Kindness means a lot, especially when it is 7� outside and your van is overheating, you have children with you and can't go on.The service station staff wasted no time diagnosing the van. It couldn't be fixed.They would not take payment.So grateful to them.

Everyone at Bratz Shell is professional and courteous. Everything they have done for us has been 100% with no return visits. Bratz has been in business for many years and always been the place for tires, fuel, mechanical repairs. You won't be disappointed!

Great Service! A full Service Gas station that not only will pump your gas, but still washes windows, checks air in your tires. All the employees are very kind and helpful. They offer a full line of Automotive Servicing from tire repairs to brakes, exhaust and oil changes.Another local family owned business that treats you like your family and not just another number.

Excellent station for a medium sized town. Have 24 hour towing on the cheap. Full service repair shop. I went there to get a tire fixed and needed 5 New lug nuts. Cost $25.00.

While shopping the Southern Iowa Junk Jaunt our battery died. They came quickly to help and got us back shopping in no time. Awesome service.

Yea were wrong once in a life time and this was my one time they have no idea what their doing took a truck in there because it was chugging and they told me it was the gas cap so I took it home put plugs in it and the chugging stopped and it runs great now. So your taken your own life in your own hands with them.

Truck broke down and they were able to fix it speedily at an affordable rate. Found out that the place is family run and has been for years. The nostalgia and wonderful attendant made the short wait worth it! Thanks Mark!!!!!

Wait will depend of the day. They will always be upfront with the estimated time of service. Appointments made ahead will get first service. So far I have been pleased with the service given there.

I have been using Bratz gas station since they opened it I use it as a convenience because they are full service I like the people that work there I'm good friends with one of the guys when Mr Bratz owned it before he passed away it was a lot better now that Mark owns it he has some younger employees that really need to be a little bit better trained and I will speak with Mark on that but it is a good gas station best in town would recommend it to anybody good mechanics I recommend Bratz gas station to everybody best place in Appanoosse County
