it. Welcome to being a LAST RESORT.

Went in to get a copy of my receipt. Manager was sleeping so he didnt know I came in. Anybody could of easily gotten away with a bunch of product from this store.

I call and it rings forever.. Then get placed on hold for a half hour!! When i go in there the workers are tools who think they are the best thing since sliced bread..

They usually have what I am looking for, and even though they can be a little higher priced on some things, I like to shop here because the staff is very helpful and makes sure I have what I need to get the job done right.

Where I go for most of my truck parts. Staff generally knows what's what and helps me out however they can.
