Only wish there was a zero star for rating. Had the windshield replaced at this place because of a crack. There was a leak when running the vehicle through car wash 3 days later, leaving a puddle on the floor mat (photo attached) and a wet headliner. Closer inspection revealed more damages that were done to the vehicle around the windshield (Photo attached). Brought the vehicle back to have the leak fixed and pointed out the damage to them, they denied instantly by arguing that the dents were not made by them because there is new paint in them, which is not true (zoom-in photo attached for you to judge). Together with the dents made on the other side (in the red circle), the only possible explanation is that the damages were done when they were trying to take out the cracked windshield using inappropriate tools, even though they said the glue was cut by a string. Please educate me if you can come up with another hypothesis that those damage would have nothing to do with windshield replacement. They questioned whether we bought this vehicle used and we did not notice the damage, or the windsheild had been replaced before by someone else. We bought this vehicle new, and I check it regularly for road chips, etc. We did't even drive it in snow through the years because we have another truck. The replaced windshield was also original (photo attached). They tried to make up any excuse to deny those damages were cuased by them even by saying someone might want to break into it or vandalize it. I don't think anyone with a right mind would believe that would cause damages like these (why not just smash the windshield or other windows). We are not expecting anything from them, but they refuse own up their fault. Very disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend them for windsheild replacement. For those who had windshield done by them, please go check whether your vehicle has similar damage.
