I just want to give a big shout out to the manager Matthew he totally saved me this morning. My car completely died at Casey's, my husband came to figure out what's going on. He went to Orileys to see if they had a battery tester. Matthew came to my car tested my battery it was dead. He went back got us a new one put it in and I was off to work while my husband finished up with him. Thank you so much!! I will shop a place with great customer service over and over again.

we've got some top notch part stores her in Clarinda, so saying that's my last choice isn't as bad as it sounds. sometimes they have a part on hand. in that case I'm happy to give then my money. they are able ty get parts not on hand sometimes the same day. but the next day, from my experiences, for sure. that to contributes to my business

The place I go for parts when I'm in the aeria when asked has it changed the answer is in a way it is better today a good team of staff is working to meet your automotive part needs. It feels more down to earth at this time. I hope the corporate will do the best to keep this atmosphere.

Absolutely awful the last 3 times , their employees are so unprofessional having their teenage kids hanging around counter messing around talking about drinking and such very inappropriate , they have no knowledge of parts and vehicles, the young kid Jerry got mad because he couldn't spell red oak and said to lady employee fine you take over and walked off from helping me so rude there and they dress awful the younger ladys not professional at all it was embarrassing for kids to over hear and see , they are rude and don't give adequate information when called about simple brake part got to store something completely different then what told over phone I will NOT be back I can take our bussiness to Nappa or a better store in omaha

Get so tired of the deer in the headlight look from them..They have no knowledge of cars.. No idea what is going on ..Poorly trained...Save your time and just go to NAPA.
