College sons car broke down in Correctionville on a Friday at 4pmSVA was kind enough to drive up to Casey s to check it out and had him drive to their shop less than 5 blocks awayHooked up to their diagnostics machine to find out alternator was badNot open over weekend and 2 hours away so went over and trailered it home$80 for 5 block trip and 5-10 minutes on diagnostic machineLooked like a nice business upon my arrival and they were friendly on the phone but thought the price was Outrageous!!!

Great service, reasonable rates! They have always been able to get me in when I need them. I have been taking my vehicles to them for years and continue to, even now that I live 40 minutes away.

Very courteous and detected a problem with my brakes when I went in to have my oil changed that I didn't know was going on. They were also able to fix that the same day! Great service!!!!

They have always done great work for my family. They also have excellent customer service. They do a great job communicating and explain "why" with a great hometown atmosphere. It makes coordinating not having a car much easier. I have never had a vehicle just sit there. Drop it when scheduled and it gets fixed, plain and simple.I will keep going back.

Bob is always very quick to get back to you if he was unable to answer your call. Very friendly and helpful and gets your needs met promptly! Very satisfied with service at Sioux Valley Automotive and the prices are reasonable as well! Thanks SVA for your great service!

Me and a co-worker were on our way to Des Moines from Rock Rapids when I got a flat. They were very fast, accommodating, and friendly! Had us in and back on the road in 15-20 minutes! Thank you so much!!!

These guys were fantastic! They had a loaner for me to use over the weekend when my car needed to stay overnight and the bill was pretty reasonable given everything the car needed done. I don t eventually know where to begin!! I was on a road trip from South Dakota to Indianapolis and my alternator went out on the way. My AAA tow truck driver knew Bob, the mechanic here, and brought my car in. I was trying to make it back to Indianapolis by the next morning for my grandmother s funeral, but all the parts stores were closed. Bob stayed open late while the tow truck driver went a few cities over to get an alternator for my car. He had me on the road THE SAME NIGHT out of the kindness of his heart. I made it to the funeral and I am so thankful I got the help from Bob! 10/10 recommend!!! And I can t express how much I appreciate the help.
