This is our second vehicle from Mike Molestead Ford and we won t go anywhere else! We drive over 1.5 hours to get there but it s well worth the drive. The customer service is well over 5 stars. Deb and Jim made everything happen and it was flawless. We got a tour of the facility and got all the ins and outs of all the new technology available. I have never been treated with such kindness while purchasing a vehicle. You won t be disappointed.

The buying experience started out great and the employees were very responsive with text and calls, unfortunately when I asked to FaceTime or video call so that I could see some areas of the vehicle that concerned me, it turned bad. The salesman called and verbally said everything was ok and that the vehicle is 4 years old. I understood that I was buying a used vehicle and I never thought it would be perfect but I did want to see through a video call, (that we both agreed on having) since I was over 900 miles away. I then received a text that said what could we have done better. I called and told the receptionist that I wanted to let someone know what they could have done better and she said thank you I will let them know "but I never said what was the issue". I'm not sure if she understood or not that I was calling to explain the issue but she said thank you and hung up the phone. I had really high hopes for the dealership and this deal but unfortunately I felt it best I pass even though all I had to do was come pick up the vehicle. Things went from smooth to rough really quick. I believe this very well could have been an isolated issue and that this is a great dealership to do business with. This was just my experience.

Molstead had my car from October 30 till December 17. That is way to long. Part of that was the auto makers strike but that is a long time. There was miscommunication between the dealership and my insurance on one occasion that slowed things down. On two occasions, I was told some one would return my call and no one did. The staff were courteous but seemed to be to busy. Both my wife and I had to go out on the lot to hunt for our cars. We were told to just click the remote and it will honk. That was not helpful. I came away less than impressed.

He is very personable, professional and detailed in his approach to serve customers needs. He and his Team committed to locate the pickup with the features we identified. They went out of state to complete a dealer trade and exceeded our expectations!

Respond to my last review. The service department was not transparent or kept me up on what is going on what so ever until I finally called raising a fuss 6+weeks after my original appointment date calling the service advisor out on never ordering my parts or telling what the extended warranty company said. And like I told the service advisor if I had never called after 6 weeks went by I don't think to this day I would've ever had a call back about it. I then got my salesperson involved, which he got other involved and after that they sure did keep me up to date after everyone else got involved. What were they going to show me exactly, how they still never did an MPI on my truck to find the turn signal bulb still out? All the greasy hand prints all over my door panels? Or how they blamed the issue on the IWEs on two different occasions and it never fixed the issue. Don't worry it was a bad right front half shaft all along. And the shop that I took it to didn't even charge me for finishing the alignment because it took 10 minutes. Until I got several people involved there was ZERO COMMUNICATION. I mean it took the service advisor 2 months after my August 1st appointment to tell me that they recommended rear brakes on my truck, that's great communication?

First time ever giving them a 1 star. I told them what the problem was, something shorted out and we lost the WiFi, the OnStar, and the use of MyChevy App. Took truck in We d afternoon for a Thursday appt. Talked to service at least 3 times. We were told our sales person was to help us, even after I told them OnStar said it was a vehicle issue. Picked up truck Thursday PM and we are still waiting to hear back about ordering a part. They told us they dropped the ball on this one. Service department needs more techs or better training??? Very disappointing.

I really want to thank Anthony, a salesman at Mike Molestead Motor. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He brought the car to me, carefully went through all the ins and outs of my Ford Explorer. Called or texted me daily to make sure I had no concerns with the vehicle I was test driving. I asked important questions that he was able to answer. Knowledgeable about the differences in the various vehicles I was looking at! I am very happy with my purchase through the dealership. Thank you Anthony, we will definitely be back for our next purchase!

My vehicle broke down on my way to work. Molsteads dropped me off a loaner vehicle at my place of employment. Molstead also did the service on my vehicle. Very friendly and caring customer service. They was able to repair my vehicle early Thank you so much Molsted service department..

I m very pleased with how Mike Molstead s sales represent, Dan Carey worked for me. When I purchased my 1st truck in June, I had told them that I would be putting a plow on the truck. Not having dealt with this before, Dan didn t know I needed a snow plow prep package. After finding out that the truck didn t have that, Dan went above and beyond finding me a truck that had what I needed and was able to work out the trade and now I have a truck that has everything I need. Very pleased on how this worked out.

Molsteads has been very easy to work with with buying a vehicle and most recently an item that was covered under the warranty. I was able to get a loaner vehicle since I work out if town. That was a huge help!

Mike Molstead had my 2023 Chevy Silverado for a month. Someone left the window down and it snowed inside then melted, it left a mess on the dash, door panel, steering column, seat, floor and center console. I was not happy!!!

Well my car was picked up at the right building, but dropped off at a totally different building. I asked for wheel alignment because my last oil change it recommended it, but the did the front total toe, tho back total toe was recommended. I don't know which one I needed, which mechanic was right?? Does not make sense, I always feel like Noone has a clue, isn't there a computer system that show what Molsteads recommended??

After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in just the past 3 years buying vehicles I get 1 star help from one of their service writers and the GM. 2 months plus of waiting with multiple drop offs and stuck with a big bill under the "lifetime power train warranty" I'm done. They never fixed my 4wd but I still had to pay, they never got my alignment correct but I still had to pay. I take it to another shop they have the 4wd fixed and the alignment done in half of a day. What a joke.....

Chris Q was amazing! He was responsive to calls and messages. He even met us on his day off without blinking an eye! He was friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us. Nathan in finance was awesome! He explained things to us and was great to work with. The rest of the associates we encountered were nice too! This by far was the best car dealership experience either of us have had. Kudos to the humans at this dealership! YOU are doing things right!!
