I sent my car to Billion Collision after I was rear ended in an accident in early May 2023. Billion completed repairs quickly in my opinion, done in 2 weeks. When I came to pick up car and found a small issue with a button cover on lift gate, Billion made things right just as quickly as they could. While I didn't need to make use of shuttle or delivery service for transportation, both were offered and seemed very easy-to-use. I'd definitely recommend this auto body repair to anyone!Service: Auto body & trim repair

This place is my go to for any damage I receive on my vehicles. I have had them perform 5 different repairs and it has been amazing working with them every time. They are fast, they are responsive, they are communicative. They are the best collision repair center I have ever found and I will continue to give them all of business for as long as this remains true. Well worth the 30 minute drive from the Quad Cities for this kind of service.

I've never been treated better while purchasing a vehicle. James Sampson is very knowledgeable and an excellent salesman. We were there about 2 hrs, including test drive and financing. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry. I would recommend taking the drive from the Quad Cities to Clinton Iowa to check this dealership out!

I bought a car from here this year. Long story short I went to shop for something to be done on my car that come to find out didn't need done. He could have taken my money and I would have not know that it wasn't needed. Instead he explained why I didn't need this yet. He may have missed out on 1 service from me but he gained my trust and respect and a new regular customer.

Great experience. Sales team listened to what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle. No haggling or stress involved. Josiah, from the finance team, made the trade-in process easy and searched for the best financing deal for me. Would definitely recommend this dealership for a great deal and friendly service!

What a great business to buy your next vehicle. I use my car for my traveling sales career and I put lots of miles on in a short period of time. This means I needed low miles but still need low prices since it will be such a short time until I buy again. I started looking in December and couldn't find a business that made me feel welcome until I was driving through Clinton and saw McEleney out my window. I read a few reviews and saw lots of great compliments, so I wanted to see if they were true...BOY WERE THEY!!! I have had my vehicle for a few weeks and am so glad I stopped in to check it out. Matt Ripper welcomed me in the door and got to know me and what I needed. I felt welcome, the customer service was great, they worked with me to find exactly what I needed and helped keep my cost low, then took me through all the details of the Toyota Rav4 so I knew my way around the vehicle without having to read through the manual. This was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle and I will gladly return to buy my next one. The personnel is top notch and I highly recommend you see for yourselves.

I had a great experience and highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Billion in Clinton. My salesperson was Gary Bunce and he did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and helping me to understand the features of the vehicle I was interested in. He also helped me understand the differences between buying and leasing. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional and had great communication skills. The car-buying process is a long one and this wonderful staff never once made me feel intimidated or rushed into making a decision. Ultimately, I was able to trade in my vehicle and drive home with the car of my dreams (RAV4) so I count that as a pretty big blessing, and I'm sure the sales team was very happy to make the sale. I will definitely go back to this dealership and recommend it to friends and family.

We have purchased four vehicles at McEleney. Their care and maintenance has been outstanding. When the first G6 was damaged beyond repair we replaced it with a Malibu. Needing a better way to transport family we got a great trade on a pickup for a Traverse. That vehicle was rear-ended and the combined effort at Abra and the shop did a fantastic job of taking care of the vehicle and us. Our daughter needed a vehicle for college and Rich & John did a fantastic job of looking, then provided us a second G6 for her. Everyone in the dealership has been warm, friendly and taken great care of out needs.

We were referred to McEleney by friends. After several email exchanges with Drew we decided to buy from them. They offered a very competitive price and good trade-in value. At the dealership everyone who interacted with us was very cordial, knowledgable and efficient. The technicians who explained all the features of the vehicle were very helpful.This was not the most convenient dealership for us to get to from our home, but the value offered and the way the treat people would make them the first dealership I would recommend for anyone in Northwestern Illinois or Eastern Iowa. They are worth the trip.

I just purchased my first car from here. My experience through the whole car buying process has been amazing! Scott Stubblefield was the salesman who helped me and he got me exactly what I wanted! I told him what I wanted my monthly payments to be, overall amount I wanted to spend, and what brand of car I wanted. They had a car ready to test drive for me right away. I didn't feel rushed or anything like you do at some dealers. They really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a car. I had the car for a day and the timing belt broke (something I nor the dealership could have foreseen happening). I called them right away and brought they car into them. They had it fixed within a couple hours and even gave me a loaner car in the meantime so I didn't have to sit at the dealership waiting for my car to be fixed! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! I will be going back for all of my car needs! :)

I was on my way there when the car I was after was sold. They showed me a more expensive one that I didn't want.A few days later a young salesman named Ryan called and said the financing fell through and the car I wanted was back. It would be a 90 minute round trip for me, so he promised to hold it for me "in back" until I drove there that evening. When I arrived the car had been sold. I reminded him that he promised to hold it. He said I didn't put any money down. I said he hadn't mentioned putting money down. He just repeated that I didn't put any money down. I cussed him out and left.I emailed their Customer Care Specialist and got an apology saying they would look into it, but they never got back to me. Weeks later I got an email from Ryan stating "I want to provide you with our contact information to continue to provide you with top quality customer service experience." Again I emailed Customer Care. They ignored me. I bought a car at Ken Nelson in Dixon, IL instead.

We used to by ALL our cars here, but they don't back their products sold. Their competitors consistently beats their trade offers and loyalty means nothing. Went their to reclaim my left over gap insurance and was told they would call me in an hour, and went back 2 hours later and was put further back in line. Imagine that, they don't have any sense of urgency when they owe you money. I dont even get my oil changed there anymore. Great selection but save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.

When it comes to quality these guys deserve a 4. I drove from Wisconsin to buy my Mazda from them because they offered a better price and already had good reviews about their quality of business, and after talking to them everyday for a week, I trusted I was doing business with a great company. Now they have another good review. Steve Taplin helped me get all my ducks lined up before I drove down there... The staff was more than accommodating of my requests (and I had a lot of them). They also stood behind their work to assure me the Mazda was in good shape. I can say this is the best dealer I've ever done business with.

My husband and I have been shopping for a car for several weeks now and our research kept bringing us back to the Toyota Prius V. We recently had our first child and needed the extra room for all his things and for my husband's golf clubs. After selecting the car we wanted, our next task was to find the right dealership to work with. We searched online to find the best possible deal and came across a new 2012 at McEleney Toyota that was priced aggressively. After reading several reviews online we contacted the dealership and in no time at all agreed on a deal. We made the nearly 3 hour drive with our 2 month old son from Chicago to Clinton, Iowa to complete the deal.The transaction was flawless - everything was as promised without gimmick or trick - and the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. While we live too far away to service with McEleney's we will certainly be back to replace our other vehicle in the near future. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a fair deal and great customer service.- Simone Santiago

I recently went car shopping at Billion Auto in Clinton, IA. It was the first and only place my brother and I went to. We had the pleasure of working with Joey Live. I bought the first car he showed us. It is a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Great price! Right on with Blue Book value. I am very happy. Now-----I just can't wreck it!

My husband and I were in some what of a pickle with a crappy truck that a previous dealership screwed us over with. Billon worked with us to get a new family friendly vehicle at a price we could afford. Ryan Livesay was the salesman who helped me out, he was very kind and understanding, even kept my 3 year old busy with puzzles while I signed all the paperwork! I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family and cannot wait to travel the country with my new van!

I had a great experience with Billions Auto in Clinton, ia. It started out to be a little rough, so I called and asked for the General Mgr.and the receptionist put me through to Taher. I voiced my concerns to him and he was very attentive and really listened to what I had to say. I felt like he really did care.....He was great at letting me return my previously purchased car for a different one and was very understanding on how I felt.He was very good at following up with me and helping me with my new ( 2nd) time car. ( - :He made it a very pleasant experience and went above and beyond in making me 10� happier then the first time.Those were his exact words the last time I talked to him, and he came through.....You will have my business from now on and I will tell anyone looking for a car to come to Billions.Thank you Javier for your help today too.You were great!Barb

Well we did a drive throw today to look for a good use Tahoe or Suburban and had now luck . And let's face it , the new ones are NO WAY IN HELL!!! No matter where you go, they're over priced . The type of vehicle's are family vehicles and the industry take advantage of it . And in my opinion they are not worth my hard earned money . 60 plus. Are they joking......

If you want to waste s couple hours of your day at a dealership and say they can do a deal, that you agreed to over the phone and then say they now can't do that deal. This isn't the dealership for you! I made a deal over the phone, drove 3 hours picked up my new to me truck and was out the door in 20 mins. Well worth the drive will buy from them again and recommend everyone. Javier Lopez is the man, make sure you deal with Javier.

We had a great experience this past week in buying a used Chrysler Town & Country from McEleney's. Our lease was set to run out on a Toyota Sienna and we were looking to buy a replacement minivan. We arrived at the dealership and were introduced to Scott Stubblefield who worked with us to get a really good deal. The entire process went very smooth and we would definitely recommend McEleney's.

My husband and I have been dealing with McEleney Motors in Clinton for 25 years and have had nothing but excellent service with either buying a vehicle or when we've had to do maintenance upkeep or when there has been a need for bodywork. Fantastic customer service from the sales staff there. As a customer it means a lot for me to have a sales person that listens to my needs and budget. They nailed it on both ends! I would recommend them to anyone. Blayke in sales is the best salesman I have ever had. Big thing is I love my Highlander!

My insurance company suggested that I take my damaged vehicle to Billion Collision Center. Both Jenneifer Austin/Office Manager & John Thomas/Body Shop Manager provided amazing customer service from beginning to end! Their professionalism was great! If I ever needed their services in the future, I would only go back to them! Thank you very much for all your help!!!!!!!

My first brand new car. 2017 Toyota rav 4. I LOVE this vehicle. I was so nervous and Ben Watts was so wonderful to me. He took the time to explain all the features and was very patient when we were test driving. I test drove 3 different kinds of Toyota rav 4s. Walked in and bought the showroom model! I added heated seats on my vehicle. The price was right and I got a 1750.00 rebate. I would recommend Ben Watts to anyone looking for a car. Also I get lifetime free car washes. Thanks Billion auto for making my experience so great! Hats off again to Ben Watts!

My wife and I had a great experience at Billion in Clinton. She had a conversation with Blayke W. and a few of his team members on a scenario that we posed in buying multiple vehicles. Blayke, the finance team and Management took the time to provide multiple scenarios on the purchase and really explained all of the details in great length. In total, there were three individuals involved in my car buying experience. Drew McEleney, Matt Rittmer, and Jared Determan. All three of these gentlemen are class acts. They went above and beyond what I would consider to be great ustomer service. They took the time to build a foundation, to not only develop an excellent professional image, but also to create the premise for a future customer relationship. I had a very specific vehicle in mind for our next purchase. Matt went out and found that vehicle and worked with my wife and I to ensure that we were happy, not only at the time of purchase, but for years to come. When the time comes to purchase a new vehicle, the first dealership that I will contact will be McEleney. They took the time to listen to the needs of my family and did what they could to make it happen. At no point did I feel that they were trying to "surprise" us with any hidden fees or extras that we did not need. They were forthcoming and honest and I deeply respect that. McEleney has made a customer out of myself and my family, but more importantly, they have made us feel as if we are now part of their family.

I leased a new car from Billion Auto of Clinton and I had a wonderful experience! They treated me very well and my salesman Ryan Livesay was very caring and very determined to help me get a great deal. I would recommend seeing Ryan at Billion Auto to everybody who maybe looking for a new or used vehicle! Also, I had purchased Valpro for my new Corolla and it is definitely worth the price!

I bought a vehicle from this establishment. This dealership pulled 5 hard credit reports for 5 different banks on 06/21/14 without my authorization. My credit was excellent before this. This was not appreciated. I will never visit your establishment again.
