Andy the owner and Gene the salesman did an excellent job in helping us get a great buy on a trailer with all the options we wanted. We drove 2 hours from home to get a way better price from them than several dealers close to us. They always returned our phone calls and provided great customer service. They both went way above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely buy from them again, and are sharing our experience with anyone we know interested in buying a trailer. This was the best experience we have had in our 40+ years of buying equipment. We would give them more stars if we could. 5++++

Charles in parts and service went above and beyond to help. I m located in California and the dealer I bought my trailer from here did not help me with ordering the parts I needed for my trailer. So I called the manufacturer and they directed me to Load Pro. Charles worked with me emailing me diagrams and ordered the parts I need and shipped them to me in California. Great experience.

Great people to deal with!! I shopped around for trailers for a month and ended up right back at their door. In my opinion their prices and service cannot be beat!! I will definitely be a repeat offender at this place!

I drove over 5hrs to pick up my trailer.Gene was very helpful and thorough and got me on the road. I talk with Andy at the desk and he was very helpful as well and he did the paperwork. If you want a trailer this is the place. 5 out of 5.

Our compamy is located in New Orleans. We needed a special order trailer. We contacted three other companies that sold this brand trailer. Load Pro was the only company that promptly responded . Andy provided excellant service and pricing . The transaction was made over the phone and was totally hasssle free. I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.

Good prices. Terrible service after the sale. Bought 3 trailers from them over span of 6 months or so. Tried to buy a 4th. Will never buy another. Ghosted and disrespected for a month now. Customer loyalty is a thing of the past apparently.

I bought a load trail dump trailer from Andy and gene . The service was great. They made it very easy to get in and out of there and get me what I want took the time to answer all my questions. Once I purchased the trailer they were very good about explaining all the features on the trailer and maintenance and safety stuff. Even after I purchased the trailer weeks later, they still have great customer service, answering any and all of my questions I would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a trailer.

I would highly recommend Load Pro Trailer Sales. They have a large selection of different trailers and from what I could see had the best prices around. Andy was very professional and didn't waste my time. I would purchase from him again.

Andy was great to work with as I had an Ironstar flatbed installed on my truck. The whole process was handled with quality work and was done at a very good price. I'd highly recommend Load Pro!Update: Flatbed is doing great and I recently purchased a 20' Loadtrail 9990LB car trailer earlier this fall from Load Pro. Once again, an awesome buying experience and I took home another quality product. Thanks a bunch guys.

Great experience bought a beautiful green car hauler for a excellent price! Had a slight issue with one of the back Jack's and they had it replaced in less then 5 min with no questions asked would highly recommend these guys

Drove from Omaha Nebraska to Clarinda Iowa to purchase a trailer at the last minute. Spoke with Randy on the phone and he was super cool and stayed late just so I could get my trailer short notice.
