The gentleman who answered my phone call at Westbridge Inn & Suites was very helpful. He helped me arrange accommodations for several employees and made sure billing was set up accurately. I called back the next day for the folios/invoices and he got them to me straight away. I can't speak for the room itself, but I can say that customer service is very professional. Again, very appreciative of the gentleman that helped me from reservations to receiving the folios!

The room was smelly and musty, pillows were flat as pancakes. There was an active leak above our toilet. They provide a 2 gallon trash can for the room, and the carpet was kind of gross to walk on in bare feet. The hallway smelled like raw sewage in the mornings. We mentioned the leak to the manager and he didn't either understand us or seem at all concerned. We were there as a group (5 rooms) for my daughters wedding, and we all had the same opinion. It was over priced. This would have been a $39.99 hotel in any big city. Centerville should expect more. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. While I was away on the job a mouse ate my bread in the room.y bosses room was full of fruit flies landing on his face all night. The hotel has a bad pest problem. No attendant at front desk unless you call them. Security camera has a piece of paper blocking it's view. Molding around doors is damaged, and carpet needs to be replaced. After discussing this with the attendant they simply shrugged their shoulders and smiled. No solution or reasonable amount of money was returned to me. The only thing that worked well was the air conditioner. Bedding was outdated. This place needs a major overhaul.

You can slap a new coat of paint on anything and call it good. From the outside it looks like a nice place, but once you get inside, not so good. The remodel looks nice until you look at the rest of the building. Whoever did this was a hack, and just did it to do it. It's just a place to sleep for me, but I'll probably go to the Super 8 down the street from now on. I can't stand it when a husband and wife are arguing in a different language when I'm checking in, but to see the garbage remodel makes it worse.

I had a maintenance tech from out of town stay at this hotel on 2 separate occasions, once in July, once the 1st wk of August. Both 1 overnight stay each. Paid with corporate credit card. The "complimentary breakfast" consisted of old fruit and bagged little debbie donuts (both stays). We believe this is what caused him to get sick (2nd visit). The carpet was damp (1st visit). The bathroom wasn't clean (2nd visit) , the door latch was broken but still within the screws on the door frame (2nd visit) and they accused him of stealing a blanket (2nd visit). The front desk help does not help as they are too busy smoking outside alot. I wouldn't, with good conscience, recommended this establishment.

Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was ok, it was really busy since the hotel was booked with wedding guests and the dining room was full, but the food was alright. The biscuit was rock hard and dry but the gravy was great. Room was ok, some food crumbs and dirt noted under the chair cushion and the drawers has coins in it. But otherwise was great. Nice location.

Room appeared "clean" but when my 10 month old crawled across the floor playing with her toys her hands and feet got disgustingly dirty FAST... like black all over them. Hotel, home, friends houses, out in my yard I have never seen her hands and feet that dirty... Front desk also called us before the pool even closed telling us to & I quote "stop making noise" so that was interesting. The next day we found a dirty pillow behind a chair as we double checked for our belongings. My conclusion pool was alright, hotel was not clean, the front desk guy wasn't a people person.

I travel to Centerville quite a bit and there is no where else I would stay! The rooms are updated and nice. The hotel is fairly quiet. The owners are fantastic. They will go out of their way to accommodate any request as best they can. In fact, I feel it is more like staying with family rather than an impersonal hotel! The continental breakfast is as good as any, and I really like their coffee. They keep it well stocked. Last time we were there we used the conference room and we had no issues at all. Everything was exactly as I expected it to be! This is my favorite hotel to stay at and I am always excited when I get to go back! So if you have a chance, check them out! You won't be disappointed :)

I had stayed here several times before Covid and wanted to come back to see my sister and family. I found the rooms to be very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the room was amazingly quiet; once I closed my door, I couldn't hear anything in the hallway. I didn't use the breakfast room as my sister who lives close by provided me with my breakfast. I do wish the door on the north end of the front of the hotel was secured as I travel alone and would have felt more comfortable having that extra measure of security, especially since I came back every night after dark. The hallways could use a little extra cleaning and/or updates. Otherwise everything was wonderful and I will stay here again when I visit family in the area. The staff as usual, was very friendly and accommodating.

The last person I expected to see in my hometown (Iowa)was someone that came from where I currently reside (tennessee), The manager was very kind to take a late night call from me and reserve our room for the next day. We got in town 2 hours before check in and had no issues with letting us come early. Also, he was kind enough to let me check out an hour late. The hotel was very clean and the staff was fun to visit with and they were awesome with my dog! That is the main reason I picked the hotel to begin with( pet friendly). Numerous family members stayed there and were pleased with the hotel also!!!

Staying at the Westbridge was the best adventure ever! The recently redone hotel lobby totally concealed the exotic smells of the staffs cooking that assaulted you in the hallway and wafted under your room door at night. Their commitment to the environment is incredible, as evidenced by only a very few outlets or lights that actually drew electricity in the room. Also by the lack of any maid service or new towels during our 2 night stay. I would have given 5 stars, but I only met someone from the hotel on check in, and then never saw the desk staffed again. Finally, they must only have one or two king beds because we were one of four cars in the parking lot, yet they, "had no king beds available." Putting us upstairs next to another guest's room and adjacent to the highway only added to the atmosphere of the stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Very clean and the staff was super friendly. The level of service we received from young girl at the desk was second to none! She checked us in and even helped us out with some last minute changes. I d definitely stay here again.

Because of the thieves who work there. It was a small little fat man. Why would a hotel ruin themselves and hire thieves? It was filthy. No water pressure. Bugs. Washcloths were cleaning rags or hadn't been laundered. Rooms were filthy. We bought a set of sheets because our black light showed proteins from someone or something. Most horrible place I've had the displeasure of staying.

This hotel is clean and accessible from the main road. It is very close to all the great shops in town, and it's walking distance from the Square. The new management is doing great things to make this hotel more modern and make it a great place for events. I was privileged to have seen one of the rooms they're in the process of updating. It was gorgeous! They are even planning to put jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms. When it's completed, it will be a rival for the local resort. I can't wait to go back and see the finished product. Also, the owners are very friendly and accommodating. They made sure we received everything we asked for. They have a great continental breakfast each morning. I know that when I go back, it'll easily earn 5 stars.

Not only was the hallway dirty the rooms were to. Our bed wasn t made properly and the bedding was stained! Microwave didn t work it also had food in it. Most of the plugins didn t work even after they told us we had to flip the switch to make them work. The pool was not heated, it was freezing. The only thing for breakfast was waffles and biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were hard as a rock. Our phone in our room didn t even work.

Owners were very kind and polite. Bed was extremely comfortable and our room was delightful. The pool was a fun bonus. Owner showed me what the remodeled rooms will soon look like and I'm very excited for my next stay.

The clerk at the front desk was very rude and even cussed at my bridesmaid when we asked for a new room due to ours having stains on the bed. My parents had black mold on their bed and the ceiling in the bathroom dropped pieces onto the towels. Overall highly disappointed, especially since I booked this hotel for my wedding. I would suggest not staying here any time soon.

General appearance isn't too bad but the carpets were dirty....hallways and in rooms...never saw a vacuum being used, in three days!. Door to pool doesn't open all the way and is likely a safety violation! Our family had at least six rooms and every one had issues....food on the floors, used condoms, loose plumbing, lighted mirrors that don't work, etc... The breakfast is a joke....90% was packaged sugar packed snacks, the little bit of fruit had bugs all over it, wouldn't refill sausage gravy and biscuits unless we would tell them that more people were coming. Definitely over priced and need to sanitize often!
