I ve purchased vehicles from Mike Molstead Motors and I ve purchased vehicles from other dealerships. I tend to trade in my vehicles somewhat often, and I feel Molstead motors always gives me the best value for my trade-in. I think back to my other experiences at other dealerships, and I have to say that the buying experience is SO MUCH better at Mike Molstead Motors. Anyways It was time to upgrade my wife s vehicle for something newer. The vehicle my wife and I originally wanted to purchase was no longer available, which was a bummer but we understand it happens, no big deal. We worked with Mickey and he was super helpful in finding us another option, which in turn we ended up purchasing. Thank you Mickey,Nate, and Dylan. You were all great to work with during the purchase of our 2018 Yukon XL. We will definitely continue to buy from Mike Molstead Motors!

Had two areas that were leaking oil found on regular service. Both needed replaced/repaired. Warranty approved, parts ordered, work completed very efficiently. Car runs great! What else could I possibly need? Nothing, they did a great job.

I have bought 2 vehicles from these guys here. Coming someone who works in the same industry, these guys do it right. I appreciate the transparency and how smooth our purchases have been. I always buy from Mickey, he always goes above and beyond for us and makes us feel like we matter, something other dealerships don t do. They never try to pull one over on you, I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to give these guys a shot. FYI I travel almost 2 hours and pass several CJDR dealers on my way there. Well worth the drive. Thank you Mickey, Nate and every Molstead that s touched our deals. See you in a few more years for my next vehicle!

We found a used truck from Mike Molstead back in December. Anthony was quick to get us information about the truck. He worked with us for a couple months while we waited for parts to show up for service. Anthony kept us in the the loop for those couple months. The service dept knocked the repairs out of the park and we walked out with a new to us truck yesterday. Anthony and Jim (finance) were so amazing to work with. We have had terrible luck with dealerships but Molstead will have our repeat business!

My experience with Mike Molstead Motors was top notch! Deb was willing to drive 2+ hours one way to meet us with the vehicle and we were able to drive it home that day! There ended up being a nail jammed in the tire that occured on the way to the delivery. Deb was professional and the dealership covered the expense of new tires. The purchase was seamless and the customer service was outstanding. Going above and beyond any dealership I've ever worked with. Couldn't be more happier with my new Jeep Cherokee! I have been a long-time customer. Have bought all my cars there. Good service, friendly people. I did not appreciate being told my car could not be dropped off after an oil change until I paid. If you can't trust me enough to pay you after I receive my bill, then I will go somewhere else.

The transaction was delightfully transparent, honest, and fair. Everyone on the Molstead team was wonderful to work with. They made transferring out of the old vehicle and into the new seamless and stress free. It already feels like we ve been driving the new vehicle for years. Our family is right back in to our comfort zone. Thanks again for everything!!

Was told the air filter and cabin filter needed changed. Do you even look at these. I bought on my own and replaced. The air filter was not dirty at all. Guessing you kist went off the milage, if so, I do mot have a lot of faith in your suggestions. Seems like a money grab.Ryan

I called Molstead Motors on my way to CC with a sudden issue with our vehicle and was able to get our vehicle into service immediately and a loner vehicle. Our vehicle was repaired in about 2.5 hours while we went to an appointment. Absolutely amazing!! I have never seen and experienced such professionalism at any business!

I ve had a great experience with this dealership! The website was very helpful and easy to use. The staff is very kind and ready to answer all of your questions. Overall, I am very happy I chose this dealership! I even drove all of the way from Wisconsin to get a car here!!

Service department totally sucks. They tell you they are going to do stuff to fix problem then do it completely different than how the manufacturer tells them to do it. Then when it don't work then they blame it on the customer that the customer said to do it. Then after fighting with manufacturer to get them to fix it then Mike Molstead service department sends me a email that they will not longer do any business with me anymore and the business relationship will end. I would recommend to take your vehicles anywhere but to Molstead motors. If I could give a no rating I would

I took my car into be repaired have to wait for part to come in. They gave me a loaner to use. Everyone up at Molstead Motors are very nice and very polite, we bought 2 cars there this year happy with both.

Always had good services with mike molstead, but the site chat box make it unable to navigate the website! Its literally the worst experience ever, and you're annoying and driving away clients with it. i was complexly unable to view any vehicles on the site, the thing just keeps popping up every time you load a new page. check out broadly, or birdeye if you want a chat box that will actually help you make sales.

Just have new tires and a wheel alignment done and it was as always when ever I needed anything done to my Jeep the service and the staff are amazing, the service was fast to my liking, always well taken care of at Mike Molstead dealership. And thank you to my service Gal..Sydney Fullerton.

Disclaimer - This is the first time we have ever purchased a used vehicle - We got very lucky!! After looking locally for weeks, we found a Jeep at Mike Molstead's Used Dealership. I reached out, and immediately got in touch with Jared. He was quick, and answered all my questions. Since we are not local he also sent me videos, photos and car fax via text. He was nice enough to double check a few things, and even take a test drive for me. On the weekend we decided to drive the 3 hours to check out the Jeep. It was Jared's day off, so he set up a meeting with John and us. John was awesome! He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, and we left feeling 100% confident in our decision to buy the jeep. (We still feel that way). The numbers guy (Nathan) was quick, and got us on our way. This is how all dealerships should be! We are not local, but we will be sure to check out this dealership when we are in the market for our next new or used vehicle. Service was kind and courteous. Very nice facility. More frustrated with my warranty from Jeep (not a Molstead issue). Service contract is a bit of a joke.

The sales reps were all friendly and helped each other as questions came up. The process of trading in and buying a new vehicle was stress free and easy!
