Thanks to Dan and all the guys at Westside Tire Co. My vehicle started acting up Thursday and I needed to leave town early Friday. Even though it was late in the afternoon before I decided to call them, they still told me to bring it in. It needed a new starter and they said they could get it done before noon on Friday. They had it done by 8:30 Friday. It s always busy there, so it meant a lot they fit it in! I appreciate you guys! Always friendly, always helpful. This is why I keep going there after 15+ years!

I appreciate how friendly and laid back the staff is. I called at 7:30am for an oil change and they got me right in. I waited barely an hour and it was all done. Had good conversation with two older gentlemen also waiting. All of us were there just under and hour. I don't bother going anywhere else cuz they make it so easy and always do a great job.

They were able to quickly and correctly get my car aligned. My car has lowering springs with an aggressive wheel/tire setup. So it was a little more unusual than the regular car and they were able to get it done. I would come back again.

I absolutely love this place because the staff is so friendly and helpful!!The take care of my oil changes and they're very reasonably priced with great service!!Stop by and see Bob and the rest of the staff, Bob makes the best cup of coffee too!!!

Always willing to help you out no matter what your car issue is. Could be a simple oil change or tire rotation replacement of tires or other more complicated car repairs they will get the job done at a reasonable price and quickly. Sometimes they get busy so it is best to schedule yoir appointments ahead of time but they will attempt to accommodate you if you have an emergency an work you into their schedule as time allows. Comfortable waiting room with seating for 8 or so people.

I used to bring my Volkswagen down here, they were doing a pretty good job on it but not happy with the last service I got from them on my New Range Rover Velar I recently bought .after their first time service on my Velar, now I hear lots of noises when I drive on a little rough road, not smooth as it used to be, steering wheel gone pretty hard, not feeling the same excitement for it as I used to, idk what they did on my car, but I would take it to a Range Rover dealer for my next services and also recommend Range Rover owners a Range Rover dealer for services, it might be a little pricey, but they have more knowledge about your Range Rovers than local places

They are a very customer satisfaction type of shop. They will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is treated right. If you as a customer have an issue they will make sure to correct it even if they may not be responsible for it.

Called 11/27/23 to verify there was no charges on my cousins car so we could pick it up because the repair was more than they could afford. They stated that we could come pick it up on this week and no charges were owed. Now today 11/29/23 a friend came to pick it up and had a surprise $150 bill. Very unprofessional and poor diagnostics to boot

They've done me right so far and have been pretty good at what they do.My only gripe right now is they need to update their website for the Saturday hours....if you go online it shows them being open from 7am to noon on Saturday, but they have apparently been closing at 11:30 which is annoying cause I pay my CC bill every month in person and sometimes don't make it there til 11:30. Saturday is the only day that works for me to get there to do so.....not terrible I guess, just very annoying.

We were traveling through Iowa when we had an emergency-adjacent issue with the truck alignment. We started calling around Cedar Rapids, since we were coming up on it, in hopes of getting it fixed. These guys worked us in, were FAST, super friendly, and we're back on the road now. I wasn't at all shocked by the bill either. It was actually a little less than I expected!

They were excellent to work with they found the nail in my tire that 5 seasons tire could t find at all after taking it to them twice.. I will gladly bring my vehicles back to these guys from now on for any tire repair that is needed

It was great everybody was friendly very positive they help me with trying to find my rims sit there and explain to me how much they would cost with all the expensive would be I mean I know everything about the rims I want and I'm going to buy those exactly from Goodyear there's. I appreciate the honest and straight forward advice in what needs to be replaced or repaired. They treat you like family and are always willing to answer the questions in a language we can all understand. I just called to set up a appointment to have my vehicle looked at. I've came to westside on and off for 20 years and obviously called because they had left a decent impression. Anyhow, some woman answered the phone and was very very unprofessional, seemed to know it all before I could even explain it and was so rude. I cannot stand people who are too smart for their own good. Get someone to answer the phone who has a idea of how to talk with customers. This is just a thousand dollar job you lost to tires plus of all places. Great job.

Did business with these guys for the first time the other day. Extremely wonderful service. They were able to answer my questions instantly and the oil change was more than affordable. The little punch card is a nice little loyalty thing too. Highly recommend Westside Tire if you are in need of a mechanic shop!

I was in Cedar Rapids for my nieces wedding. When we pulled in notice a noise coming from my drivers side front. Saturday my nephew said call west side they take care of me. I called knowing it s Saturday and figured they were busy. They said bring it in. I got there they got it in, was a easy fix to them and sent me on my way at no charge. This never happens in the world we live. They have my respect and I will tell any body and everybody about west side tire. Thank you

I love the team at Westside. I always call them first whenever I have a question or need for my vehicle - even if they don t perform a specific service, they will give you recommendations for who can and give you options for your budget, etc. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and I gladly make the drive down from Marion for their service. I 110% recommend them to anyone in the CR area.

I've been coming here since I moved to CR three years ago. I have never had a bad experience (or witnessed one) while awaiting work on my car. They also have a good reward program with oil changes. I'm glad I have a consistent, friendly place to get maintenance done.

Took my truck in there to get the alignment checked and the tailgate was damaged while there in the shop itself and the management there would not believe me nor would they hold anybody accountable for it. I would avoid this business. I didn t ask for anything but acknowledgment of damage occurring.

I had a very low pressure reading on one tire and went out searching for a shop to fix it on a Saturday morning. The folks at Westside Tire were hopping but took care of me in less than 30 minutes. My customer service experience was A+.

The best guys. The best service. Fair Prices. Honesty is their policy and you know you're not getting screwed. Have used Good Year for years and it really makes you feel good to know you've got car guys you can trust. So happy I found Good Year, Jay and the rest of the great folks at Good Year.Seriously the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. Really nice group of guys who are the exact opposite of every (mostly untrue) mechanic stereotype you've seen. They are friendly, they work quickly, they are honest, and their prices are more than fair.I can't say enough good things about these guys, and if you're in the area, you should consider them your first choice.

These guys are awesome! Getting ready to leave for work in the morning to find a flat tire is seriously the worst... They got me in super last minute, fixed my tire, AND squeezed in an alignment. I called 3 other places this morning and the earliest anyone else could even look at my tire was two days out. They were quick, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you!!

What a great place!! Heading back to MN from FL and hit a deep hole south of Iowa City and made it to Cedar Rapids for the night. Got to Westside before opening an they were able to get me in almost immediately. Got the front end align and the checked everything out. Even checked the balance and rotated the tires for me. I was out of there and on my way back to MN in 45 min! Can never say enough good about this place!

I've been going to Westside for about 6 years now, and everytime I do I am always greeted politely by everyone who works there. I've always been charged decently and the work that has been done on my vehicles has been done right and they have never tried to over charge for me get me to fix things that shouldn't be. Dan has always given me cheap quotes and helped me as great as he could with anything on my car! I will continue to go there and couldn't asked to be treated better.
