Ferrari Carl I think he called himself, was very helpful with my floor mat purchase as he had to special order them and offered to call multiple vendors! And made sure I was able to use my rewards coupon! Would recommend.

I only come to this Location because the personnel makes me feel they are part of my projects.I would really put a word out there for Matt, this guy is amazing, very knowledgeable about what I need to get, and offers me the best option. Ive been back and forth like 20 timed to this location, and every time, Matt is there for my needs.Also both Doug's are very helpful too. They are very wise and have hands on experience. I stopped in here towards the end of a 14 hour drive from Fort Collins to Chicago after realizing one of my headlights was burned out. I got there 15 mins before closing and Doug came out and helped me replace it so I could get on the road quickly! Doug was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process

This store was a huge help when I came in at 8 am needing a new battery thanks to the usual -30 Iowa winter weather. Service was fast and very friendly. Darryl and Grant (I believe?) made my stressful morning much easier by being kind and humorous, installing the battery and windshield wipers I bought and explaining anything they thought I needed to know (ex. the new battery was much smaller than the original so the part that holds it in could rattle and Darryl made sure to point it out so I didn't worry in the future.) All over great service!

Engine light came on as I was doing out of state drive. The service rep was friendly and gave me the free diagnostic for the engine and was honest that it was a sensor and nothing serious. Nice to still see some good customer service skills in use!

Best staff in the business- Grant was a great help in solving my automotive needs. I was in desperate need of new wiper blades, and he recommended a brand that has completely revolutionized my experience of driving in the rain. Additionally, since I spent more than $30, he told me about a promotion that they were having and I was able to pick out a free item with my purchase. I of course jumped at the chance, and walked away with a pack of red rags. I absolutely love my new wiper blades and my red rags!

Every time I have come onto the shop for a part they either had it in stockbor they can place the order for the parts that usually arrive with in 2 days! Being a female in most automotive stores you get spoken too like. Well shes a girl we will help her get what she needs. Lol than I speak. Repeating the understood information and adding in the rest of the info they will need giggling. But. It didn't take long for anyone in the store to notice I do know automotive mechanics far more than the basics. HAHAHAHAHA BUT NOT Always able to install my vehicles needs. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE TO SHOP FOR MY AUTO PARTS

Nice staff, but their prices are VERY high. It s sad when it s cheaper to buy a quart of oil at a gas station. I got taken a few months back buying a bulb for $10 that I found at NAPA for $2 the next month. Shop around.

The gentlemen here were so helpful! They not only replaced my windshield wipers for me but also helped with a small repair of the windshield washer fluid line. Will definitely be making this my go to spot for auto parts!

Ordered a part for our truck. Husband works at a car dealership so they were going to just deliver it to work for him. Never showed up and they didn't even bother to call to say it had bot come in. 2 days later we had to go into store to find out what was going on and they finally told him and said they still didn't have part but would have Iowa city store deliver one they had. So many new face a in the store lately and none of them seem to know what they are doing

Sold me the wrong headlight bulb after they "confirmed" it was the right one at the register. Then had to come back and exchange for the right one and they refused to price match with the one I actually needed which turned out to be $10 more expensive. Not even an apology for selling me the wrong one. Do not recommend.

I was disappointed to find out that the PREMIUM Wiper Blades that Advanced Auto Parts sold me 6 months ago only had a 45-day warranty! They've become very noisy lately. However, they are generally a good place to shop for auto supplies.

I was having lots of trouble with my car. I pulled up casey's the night before, shut the car off and went inside. I got back out there and the car wouldn't start. New battery since November, new alternator since last July, alternator worked on at November. We were trying to figure out what was wrong. Advance Auto parts even put in a new battery, the other one read over charge Advance Auto still put in a new battery,. The car would start with a jump and after stopping it after while, it wouldn't restart. Advance Auto REALLY looked into it. It took them awhile, but, they figured out it was the attachments to the posts. They changed them and I was ok. Thank God for those guys. I really on my car for cleaningbldgs. All the guys were working on the car, but, Carlos did the most work

On my way home to Colorado from Chicago, my car starting acting up. The guy working there helped me out by checking the car out through the port. He made me feel comfortable enough to make it home as it was some emission sensors. I made it home so thank you to the guy that I didn't catch his name.

They had the parts I needed in stock. The website to store integration could be a little tighter but I don't think that is problem with the local store and more with corporate integration team and marketing team connections to local market.
