Had trouble with my truck on the road and the management and employees went well beyond had battery and a solenoid issue after testing but was able to get it back up and running again great customer service

Carly that works there is always smiling and is always very nice and helpful. Very rarely do I wind up with the wrong part. Special order parts always calls to let me know when it is in. 5 stars all around. Only ace I will do business.

On a repeated basis, they order the wrong parts. Also repeatedly returning parts they had in stock because they give me the wrong part. Waste of time and gas to have them keep messing up. Last week was charged over$100 extra for parts. Was refunded to card but waited 5 days for the refund and still had to pay again for the right amount. So instead of $147 coming off the card a little over $400 was charged.

I pulled in with an overheating van, two Amish passengers and two of my children.I bought some antifreeze, poured it into the radiator only to see that it came out another end.They quickly got on the phone and told me where a service station was that could get me right in.I appreciate them going the extra mile, especially with children along in single digit temperatures.

The staff is always helpful. There are a couple of men that work there that will do all they can to help you. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I usually ask for them when i go. Glen and Brian are the ones to look for if you have a question or just need a part.

I needed to add a hitch to my 2008 GMC. After looking at their website I decided to go in and get a hitch. They helped my to find the right hitch and wiring adapter. They had to order it and was to be in the next day. The following morning they called me to apologize and say that there was a delay and it should be the following day. Sure enough it came the next day and fit in the truck as advertised. I really appreciated their call to tell me it was going to be delayed. While I did not think the apology was necessary I appreciate the heads up.

I called o'reilly's last weekend looking for a rear drive belt for a Harley and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. Its nice to see their are still really good people that exist in this world. Thank u

They insulted me the moment I walk in the door. Just grinding,laughing and whispering insults in a low voice. I own a mobile welding company and I will not be giving them my business again! Very unprofessional! Laugh and crack your jokes after the customers gone if your that kind of person. Worst O Reillys I have ever been in! I think I m going to start going to Advanced Auto or Napa maybe they will treat a customer with respect!

It's not the business it's the people that works there n the managers that runs it that don't know what they doing. That why I do business with mountpleasant iowa OReilly parts store they have what u need in stock n if not they have it over night n no waiting around for three four days for parts

Never have the right parts in stock, then if they order it for you they don't let you know it's in. Lost my business. Manager isn't very Customer friendly either
