I called last week and got an appointment for the next day to clean all of my vents. The guy that came out was really nice, did a good job making sure my dryer vent was clear. I called about my furnace filter and it was delivered a couple of days after they cleaned the vents, which is nice because if I have to leave my house to get a new filter it will get put off for awhile (too long). My mom called today to say she also had a good experience with just the dryer vent cleaning so we would recommend.

We had them come out to clean the duct work in our house. they did such a good job. They were prompt and very knowledgeable about their work. They were able to answer all my questions and showed me what they were dong every step of the way. They showed m in the duct work before and after the cleaning. They did such a good job that i had them do my dryer vent at the same time. Their price was fair and upfront, no extra charges once they arrived. i would highly recommend them.

We had our air duct's cleaned by Air Ducts of Iowa recently. They were very professional and did an amazing job! They were extremely knowledgeable and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something that I didn't need. My wife has bad allergies and she noticed an immediate difference. I would recommend Air Ducts of Iowa to anyone who is looking to have their ducts cleaned.

I was happy with the cleaning they did. I have an older home in which the ducts had never probably been touched before. They were not aware of it nor neither was I. Unfortunately the first trip was a trial. But when I informed the owner there was a problem he responded in a timely professional manner and sent his technician out immediately and took care of my concerns. I highly recommend them to do your service. Thankyou for a job well done!

I strongly recommend that you not use this company. Their lack of timeliness, work quality, communication and honesty are appalling. It is obvious that this was not just a tech that didn't do a job correctly, but a manager? that really doesn't care about their customers.Our dryer wasn't drying our clothes completely, so we knew we needed the duct cleaned. I received a coupon in the mail from Air Duct Cleaning of Iowa. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2 days later.The Friday of the appointment, the they were scheduled to arrive between 1-2 PM. I took the afternoon off work to be home for the service. At 2:20 I called their office to ask where the tech was. The person who answered said he didn't know but would check and call me back. No call back from their office, but at 3:45 the tech showed up. When I asked why he was over 1.5 hours late, he just looked at me and handed me an invoice.Since I had already taken the afternoon off, I let him in to clean the duct. I then called Air Duct Cleaning of Iowa office for an explanation and got no answer. I left a message asking them to call me back. I paid the tech who left after about 35 minutes. He cleaned the duct from inside the house but did not go to the roof. When we tried to dry laundry that evening, it was obvious that the cleaning was not done properly as the laundry dried no faster than it had before they did the cleaning.I called the office again twice on Monday and finally spoke to the manager? around noon. He first mentioned that the tech, Juan, may not have gone on the roof because of the weather (the previous Friday was 40+ degrees, dry and calm). When I made him aware of the weather, he offered to refund my money, or he would come back out with his tech to assure the job was done right. I'm a believer in letting people correct their mistakes so I agreed to let them return. He said he would get back to me to let me know when that same afternoon (Monday) they could come out. By 3:30 I called him again because I had not received a call. He said his tech was busy, but he could "guarantee" that they could be at my home the following day at 3:30 and I agreed.The following day at 4:15 I called because they had not arrived. The manager? said they were really busy, but they were planning to "head over there soon". At this point, I had already taken 2 afternoons out of the office to get this completed. I told him not to come, and to refund my money. He said the check was on his desk and that he would void it and text me a picture of the voided check.It is now the following day, and I have not seen the picture of the voided check. I have called another service, and they came out and did a great job cleaning the duct, including going to the roof.

We had them out in April to clean our air ducts. Overall the work done was good, he explained everything he was going to do and the work was done in a timely manner. However when he was done was when it got comical. He told me they were out of the air filter that they were to provide, things happen so okay. He mentioned he personally would deliver when they came in. Here we are 3 months later and no filter, no return phone calls to the numerous messages my wife left inquiring about this filter for life. I didn't ask for this filter, it was offered as part of their service. On top of this when he was leaving, he literally walked over trash from either his truck because the driver door was left open or what came out of my ducts.

I was so impressed with the prompt and exceptional service. The Tech was courteous and professional. They arrived within the time quoted and were finished quickly. My child has a lot of seasonal and environmental allergies and we have noticed an amazing difference since they have completed the work. I would highly recommend this company.

I saw this company had a coupon in the mail so I decided to use them. I had a duct cleaning scheduled for 8am. By 8:20 I called the manager and asked if the tech was having trouble finding my house. He apologized and said he would call the tech and then call me right back. I called back after not hearing back from the manager 3-4 times between 8:45-9:05 and got no answer. I left a message cancelling at 9:05am.Update- to respond to the owners review on myself. I was scheduled for a cleaning earlier in the week. I was sick all night and called at 7:30 am- 30 mins prior to my appt. (and 30 mins prior to your posted opening time on google) and cancelled. He treated me kindly and said he would call the tech and call to reschedule me. He never called me back- so I called to reschedule much later in the day.Not showing up on the day you were scheduled has absolutely nothing to do with a sick customer calling to cancel so as not to compromise the health of your employees. If you would have rather I called in the middle of the night, my apologies.

Lots of issues here. 1/2 of the vents were never removed as the tech pushed a small hose through the fins.(I saw it) all vents were open during "cleaning" minimizing Negative vacuum. Missed one vent completely. $279 for 23 vents(almost). Should have been 2 people. Poor technique .Not happy with this service.

They were on time and did a great job. There is less dust in the house. I have dogs and cats and they were able to get all of the pet hair out of the ducts. I would recommend them for sure.

I was absolutely appalled at seeing the mess they left in our house when they were finished. It took me and my wife an hour to clean up all the crap from the vents they left on the floor. And on top of that it was expensive! Hire someone else!
