I needed a motor replacement and everyone at Center Point Auto were more than happy to fix my problem. The staff is friendly and communicative, providing me with updates as necessary. They were also able to get to work right away and finished the job sooner than I anticipated . When I received a flat tire after swerving to avoid a dog. I was uncertain of where to go after my roadside assistance provided a tow truck provider that no longer makes roadside calls. My son picked me up and we went to talk try our luck at Center Point Auto, where we met Jordan Lass. Jordan took his time to understand the situation and asked to make sure that I was alright in the process. Within 3 minutes, Jordan had two of the techs hopping in a car to help swap out my spare. This is truly one of the best experiences I have had with any automotive dealership or repair center in YEARS! I highly recommend Center Point Auto for any car issue, and from what I saw on the lot...it may be a place to look for future vehicle purchases!Thank you very much to Jordan Lass and Center Point Auto.

The folks at Center Point Auto from top to bottom were fantastic to work with. They prepared a quote for a very complex transmission swap, and then executed per the quote. When unexpected complications arose they communicated often and professionally. Best of all there were no surprises, extra charges or hidden costs. Integrity is a big deal in today's world so I highly recommend Center Point Auto for basic to very complex repair work. Great business! Called around 3:45pm for a last minute oil change. My normal place cancelled me last minute and with leaving town I needed to get this done. Well Center Point Auto came through and squeezed me in. Very professional staff and I have found a new place for my auto service needs. They go above and beyond. Being a single Mom they have helped me out by explaining things and taking their time. They put your needs first. Quentin is very calm and can handle any thing. I'm so glad they opened up here in town.
