I have been taking my car here for the past 3 years. They never try to sell you on anything that is unnecessary and I always feel that they are being truthful in their recommendations. I also think that their prices are fair for the service received and appreciate that they offer loaner vehicles should you need one. I tell everyone and their mother to take their vehicles here if they are local. Will never go anywhere else.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The team at Off Campus were amazing. My daughter and I were traveling from New York to Colorado and we slid off the entrance ramp to I80, during a snow storm. There was significant damage to the front end of the car. The team at Off Campus were able to get the parts we needed and fixed the car. We were able to get back on the road and make it to CU Boulder. The car ran great and my daughter is moved into her new apartment with plenty of time before the start of the Spring semester. Thank you Off Campus Auto Repair for all your help.

They looked at my car, fixed the issues I had, looked around for parts to match my budget, and when they noticed a minor billing issue after I left and had paid already, they called me back within an hour in order to refund me the difference. That level of integrity sets them apart from other mechanics I've dealt with in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Off Campus is the best! When they recommend fixing something, I know I had better do it because they only recommend what is necessary, rather than finding little things that generate income for them. They monitor my car's health and help me to maintain a safe vehicle. Plus they are friendly and care about me as well as my car!

Always personal, professional and courteous service. I love how Off Campus Auto notifies me of upcoming issues but will help me minimize costs and provide options. I m always offered a courtesy car which comes in handy if needed.

Went here a few weeks ago for a few things got my coolant flushed normally I check under my hood but this time for some reason I didn t till a few weeks later when I noticed I hadn t checked after this shop had my suv.Saw my coolant was almost to the top of the tank and it was the same weird color of the two coolants I had mixed before I took it to the shop. So I then took my suv to two other shops and both don t think that s it was flushed but couldn t tell me 100% or not just professional opinion.They also told me my upper engine mount had lose bolts and was gonna charge 202 to tighten them. It was lower mount and not even bolts Don t waste your time at off campus ! I won t be back for anything. Hopefully they did the other flushes I paid for..Good customer service.

Thank you, great staff, a kind staff member named Karen wished me birthday with a cake.So nice of her. I am sure it s good quality work but I double checked the prices of equipment installed from Toyota dealers as well and it looks they were inflated atleast 15-20%.

Everyone was very helpful in explaining our car troubles and finding a solution. The loaner cars that they offer are nice and make it convenient to drop off and pick up your car! I would highly recommend.

They diagnosed the problem accurately and did an inspection that caught a couple other issues that needed attended to. They are knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

Was referred to Off Campus Auto Repair from Penguin Garage; needed timing chain replacement and a parking brake replacement/rebuild.The price they quoted me was fair and they didn t mess around at all. Easy to work with. They were efficient as hell, too. Also, they were cool when I wasn t able to come pick up my car when I had originally said I would (got tied up at work).I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

I called and dropped it off and they got the job done. Only thing that I was disappointed in was in the time they said it was going to be done. Wait 2 extra hours for it to be done. Given it was a busy day as the snow storm just hit. Overall they filled my needs.

My daughter's car broke down on her wayvto school. I called around to see who could look at the car asap. Everyone was out 2 weeks just to look at the car. Off-campus Auto was able to look at the car right away. I told them I have auto repair coverage. They were straight up with me saying will work with the repair company. They stressed the fact that somethings may or may not be covered under my plan. They did a full diagnosis of my car. They gave me a call and told me what would be covered and what needed to be repaired. I was given the worst case scenario and was given a lead time of a month based on the part that was needed inorder for them to complete the rest of needed repair. I was given a loaner car to use during that time.Well, One week later I was called saying the car is done. I had minimum out of pocket cost. So the part they were waiting for came in early and it solved the whole issue with the transmission.These guys are awesome, I recommend them to everyone!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

The office area is easy enough to get some work done while you wait, or get a loaner car so you can get about your day. We selected this business as the nearest for AAA towing, plus we had positive experience from their repair of our other car. They were good about working with our insurance, arranging having the car sent to a body shop after internal.repairs were complete, and keeping us notified. The car is still at the body shop, so we haven't driven it since it was repaired.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Nice place and friendly staff! My car was running rough. They were able to get my car in and looked at in a timely manner. Once diagnosed, Brad worked with my warranty company to get my car fixed. I had some complicated issues with a 2006 Honda Odyssey that other shops could not fix. Off Campus was not only able to successfully correct the issues, they also provided a loaner vehicle as they needed my van for a few days. The experience exceeded my expectations!

I was very impressed with this shop. I always get nervous taking my car in when I m unsure what is going on as it can be easy for a shop to upsell things that are not needed. I was experiencing some sounds while driving and was unsure what was going on. They diagnosed the issue and gave me the best advice. They could have told me I needed new tires but told me an alignment would cause the root of the problem and that my tires were still good. They got me in the next day and was finished before the end of the day! They called me to let me know what they determined and what the cost was going to be before starting any work. Staying in Iowa City while my daughter is at the children s hospital. Needed a tire fixed and an oil change. Found them on Google and decided to go there. They were extremely professional and up front with me. Didn t pressure me to do anything and got the job done in a timely manner. I am very happy with their service. If they have time in availability they often do things right then and there. If not they schedule the service at a good time for you. While it may not be the cheapest service oh, you can count on them. They checked my tires and made sure they were okay and changed my wiper blades which we're a mess after this winter.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation

Everyone at Off Campus Auto Repair was super helpful and kind. I d been there once before when I had gotten a flat tire and decided to go back again this time with regular repairs and an oil change. They kept me up to date on what they were doing and called to get my permission to make any repairs. They completed their work quickly and for a very reasonable price.
