So grateful for this place! When traveling, we had a flat tire, and this was the only place open. They helped us get back on the road even though it was close to closing time. We're very appreciative of the staff in the tire center that night and the manager. Thanks!

Researched to get good quality tires at the best price. Bought new tires less than a year ago and they need to be replaced. Still under warranty. When I called it was obvious they were going to search for an excuse not to honor the warranty. Unforunately, I was right. I even brought in receipts to prove tire rotations. They refused to even look at the receipts. Never going here again.

Horrible costumer service. Slowest process. Behind on all appointments and walk ins. We just bought all 4 new tires and within two days had a flat tire. They were not accommodating and told us it was a nail and they patched it. Although it s possible it s a nail, we ve never ran over a nail in our lives and it s hard to believe in two days with a new tire that s what happened. They also could not show us the nail.

Great service and help dealing with a tire puncture. Aaron helped explain the next steps, provided install of a donut, and gave guidance on when a new tire would be available.

They did a good job with putting tires, on in a good amount of time, made it easier to not purchase more than we needed ha!!

Took my car for new tires but when I picked it up, there were boot marks all over the drivers side floor. They did not bother to put a protector sheet down for my very clean car. I had to clean the car before leaving the warehouse parking. No reason to mess my car especially given the great clean condition I took it in.

An easy place for tires. Good prices with a great warranty. I made an appointment ahead of time and was in and out quickly. Employees were friendly and efficient.

This place it s a jokeI had to go there 3 times for a flat tire under warrantyThey will lie to you about getting the job done in timeConcept of appointments is worthless at this Costco Tire place.If you want to save yourself from tons of frustration and bad customer service, take your business somewhere else
