Car Groom was outstanding in cleaning me vehicle. Five years with a move and two dogs is almost an impossible task. The vehicle looks new, with no dog hair. BEWARE. Got a gift certificate in March 2020 & haven't been able to use it. I have left many voice-mails & spoke to the owner at her other business. No promises were kept, no calls returned. I just want a refund at this point, if not I will pursue my other options.

Under new management has of summer 2019 and offers amazing work that is THE BEST in Southwest Iowa. Chris is so nice and answers any questions you may have and Car groom offers an amazing detail job for his prices!!!

Business itself was unkept -1 star, not alot of information from employee after service and a few over looked spots during my service -1 star. The employee that helped me was friendly and the price was very affordable. Would use their services again.
