If you can t put 6qts of oil in my Chevy Silverado and you re not bright enough to solder the new harness when putting it in. Well you shouldn t be a mechanic anywhere. If you laugh and think it s funny because I m a female. Well, you shouldn t be a mechanic! Beware people idiots everywhere! I do not recommend!

I would like to say I was 100% satisfied but I just can not do so. Personnel I dealt with was great, friendly and a pleasure, the price a little high for patching a tire but everything is high these days so even that was acceptable. Time to do it was decent no complaint..Here's where I feel they really failed on the rating, got back in my truck and it was dirty.. the leather steering wheel, the door panel was dirty as well as the seat and sun visor.All dirty. (Wife wiped it clean before I got back out to get pictures or I'd have posted some!)I get that they are not the dealer who puts plastic on seat and a disposable wheel cover or clean gloves on to keep customer's vehicles clean, But at least wash hands and put something on the leather seat!Thanks for being there and stay kind and pleasant to deal with.

The guys did an absolutely amazing job on my Jeep, and it wasn't an easy task! 4" suspension lift with all new rims and tires! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.. Thanks again guys!

I came to get new tires because I had some pulling on my van..they could of easily charged me and put the 2 new tires I thought I needed on my van but they didn't do that. They actually came out of the office to talk to me about how my tires weren't that bad...haven't ever had a shop be so honest about their work AND I greatly appreciate them. Will definitely use them for our family's tire needs!

Did most of my talking with Harry. Was treated very well. Explained what all they found going on. Was genuine and explained everything so I understood it. Was genuine and caring. Offered me good advice. Fixed the problem that I took my vechiles there for. Had it done when they said they would. I'd recommend them very highly. Was great about everything. Thanks Harry n Tom Appreciate all u did and I will tell others about the great service I received!!

Friendly staff, very willing to help with whatever your automotive needs are. They use high quality parts when making repairs. With Reasonable pricing, I drive around 50,000 miles a year and need good mechanical service, they have my business.

Customer service sucks in the Centerville branch. The manager was running the front desk and didn t get up to meet me at the front desk. I sat in there for an hour and they didn t tell me when my car was done. The price to swap 2 tires was a bit steep. I m not planning on coming back.Update; 01/21/21. The owner contacted me and apologized for the service and made it right with me. I appreciate that so I ll give it 3 stars instead of 1.

These guys and girl were amazing. Besides all the confusing on google we got it figured it and they were more then happy to fix my car. Justin was totally awesome at showing and explaining to me why my brakes weren t working. I definitely recommend them.

Eastern Iowa Tire is awesome they fit me in no appointment got my new tires put on really quick. Very friendly people doing an awesome job. And my car drives great with it's new tires. I'll see them again when I need a new set.

Scheduled appointment to change front snow tires to my all season radials. Waited two hours and was charged $57. No apology or even acknowledgement of the ridiculous time I had to wait. Never going back there again!

I just want to take a min to let everyone know about my visit to eastern Iowa tire company in Centerville Iowa yesterday . In Short It sucked. To say the least rude to start with n price gouging to beat . I went in to have two tires mounted on rims that were already off of the vehicleand was charged $63 to mount and balance two tires that is ridiculous I just hope that everybody that reads this tells at least one person and then they tell and then maybe I'll get the gouging back they deserve.

Had new tires installed at this shop. Went to torque again per their instructions. Pulled the caps of the rims and missing 2 lug nuts. Definitely won't be going back.

Wife took her car in to have a pressure sensor replaced. And they ruined her rim . Owner wouldn't do anything about it, NEVER will they get my business again
