We had Ian go through our vintage camper van from top to bottom and get everything in good working order. This included sealing, custom bathroom flooring, and a complete water heater rebuild. He treated our old van like it was his own and did fabulous work. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Ian Freeman/Camper Commander for ANY work involving a RV. I m a disabled veteran and live full time in my trailer, traveling. I came across Mr. Freeman online and read through his reviews and they were excellent. I hired him to repair 2 major issues with my trailer that he claimed he knew how to repair, along with a couple other minor simple ones. I explained to him that The first issue I had was since I live full time in my trailer I would need to make other living arrangements while my trailer was being repaired. He claimed it wouldn t even take 2 weeks. After the end of the 2 weeks he had hardly started on it. All he had done was that he cut off an exterior panel. When asked about it, I was told I could just take my trailer right then if I wasn t happy (without him replacing it). Like that wasn t even a possibility. When I asked about a timeframe he would just put me off, not answer the phone or return my voicemails or calls. Meanwhile, I had to keep making different living arrangements due to not knowing anything about when it would be done. These kinds of issues continued throughout my dealings working with him. When the trailer was finished, his repairs started failing immediately. He attempted the repairs 2 more times with no success. The other major item was addressed with the same lack of knowledge of what he was doing resulting in my trailer looking like a jigsaw puzzle and slide not working correctly. It is very clear he doesn t know what he is doing and I couldn t understand how he had such rave reviews. He claimed to be a Christian but at no time in my dealings with him did he show any Christian values. Wasting people s time and money is his only skill. This resulted in taking him to small claims court in order to recover some of my losses. I won the case and just waiting for some actual restitution now. I could write a book of all my bad experiences with Mr. Freeman (camper commander), as he has stolen my time, taken my money, delayed my traveling, and has ruined my home. But I wish this to be more of a warning for others to be cautious if you do hire him.Update: 3 months since I won my case and he still hasn't even made an attempt to fulfill his court ordered obligation.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Camper Commander recently. Took my RV in to diagnose an issue with the air-conditioning. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. What I liked best about Camper Commander is that they stayed in touch, explained what they were doing and answered my questions. They are very thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an RV problem.Service: Air conditioning

I called these folks when my furnace was not igniting. They were friendly and so helpful! The gentleman from the service department was able to answer all my questions, and gave me so much valuable information over the phone for no charge. As a new RV owner, I have a lot to learn, and they helped me fix my problem without having to break camp and bring it in for a service. I will definitely be calling them for any issues that crop up in the future.

I had a terrible mouse event with my furnace this week and Ian was able to get someone out right away. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. I knew the fan blade had broke but did not know the mouse had started eating the wires. I was shown the wires and they were also fixed. They were able to come in under the quoted price which is always a welcome experience. Thank you all at Camper Commander and I hope you all have a wonderful and warm Thanksgiving.

Ian and his team did a great job! Our front end had water damage. They repaired to like new if not better then new. Always good about communicating with me and the guys working in the shop were super kind and friendly.

Ian fixed a very difficult electrical problem that others couldn't or wouldn't do. Never gave up, cleaned up every speck of the debris and left it cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Very reasonable price considering the time and effort involved. Brian did and amazing job on my windshield too.I highly recommend them for any and all your RV repairs. No waiting room but I preferred being able to see and talk to them and not be sequestered off in another room. Very hospitable, caring and honest.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

The Camper Commander team did a fantastic job fixing a water leak around the slide out. They worked diligently to ensure the slide was adjusted correctly and operating flawlessly. Very professional team! Highly recommend!

We had the best experience. We had an air conditioner that had a very bad problem and we thought was going to ruin our vacation and these guys came through and fix everything we needed Thank you very much if there's 10 stars they would get it

After initially contacting another mobile RV repair company, they informed me they were temporarily closed, but referred me to Camper Commander. I was only in the area for a short time but Ian fit me in to his schedule. A large RV company had installed a new washer and dryer in my fifth wheel right before leaving home, and I did not discover until later that they had torn and crushed the dryer vent hose. Ian quickly diagnosed the problem and utilized multiple solutions to gain enough clearance for the vent hose to be installed correctly. Ian is very professional, meticulous, and quality conscious. I appreciate his philosophy of doing the job once and doing it right the first time. I would happily use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing quality work performed.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim
