Talked to a person and parts ordered and be in next day. Called next day and not in. Called the following day and not ordered and no such part. Took actual part in and told no such part. Two customers in front both had called and told Napa had items they needed, but both told when they got there they actually did not have them. Definitely need some customer service training. Yikes!

I called wanting someone to fill my brake fluid reservoir, because I didn't know where it was on my vehicle. I was told that they don't do this & then proceeded to hank up. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts & they did it for me.Unless Preacher Bill is at NAPA, I will not be back for anything.

They have raised prices at the Chariton store outrageously they charged me almost $20 for 4 nuts and bolts so I went to Lockridge got the 4 nuts / bolts for $2.65 the took the $20 nuts and bolts back to Napa and got my money BACK and explained why

Tried a couple of times to get the correct hoses made for heavy equipment... and after I thought they got them right the fittings for the hoses were made standard when they should have been metric.. back a 3rd time and they never ordered the hoses... back a fourth time and still no hoses.. told them to forget the hoses

Great service today fixing a topper clamp and made believer in a lube product they sell called tempred well worth the price thanks for your great service

Well it's a parts store and they had parts. The oil I bought was pretty expensive.
