They were able to fit me in the next day for repairs on my vehicle. Outstanding service, outstanding communication with updates on my vehicle. I ve never had my car as clean upon return. Highest quality of work I ve had done yet! Looks fresh out of the factory! Thank you so much North Iowa Collision Center!

North Iowa Collision Center was so helpful from my first call to them. They helped me work with the other driver's insurance company. They kept me informed of progress through out the repair process. So happy to have my car back and they did a fantastic job too!

This is the only place I will take my vehicles for work. The staff is friendly and professional. I hit a deer a few weeks ago and was sick because I didn t know how my car would ever be the same. They got it in right away and provided plenty of updates. One week later my car looked brand new again! Thank you so much North Iowa Collision!

100% would recommend!!! I will say between my schedule and living 2.5 hours away they have been more then accessible and accommodateing. There pre and post hour care that you can take care of over the phone was more then amazing. I believe that's 100% because of Shannon, she was amazing to do business with every step of the way.Once again just wanted to say your reputation is well known in the community, and I had to come home to get the help and service I wanted and trusted.I just want to say thank you for that!!!

North Iowa Collision Center did a great job repairing my vehicle after I hit a deer. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle almost daily and the repair looks amazing and just like it did pre-deer. Thank you!

NICC has a done a very good job at taking care of our Honda Pilot after a deer hit causing extensive damage to the body and the electronics system. Shannon was an amazing resource at NICC to keep us informed and was very responsive and accommodating. We are not locals and NICC did everything possible to make this smooth. Our car is restored to its prior glory and couldn't tell a difference. Nice Job !!!

It took awhile to get finished, but it looked amazing once finished. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out .including waxing! I m impressed!!

Had my vehicle taken there after an accident. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Vary friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Huge rave the Shannon for keeping me updated every step of the way!! I highly recommend them for anything you need.

Had a little mishap what's going into the ditch over the winter. Made my truck look like brand new all over again. They always kept me up to date with text messages. As their slogan goes what accident I have to say they keep very true to that. I've also had them detail a couple of vehicles and they always do phenomenal work with that they were even able to get some stains out of the carpet. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from North Iowa Collision! Shannon kept me updated throughout the process and it was very convenient that I could call or text with questions. Shannon has a great attitude and makes you feel truly cared about during stressful situations! I moved out of state and hit a deer while back in Mason City and I m so glad I chose them to have my car brought to. Unfortunately my car ended up being totaled, but NICC still treated me so kindly and did everything they could in a very timely manner. They were able to get a quote out quickly to insurance despite the extensive damage, which was especially helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed, I felt they have the customers best interests at the heart of their service!
