First time customer here. Very polite service and knowledgeable explanation of the issue with my vehicle. As a woman, it was a gratifying experience not to be spoken to with condescension. I plan on seeing them again when I have another repair issue or maintenance request.

Awesome service, so pleased with them. Check engine light coming on, had to take back several times, cuz kept coming on, cost me $200. Steve explained each step along the way...like a hose with a leak, didn't mean wasn't one further down the hose....plus got a faulty part along the way. I can't brag them up enough. It was quite a process, but very happy with their service.

Great place! They do great work. And prices are very reasonable. But above all you know you can trust them. Back in January I went to them with an exhaust issue. They could of kept quiet, took my money and fixed it. But instead they showed me that the frame on my old car was rotted out. They let me know that my car was no longer safe to drive and urged me to get a new vehicle. In that they ve shown me that I can trust them. Right there they made a lifelong customer. And it s nice that they don t talk down to me or try to take advantage of me because I m a woman, like many places will.

I took my van in for regular oil change and to check the AC! Never had been here before. Great service and they even vacuumed the whole back part of my van and cleaned dash and mirror! Never had that kind of service as part of a oil change before. Just thrown in. Thanks so much Steve and the crew! Will be coming here from now on.

I had to have the engine replaced in my 2012 Chevy Equinox and thankfully they quoted me $1,000 less than Schukei Chevrolet in Mason City. I'm so glad I shopped around! They had my car done really fast and the cost was less than their original estimate. I would definitely recommend this auto body to anyone who needs work done on their car!

We were stranded at the side of the road with a flat tire. When no one would come to get the tire for us, they did. They were amazingly prompt and courteous. Great service!

I can't thank them enough! They answered the question to my car problem and helped me fix the problem while saving me a ton of money on a different repair places guestimation! I no longer had to be hooked up to a computer, which costs money, for a simple but important fix! You've got my business!
