From the moment I pulled in to receive an estimate until I picked it up.Complete Automotive was A+.Not only was my car ready sooner than anticipated, but they had cleaned it from top to bottom and it looked amazing.I would not hesitate to return to Complete Automotive. After an unfortunate fender bender, we found ourselves getting a quote from Complete Automotive. They were highly recommended by several friends in our area and we wanted to support a local business. The estimate was quick, scheduling was even quicker and I was impressed with the turnaround time. Justin and Sean were great at communicating and we were blown away when we received our vehicle back! Not only did the outside of our suv look brand new, the inside was detailed and they leveled out my tire pressure too! You can tell they really care about their customers! We will absolutely be recommending Complete Automotive to anyone who needs their services!

The speed and quality of service at Complete Automotive were amazing! I went from a quote for body damage/paint work on Monday to picking up my car on Friday, unreal. The attention to detail and customer service was really appreciated. The cherry on top was getting into my car and realizing they had taken the time to vacuum and clean it up. I live on gravel and have kids, so my car came out of the shop in better condition than prior to the fender bender. Thank you so much!!

Complete Automotive was excellent. They did a great job on the repair of my truck. Its literally as good as new. They made it super simple and dealt with the insurance completely.They even went above and beyond, taking the time to touch up a part that wasn t their responsibility. AND they did a full interior detail as well.Justin and his crew are absolutely the best. I hope we don t end up in another accident, but if we do, there s no question where we ll be taking our vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a minor fender bender accident. The other drivers insurance company (State Farm) gave me 3 different shops to call and schedule my vehicle repair. All the other shops were booked out for at least a month and I was immediately shocked when I called Complete Automotive and scheduling was the very next week. I went and got an estimate the next day and was able to schedule my vehicle for repair within a week. I dropped off my vehicle after hours and was kept informed on the process as they repaired my car. My vehicle was done within 3 days and they immediately let me know it was ready for pickup by phone call. I was able to pick my car up after hours also and my car looked like new. Customer service was top notch! Very friendly staff who care about doing the job right. They know how to do quick and quality work. If you need collision repair, Complete Automotive is the place to go!

Justin was amazing to work with throughout the entire experience. He quickly gave me an estimate when I stopped by and it was close to what the insurance company estimated to start with. As soon as the parts were available he was able to get my car in quickly and had repairs completed within a couple days. I paid the original portion agreed to by the insurance company and he will settle the rest with them directly. I was anxious about the entire process but Justin made it go smoothly.Service: Body & Trim

Was Rear Ended. Got ahold of Complete Automotive and worked with Justin and he was very easy to work with. I stopped by got the estimate and sent that over to insurance and he took care of the rest. Was very detailed with everything and making sure it was completed with full detail and care.

I've taken my car to Complete Automotive two times! Each time, the process went extremely well! The employees handled everything from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable. If you need collision repairs, this is the shop to take your vehicle!

My 10 day old brand new car was damaged in the storm last Aug. 2020. I had deep scratches everywhere. Justin and his team was able to get them out and even had to replace the bummer as the scratches were way too deep. Did an amazing job of repainting the car then, which turns out had two different paint colors on it. A color underneath the main color of the car. I will be back if I ever need a car repaired again. Jason and his associates are very personable. My vehicle was very cosmetically damaged from the derecho. Jason called a day early and said it was ready to go! Justin and the gang did a "bang up" job on fixing it back to its original shape or even better. They were very communicative on updates, always kept me in the loop if any parts were back ordered, and got the job done in the time they said they would. They made the entire process easy working with the insurance directly. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting there vehicle fixed after an accident.

Had a lot of damage and Complete did a good job fixing the vehicle. However, was diasppointed with follow up items. They lost a mat from the back of our vehicle and never followed up to replace it after I told them what to order. Also, the detail job on the inside was low quality and the vehicle still looked and felt dirty on the inside. Good for fixing your vehicle on the outside but not for detailing and owning their negligence in losing part of the vehicle.

The ONLY place to go for your auto body needs! Great staff, so helpful, super friendly, and they do great work! I am so pleased with all of their services! Definitely reccommend! They are able to be a bright spot in an otherwise not so great situation, which is commendable as well!

I hit a deer with my brand new truck. I brought it in and received a fast and accurate quote. When I dropped off for repair it was finished within a few days. The whole process was simple since they were in my insurance company's preferred shop list. (Thier spray in bedliner is high quality too!)
