Prices are fine, the folks working there are very knowledgeable about the wares they are selling. The only reason it's getting four stars out of five is because occasionally they get too busy to help you and they don't keep a lot of stock of every item so you will often run into needing to order some. Make sure to call ahead and check if they got what you need.

The paint department is AWESOME! I went into true value to try and match a paint color. The 2 ladies that helped me went beyond and matched it perfectly. Thank u paint dept!

Joe in rental was worried about my wiring for trailer when really it didn't matter cause half of the lights had lens's missing. Oh well saved me $400. Terrible people skills Joe.

The people are great. The quality of goods is first class and the fox hole gun shop is in the building. My wife loves there first class service at the hardware store. There. Kind of service is hard to find these days.

So how many times does a person need to be asked if they need help when they enter a store? In this place I felt as though I was being harassed for walking around was rather embarrassing to say the least.. I was there because I had a DIY project. I knew what I needed.. I was not in there but all 10 to 15 min yet asked at the very least 10 different occasions and a few times by the same employee they have working... this takes the fun out if shopping... All that said, they have plenty of items needed on hand and They do have a gun store within the building that is nice and sells top shelf firearms yet the workers didn't seam to interested in selling any items in the case I was looking at. As they never offered to open nor ask if I'd like to see anything...

They are extremely rude I was made to feel like a criminal. They ask you to help u. Then if u tell them you are browsing. They follow you threw the store watching over your shoulder. They look down and talk down to there customers.I will not return to that store.

The staff has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to research a solution. I appreciate them in our community. It is a fun store to visit, even on days I don't need to make a purchase.

This is the nicest store. Everything seems well organized and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful! I will be shopping here MUCH more! I'm glad my husband sent me on an errand here last week.

ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE TO MY WORST ENEMY. But if you feel like being talked down to this is the place to go to a store employee asked If ii needed help for the millionth time and I finally said yeah and the store manager under his breath said I just asked them in a rude stuck up way to the employee so then he came over and said what do you u need we said nothing and left the cart full that we were going to purchase sit and walked out. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..... YOUR BEST BET IS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went there hoping to find help with furnace parts and they were extremely rude. Rolling their eyes at my husband when they found out the band of furnace that we have. Very unprofessional and rude.

I walked to the back of the store and then back out 5 minutes after the place opened and was asked by 5 people if I needed any help. Suuuuppper helpful. Lol

Have had problems with the rental twice now!! Reserved the trencher yesterday, got there to pick it up this morning and they rented it out to someone else. This is the second time this has happened. Will not be giving them my business again.

It s a Sunday and it says they close at 1pm got here at 12:40 and they already had there doors locked! Annoying annoying annoying!!! I ll just drive to menards they are much better anyhow!
