Mickey was great to work with and was accommodating to our schedule for a test drive. We did most of our financing details over the phone and the visit to pick up our vehicle and sign paperwork was quick and well organized. I would highly recommend Mike Molstead if you are looking for a vehicle.

Took my car in for the 5,000 mile oil change and they found out that due to getting new tires that the car needed a front end alignment. They called and okayed it with me before doing the work. Done in a timely matter. Great customer service. Fair price.

My salesperson was very helpful and showed me how very nice my new truck was. His name is Levi. I had called in the morning and they had it ready for me to test drive. I had an amazing experience with Mike Molstead Motors. Would suggest coming here for any of your car buying experiences. Everything was handled quickly, through call or text (whichever I preferred) and fairly! They beat multiple competitors with their prices and delivered the truck over 2.5 hours away for free! A++++ experience, will return all my business here!

I was scared going into this process. I was thinking what dealership delivers because that s an absolute awesome thing. Working with Ryan and Deb through the process was very easy. Deb was very honest and respectful through the whole process. I really enjoyed Deb. Very sweet lady! I definitely recommend this dealership as they went up a beyond!

Just like Everytime that I have been there so far.... the experience was great ! Shelby was very helpful and kept me updated on the sevice of my car and she said the mechanic suggested rotating the tires and she explained why etc . The other thing that I really appreciate is how clean everything is !

It was the first service on my new Trailblazer and I was very impressed. They did an oil change and service, including rotating my tires while I waited. I was in an out a lot faster than I thought it would be. And I also got a free car wash as an added bonus.

My wife and I were traveling back home from a trip and had car trouble by Charles City, Iowa late on Saturday afternoon. We limped in to Molstead Motors and talked with sales manager Daniel Carey. Daniel put us at ease and helped us with a rental car so we could get home for the weekend. Thank you so much for the help and treating complete strangers like old friends. What a great dealership in a small town.

I'm very pleased with the service I received. My tire was leaking air at an alarming rate, and I just stopped in to see if the service department could help me. They worked me into their busy schedule, and I was on my way again in less than an hour.

Edit-Service manager Zach F. called me. He listened and helped me understand what happened. Without hesitation he refunded the charges. Anyone can make a mistake, but true character is stepping up and making it right. Thank you Zach for restoring my confidence.Warning. Charges may be higher than they appear.The service department accidentally overcharged me on parts, they did tire rotation I did not authorize, and did not accurately file warranty claim. They are refunding the accidental part overcharge. I did attempt to work out the diagnostic charge with their service department, but ultimately, it s my responsibility for not asking about undisclosed charges. I expected a bumper to bumper warranty to cover sensor lights diagnostics and learned that excess undisclosed diagnostic fees that dealerships impose are not covered by the warranty. Warranty covers any claims, but not unnecessary fees.(Edit- service manager contacted me and completely remedied my concerns.)

Went in said I wanted my payments to be under a certain amount and this is the type of vehicle I want. Test drove the vehicle I wanted, and I drove off the lot with in a hour and a half.Very, very pleased. Thank you molstead motors and Deb for helping me with everything!

We worked with Kris Kramer and Josh Moldtead. We can't say enough good about the service we got in every aspect of the sale. Absolutely no pressure all the way through! It was very refreshing. They even delivered our vehicle and picked up our trade in due to bad weather. We highly recommend giving Josh or Kris a call!
