I have been taking my 2011 Sonata here for over 10 years and the service department has always taken excellent care of me. Always thorough with their inspections but never pushy with me if I tell them I can fix something myself for cheaper. I'm moving in a couple months and I'll count myself lucky if I am able to find a service department half as good as this one in my new city. The last couple of times I've been in, the wait time was a little long but I think it was a staffing issue - it is what it is.

All these 1 star reviews are from unforgiving Karens. This is literally the easiest service center to schedule maintenance I've ever been to. You can literally select a day and time online and then they send you confirmation texts and emails.I took my '15 Sonata here initially 6 months after purchasing it in 2023 with 100k on it only for the engine to fall victim to a recall. Ben, the service advisor I talked to encouraged me to bring it in so he could look at it - while being clear he couldn't guarantee I'd be approved for the recall issue. The next day he was able to look at it and said it appeared to be the recall issue to him but he'd have to submit it to Hyundai corporate for approval. Another few days goes by and he calls me saying he had to do a little back and forth with them but ultimately got it approved. He had the new engine installed about a week after that. Since then I have continued taking my vehicle there for maintenance and have had nothing but a positive experience in all aspects including scheduling and availability, prices, customer service, speed, cleanliness, it's all there. Also I love that I can order OEM parts online and they're ready to pick up right there in the store.Still iffy on Hyundai as a brand because of the initial recall issue, but as far as their service department goes - AS LONG AS YOU KNOW HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR MAINTENANCE ONLINE AND NOT BE A COMPLETE DINOSAUR - this place is the bee's knees.

Called service because my engine light came on. They could not look at it for over a month. I went to auto zone and they did a scan, said it was fuel injection. I called the service department to see if it was covered by warranty and he said "no idea". I then asked if he thought I could drive it, again, said no idea.I took it to a local automotive shop and they immediately found the issue. It was bad gas, told me what to do.This will be the last Hyundai I buy based upon the lack of the service.

Customer service and attention to detail was top notch. My service tech went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone I dealt with from scheduling to picking was kind and courteous.

I called this business to have a recall completed. When I got there they saw an additional recall so said they could do it in probably 2 hours which I was ok with. After sitting there for 2 and a half hours ( no one checked with me during this time) I finally asked and he said who was helping you and I said Omar. He said well he went to lunch, which shouldn t be my problem!!! So I said can you check. He came back and said well they didn t really start it, probably another 45 minutes which at this point I was furious. How incompetent can a business be??? The poorest service I have ever seen so now I have to find another dealer to complete my recall. I was looking at 2023 car like mine and also the 2023 Tucson. I was very interested but at this point if that s how they treat their customers I can definitely find another brand of vehicle to purchase!!!

Kurt and Michael were fantastic! I had gone to several mechanics in Des Moines to look at my car and Kurt was the first to actually listen to my problem and what I needed for the fix, Michael got my problem solved super quick. Nice staff. It is hard to get ahold of the service department sometimes. They always seem to be busy. They put a new engine In our car and is the only place we get our oil change done because we know it will be done right.

Good luck getting anyone to call you back. They outsource their calls and getting help is short of impossible. Their service is so poor that I am looking at getting ride of my Hyundai and trying a new dealership. I was in on September 10, 2022 for an oil change, tire rotation & they were supposed to repair my tire. Since the service I've had to fill up my tire at least once a week. Now, I have to spend more money to get my tire correctly repaired elsewhere.

I have called to talk to someone 7 times over 3 day period. Left 4 voice mail messages to call me and have yet to hear back. Customer service clearly needs improving.

Oil leak when we got back home from an oil change. One star for trying to get ahold of anyone to remedy situation. Ended up just driving over and they worked us in to correct the issue. Thanks to the staff that day but shouldn't have been in that situation in the first place. Hopefully no long term issues with the oil filter on a brand new Sante Fe.

This team seriously rocks! Booked a simple ABS repair service. When they called to confirm the yesterday, I asked if they could do an oil change as well. They said no problem. Kenton came to pick up my vehicle for service this morning. Great guy and mentioned I could use a quote for a recent accident I had been in.Yet again, they said no problem. Lacey M. , the service advisor followed up with me every step of the way. Emailed me the quote when everything was complete. Took care of the ABS, oil change, and repair quote! They just delivered my vehicle to me and everything went as smooth as can be!Kenton and Lacey, thanks for taking care of my vehicle and making my day! Service after the sale! Wow. This dealership may have just retained a customer for life or as long as my sales Rep Jake Padgett stays there!Jake did a great job with me and was not pushy for what I wanted to spend on a car, he took the time to listen to what I wanted. This dealership had the car I was looking for (and I was looking for a long time) and we were able to come to a great compromise (I know I had to get the better end of it).After the sale there were a few things that I needed fixed and Jake was very open and able to assist me with getting my repairs done at no cost as well.Thank you Stew Hansen Hyundai for the great car and working with me finding me my next car!

7 month old car having issues and it takes over a month for someone to be able to look at it. So now I get to go 5 weeks with no audio in my brand new 40k vehicle.

We purchased the car In Pennsylvania at a certified new Hyundai dealership was a brand new has the 100k mike warranty recently started smelling burning oil and the oil light would turn on, went in talked to Stephanie Thurn was the scheduled service advisor that was helping us. Mentioned what was going on we have power of attorney on the vehicle because of the fact vehicle is on my father-in-law he bought it for my wife . Mentioned to be able to qualify to get new engine and all would need to do a consumption test and after 800-1000 miles of driving it and the light turns on or starts to smell burning bring it in and will look into it , after agreeing to just getting that stuff done after they had our car for 3 days we were never told that they were going to add additional stuff that we never agreed to be able to meet there numbers. Until we came to pick up the car almost 200$ extra from what we were told. The service advisor apologized for it and said she could not remove it but could talk to the assistant service manager Devon. And BOY oh BOY how horrible that conversation went and does not care about customers cussed and me and my wife on the phone. And when we said we never agreed to the additional and would not pay for it he informed us that yes we are he s not removing anything and if we refused to pay we will not get our car back . We were cussed at and called allot of names the service manager Tony we talked to about the situation and he did not agree that was done right and we did not want to charge you for it so only paid for the consumption. After a little while I brought the car back same situation ready for round two of the consumption test Stephanie gave me a dirty look and said she could not help me after I asked for tony she refused to get him said he was unavailable and that I had to leave I dropped the vehicle off before starting my work day. As I started to leave my work office and head to my customers my car started to smoke allot engine sounded like allot of compression and sounded like was about to blow up then the car started smoking and overheating because she refused to see us . Dropped car off kept giving me a smirk .Service: Oil change

I booked an oil change over a month in advance for the 2nd and when I got there, they tell me that they re CLOSED! I tried to book another appointment and they have no dates showing on their website. I ll go elsewhere.

Every time I bring my car in here for maintenance something goes wrong. Not only did they patch my tire (after being told we didn't want then to fix it) with a patch not meant for cars, causing me to have to buy a brand new tire, but scheduling anything is a headache. They'll say we never scheduled something when we have messagesto prove it. We'll call to confirm amd they'll give us a different date. I can't wait to trade my car in to a different dealership and never drive a hyundai again.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Nick in the service department was absolutely amazing! Super nice, attentive and accomodating. Also, the gentleman in the shuttle service was very kind and a great person. The building wasn't in the best shape but the service was excellent.

Bought a Santa Fe first week of may they said they had to order the tire pressure sensor because they did have any I called several times and they said they still haven t arrived and it will takes some time so here we are July they call set an appointment because they said they received them for July 21 picked up car got on freeway and noticed tire pressure light was still on got home called them asked for the service guy Jorden who helped me he doesn t answer his phone line so I leave a message with there customer service for him to call me back and I get no call back here I am July 26 after 3 messages left for them to call me back and no call have I received from them it s sad I have to take my time to follow up with them instead of them not sure if I will be buying any cars there anymoreService: Tires

Had Ryan Sokol for a service advisor. Had a question about my advantage plan thinking that my oil change would have been the last no-charge one and I didn't think that was right. He took it upon himself to talk to the manager about correcting the situation. And then he noticed that he felt I was overcharged for a service and he went and rectified that situation too. Overall, I think Brian Sokol provides very exceptional customer service.

Called and spoke with Devin, he explained why my engine light could be flashing and that I could bring it to them this morning. Devin was awesome and explained everything to me. Showed me how much warranty I have left on my car and answered all my questions! He was very nice and helpful and I would highly recommend him for Hyundai services! Thank you Devin for everything!

We're having an oil consumption issue with our Hyundai Sonata. Our service advisor, Stephanie Thurn, is top notch! She's knowledgeable about Hyundai's processes and policies regarding the oil consumption test. Additionally she's friendly and makes one feel like they truly are a valuable customer!! Hopefully Stew Hansen Hyundai compensates a person like Stephanie very well to keep her.

My wife and I went in to talk to them about leasing a new Hyundai Tucson for her, but they were so wonderful to work with (and made us such a GREAT deal) that we ended up leasing two new Tucsons - one for her and one for me. My son has also leased a new Sonata from them and also had a wonderful experience. All three of us think very highly of them.

Well, well, well! I have to put my 2 cents in once again about this dealership!A coyote ran in front of me and my car needed to go to a body shop. They called and ordered the parts! Supposed to have parts in 3 days. Owner of body shop calls them at that time and they ordered them under the wrong body shop and still don't have the parts after a full week!This Hyundai dealership is the WORST! AND ITS WHY I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER!!

Don't do it! Don't pay the 3K Market Adjustment, not all dealerships charge this. There are other Hyundai dealers in the state that don't tack on this markup. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself 3K.

They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car so I had to take it 2 hours away and then I had to do that 3 times! Still needing repairs and be over a month before I can get in. Not sure Hyundai will be an option for me ever again.
