Did you know when you buy a $250 battery it comes with a 3 year warranty but what they don t tell you is if you have to warranty that battery you keep the original warranty I bought a duralast platinum 02/21 had to warranty it 01/23 for not taking a charge went to warranty it again 04/24 for the same issue to find out the warranty is expired on a 1 year old battery

We called tonight for a quote and the lady was rude, I understand it was 10 minutes till closeing time but it's still her job and we didn't appreciate it the attitude. Also almost 2 weeks ago we were there and the man working the counter was struggling to help multiple customers because his help was too busy on her phone with a personal phone call. O'reily's is more expensive but with the way your customer service has been lately with the females working there I think I'll go somewhere else.

They are helpful well some of them. Not much to say except they do get irritated if they have to think of something to help you instead of you coming in already knowing what you need.

Chuck was amazing at the Charles City Iowa store. I went to another part store and no one helped me. Chuck went out of his way to help me find where to add my antifreeze cause my heater was not working. Thank you Chuck for taking the time to help me.

I bought a water pump from AutoZone for my f350 plus 5 gallons of antifreeze, had a mechanic shop put it on, cost me 660.00 for that to be done , picked the truck up and the next day seen that the pump was also leaking, now they want me to bring that pump back in so they can have it tested, said it will take about 6 weeks for the results to come back, my truck is my work my life my way of getting around, AutoZone wants to give people the run around and to slow walk them. I am hiring a lawyer over this and it's probably gonna cost AutoZone alot more than it would have, I feel like I'm being ripped off by them

The AutoZone in Charles City seriously saved me today. I was three hours away from home in a downpour with my wipers stopped working. After going to two other stores and was told that I would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed I stopped at AutoZone. Instead of saying no, in the pouring rain they rigged up a system so I had one wiper blade that worked and was able to drive back home. Without the amazing customer service I would have not been able to make it home. Truly a blessing!
