My son s truck got stuck on a snow blown road. Alex communicated with us well and got the truck out safely and efficiently. They came thru for us at a time we needed help.

I broke down nearby and Mincer Ford was fast and professional in the way they offered help. They offered a courtesy vehicle while they were working on my vehicle. I appreciated the patience they had with me. I worked with Angela to trade my vehicle in for a newer car. She was highly informative and helpful. She was willing to work with me within my price range. I didn t feel pressured and I highly appreciated their willingness to work with me during a stressful time. If you need help, call Mincer Ford.

If you're looking for personal service, friendly staff and knowledgeable repair technicians this is the dealer you're looking for! Angela helped us with purchase of a used vehicle of which we are extremely pleased with, and Patrick in service has assisted us with repairs on our other vehicles. If you haven't already had the pleasure to visit them we highly recommend that you do. We're confident you'll appreciate the small town hospitality you'll receive from all the staff.

This is a great friendly place with excellent pricing! We got both of our vehicles oils changed for under $60! They go above and beyond. For example, we were on our way to pick up our car from them, when our toddler decided to lock us out of the house. With no way to go pick up the car I called them and they brought my car to me! To me that screams excellent customer service. As long as we live close, we will continue to service our cars there. Great staff and knowledgeable technicians. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car serviced!

Can't say enough for the helpful, local service these guys provide. There are a lot of monster dealers around - this is one of those places where you can actually talk to a family member in ownership. Great folks and I wish we had more dealerships like this around the US.

My husband and I live in Ohio. We have been looking for a low mileage used SUV for almost a year. We have been dealing with 2 different dealerships in Ohio for 9 months looking for one. They were no help. We were in Iowa visiting our daughter and her family. We casually mentioned to Alex what we were looking for. He found exactly what we wanted! We just purchased the vehicle today. This was the best buying experience we have ever had! Thank you Mincer Ford, Alex and Larry for going above and beyond!

If you want great customer service in all aspects of a dealership then you need to go see Mincer Ford. From roadside service calls, the sales department, customer service and the service department they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

I can not thank salesman Jordan enough for his thorough inspection of our 2010 Ford Fusion we purchased. He knew it was for my son at college and how important it was for things to be all in order. Also delivered, very much appreciated Jordan!

The best single experience I have ever had at a dealership Jordan was a professional all the way thru even checked out my vehicle I was picking my new ride up when I hit a deer on the way there and made sure we made it back to Ohio safely I rarely have seen customer service at this level I highly recommend these guys go buckeyes

My family and I have been buying cars from Mincer Ford for a couple decades. Not only has Larry and staff been fair on prices, their commitment to 'small-town' service is what separates Mincer Ford from others. Since my introduction, my in-laws even drive in from outside of Chicago to buy their cars from Mincers. Highly recommended!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF!3 Times my family/ friends have taken their cars here for something small. All 3 times the mechanics have checked the vehicle over only to find something else that impendingly needs changed or, and I quote "it is unsafe to drive on the road."I know a lot about cars and typically do oil changes on these people's cars and I check them over and test drive myself.Two of the three times the dealership tricked them into unnecessary repairs, one of them over $2,000 the other time a few hundred.They will turn a spark plug change into you needing a new engine. Makes me sick a dealership would do this, but most people don't know any better.I urge you to find a trusted mechanic, but I can tell you, not to trust these guys.
