Stopped here for my third time to buy a car from Aaron Woodward. He s a legend. Always have had exceptional service, he is willing to pull multiple cars in for me to test drive and is always available for questions or suggestions.Always a joy working with him, he will get you any fixes you need and will be a great partner for anyone looking for a car or for their family. I drive a lot for work 25k+ miles/year and Aaron always has made great suggestions that fit my lifestyle.The service department is also excellent.Overall great experience. I d recommend to anyone I know!

From day one, your staff were fantastic. Aaron went way out of his way, in my opinion, to get me into a good car. He says its just his job, if it is, he needs recognition for the excellent job he did. Becca was also awesome. She was so patient with me and helped me so very much. As you hopefully can tell, my entire experience was fantastic. I will definitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking.

Keaton made buying a car such a stress free process. This is the first car that I ve ever purchased. Went in knowing exactly what two cars i wanted to look at, test drove them both. Decided on one of them and he made it so I was able to afford it. Happy he could help me get through this process with ease and get me into a new car.

Aaron Woodward is not your typical salesman! He was not pushy or shady like some. He was great to work with and was very accommodating!! We appreciated the extra steps he took to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. We highly recommend working with Aaron!

4.18.24Coming here was genuinely a wonderful experience for me. I drove all of the way from Kansas City (Stopped in Saint Louis originally, had a bad experience and left, and immediately traveled another four hours to Iowa) and it was my very first time buying my own car. I am immensely grateful to each person that I worked with, especially Theron Stuelke!!!Just wow! From the start this guy was respectful, kind, and an active listener. He had a great sense of humor, which is what made him relatable and very easy to get along with.There were no stressors, no problems, and I wasn t made to feel like a burden. I felt completely comfortable and was even more relieved by the fact that he wasn t pushy or deceiving when it came to walking me through the steps. It was simple and straightforward because he made it the most effortless process. What I appreciated the most was that he didn t make my time feel like a waste.I had an incredible time getting to know him and his coworkers. Every single person that I came into contact with was exceptionally friendly, polite, and inviting. Truly, I have no regrets because I knew that I deserved to have a good experience, which is why I m glad I ended up coming here. Really great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I didn t think I would be leaving with a car when I got here. Keaton stretched every limit possible to help me get one and really took my situation into consideration as a first time buyer. Very professional and understanding, he provided me with a full understanding of every detail I needed to understand to make my decision. He deserves a big fat bonus and a raise. This was my first time buying a car and the entire team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! From Theron selling me the car, Becca contacting my credit union and Kallie explaining payments and warranty packages. There was full transparency, and team effort to get me the best deal. I highly recommend this dealership, and particularly Theron as a salesman for first time buyers!

Worked with Ryan D. And he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, was able to get me the best deal possible all while being extremely personable. We were even able to talk about music recommendations. Before this I had never been able to work with a car salesman who was fully committed to being honest and helping me as much as he could. A+ experience. He also quickly detailed my fianc�e's car for no charge. Go to this guy if you want good service!

Overall a great experience working with Aaron Woodward! Buying a car at the dealer is never fun, but he definitely made it more enjoyable.I'm not an easy customer, but Aaron was patient with me and never rushed me through the test drives. He also let me put the cars through their paces to really get a good feel for them. (Pro Tip: warn your passenger before you slam on the breaks or chuck it into a corner)After eventually deciding on a 2019 Mazda CX-5, Aaron and the team worked with me to find terms that worked with my budget, and helped me secure financing. Becca Staib in the business office was also a pleasure to work with. Like Aaron, she made a normally miserable process much more painless (borderline enjoyable).After a few days I ran into an unfortunate issue with a headlight that was holding water. Thankfully after a quick phone call to Aaron I had an appointment for the following day, and assurance that McGrath would cover the repair. My dad had a similar issue at Van Horn Ford last year and they left him hanging. Big shout out to Aaron and team for making it right!If you're in the market for a new (to you) car, definitely stop by Coralville Used Car Superstore, you won't be disappointed.Thanks again Aaron, Becca, and team- you all did great! (Except the salesman who tried to argue that pizza, cheesy potato bites, etc. are all technically sandwiches. I still cannot stress how wrong you are..)

Great and fun group of people that went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I had come in for! Special thanks to Parker, Patrick, and Brayden! Parker was patient, friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had. I ve had bad experiences/bad attitudes before with just wanting to look at the inventory at other dealerships. That was not the case here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. Especially a Jeep! Haha, lots of enthusiasm and support in owning one with these guys!

Had a great experience overall! We came to the lot to look at one vehicle, which had to be brought down from another location. While we were waiting, Ryan showed us a few other vehicles. The one he showed us ended up being a way better choice than what I originally had my eye on despite being on the opposite end of the automotive spectrum from each other. Ryan didn't pressure us, he worked with us, and he made the experience personable.

I worked with Ryan and Becca yesterday to get a vehicle that I love. I wasn't able to get what I wanted but so much more. It was a long scary process for me and they were so kind and comforting and explained the situation very well. I'm planning on having this SUV for years to come. I couldn't be happier!

I've always believed the best time to buy a car was when you didn't need to and this was the case with this transaction. Theon (the salesman) was personable. and friendly which was no surprise. I would like to have spent less time waiting for the back & forth between myself, the salesman, and the sales manager, but you can't buck tradition. All in all, it was a decent experience.

Loveeee Coralville Superstoreour experience was great.This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from them.Ryan Daughenbaugh, Rebecca Staiband Manager Landon made things happen.Ryan and McGrath service department worked with me after the sale was closed.I had a couple minor issues with my Cherokee Trailhawk that needed tended to and they held up their side and got me a service appointment to make sure that the issues are taken care of.I appreciate you McGrath team; my husband and I plan on being loyal customers and referring family and friends.Sydney and Nick Garner

This used-car store is definitely worth your time and money! Earlier this month, I purchased my first "nice" vehicle and thankfully it was with McGrath Coralville. I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 and I was very pleased with the entire experience.The salesmen that I worked with (Ryan and Theron) were professional, respectful, and out-going. The finance staff (Braden and Becca) were equally as calm, friendly, and approachable. They helped me understand all the complicated details and necessary paperwork. We were even able to negotiate the price a small amount to meet my budget.Since it was my first "nice" vehicle purchase, and I was paying cash, I really appreciated all of their patience. After all it is a big decision for most people to pay $20,000 for anything these days. I visited a lot of local dealerships, and McGrath was the best. Never did I feel rushed, pressured, or inadequate throughout the process.The whole team at McGrath Coralville is solid. They helped me feel confident in finding the right truck, and there was no hurry. The finance crew is amazing and the salesmen are fantastic! They allowed me to do two test-drives and provided me with all of the background information about the truck. They were knowledgeable with the vehicle inspection and answered all of my various questions with no trouble. I highly recommend this company!
