What kind of repair shop doesn t take appointments to get stuff fixed? Bring it in and we will work it in when we can? That is one of the dumbest policies I ve ever heard. So I m supposed to bring my truck in, drop it off, and help you get to it in a reasonable time?

Just got new PNDB installed in my cascadia as it was randomly shutting off while I was driving. I told the foreman not to diagnose my truck and install the PNDB to save labour fees . Although he was suggesting me to get it diagnosed . But I refused. And he started behaving rudely.

Stay away from this people on feb 1 2022 I want there to check that I had battery connection problem on the next day they drove my truck without my consent. I asked him why would you do that without my consent? They told me some people like some people don t on a second day they did the same thing on the third day they blew up my engine. I asked him to speak with the manager. They won t let me they give me the runaround. I asked him to give me what happened in the writing they gave me a wrong statement. It was saying that I was driving the truck when the engine blew up and that was not the truth. They was driving the truck without my consent. I fell into depression. That was my only truck I bought it was my last dollar that I had till this day they didn t do nothing about it, stay away from these people. My only advice for you please stay away from them.

Ace did the job. Diagnosed the issue, repaired and steamed the area clean. They did a quality check and the price was reasonable. Just remember, they're a busy dealership, be patient.

Strongly not recommend. !!!!!!!! Those guys are liars , I give them zero star I have problem with radiator of my truck but it tells me 11 hr job ,usually it takes 6hr job ,they consider only to make money they don't care the customers every hr it charges me PARTS: 1,856.12 -- LABOR: 2,034.00 .We agree everything they changed In addition to that I advice every one to look another dealership frightliner or TA shops plz try to look any shop near this area.I am here for two days with nothing ..

Truck country has a GM by the name Chris Flockheart. I can tell you with absolute certainty that he is there to care for us as customers. His attention to detail and hospitality truly has few if any equals. They installed my body boxes beautifully. I have been going to truck country for a few years now. They sold me my first truck and stood by me thru good and bad times. If your looking for a good experience with people who truly care this IS your only stop. Thank you for all that you do, your techs are knowledgeable and accurate! I will continue to use truck country.

Good mechanics. Decent prices. Just don't wait on the truck. I watched them diagnose my truck. It was a 10 minute fix. instead of fixing it so I could roll, they put it back together and made me get in line. I had to wait for trucks that did not have guys there waiting. I waited 4 hours for them to get back to my truck. The entire time they knew I was there waiting. Great shop, their process is just screwy.

Try not to go there!!!! I just brought my truck for a NOx sensor change and that was supposed to take a day or two as I was told my Tara. It took them a week to fix it and they messed up the payment and no one knew how to fixed it. I stood for hours waiting for them to figure it out

Excellent service from the parts dept and their management team. Resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Although it may have taken awhile, I noticed several people who had called in first, walk up and have their whole order waiting for them. Great team, doing a good job during an extremely busy cold snap.

Had a little bit of a wait to get in as expected. They were prompt about getting the repairs done and have very clean and organized shop. The drivers lounge was comfy and clean. Overall a great experience. Hopefully if my truck breaks down again it's in this area.

I never give a 5 star rating, there's a no perfection, but Truck Country is close enough. Despite of the fact, we weren't struggling to get parts, together as a team we manage to pull it off. James was very professional and has a great personality, he is truly fit to manage. He went above and beyond to take care of so many of us who had issues with their trucks. Damian, not sure if that's how you spell his name, he was also wonderful to work with. Overall, great experience. I recommend this shop to any Owner Operators.

Came in with a check engine lite and some lost of pulling power. Started on my truck right about when they were figuring would be able to, had problem solved and repairs made by evening same day. Service writers and tech were polite and helpful. Would say, if I have issues with my truck and am in the area you can work on my truck again. You're a lot better then the freightliner shop by my house.

Great staff. Always helpful. The 2 hour diagnostic guarantee usually goes over 2 hours and the prices could be better. I think a discount for owner ops would make more sense than the discount for big companies but the staff make up for those short comings. I have been coming here for 8 years or so and will continue to do so for repairs but prices will drive me away if they don't get more competitive. Diagnostic fees should apply toward repair if only an hour or so. More than that I understand having to charge for.

Strongly not recommend. !!!!!!!! Those guys are liars , telling one thing and doing opposite. They did check inverter and gave us the bill for 718.00$ , when we asked what we are paying for , they asked us how much we want to pay . What kind of business is this ?

This place is full of dumbasses. They will lie and tell you they can fix stuff when they have no idea. They tried telling us we had the wrong parts when the found out they were putting them on wrong tried charging us 1000 just for labor for them trying to figure it out. Pulled off the lot the parts started falling off had to take it somewhere else to make sure they didn't screw up anything else. Almost didn't have it done in time for our vacation the whole reason we got an RV. I can't describe in words how much trouble we had with this place. I wouldn't recommend it to my worse enemy. We will never go back. This is 0 stars for me. I hope people check the comments before going in there because we didn't and we should have and a lot of people have the same issue's. Hope this saves people a lot of money, time and frustration.

They told me I had a blown coolant hose by def tank on my brand new cascadia, and that the def tank was bad. It was only hoses needing tightened. Wasn t sure how the microwave outlet came on, they charged for a battery and inverter test when all they did was push a button. I feel they are crooked and I will never go there again. They should be ashamed of themselves for lying to hard working customers. Make sure you see what they replace and why.

Good work...just took way longer than they said. Also...they were supposed to get back to me with an estimate on more work asap and never did. This was after calling back twice and asking for said estimate on future work. Nothing personal...that's just what happened. I'm sure they do fine work...just gotta be a little better with the customer service. Details.

Usually fast and thorough. Their allignments are top-notch. Comfortable pet friendly waiting area. Limited weekend service-type coverage though. Took extra care to protect my interior during repairs

Best Truck Country we've ever been to, and we've about seen 'em all.The shop was packed full but Matt at the service desk did an excellent job and got a guy right on our small 1/2 hour job to get us down the road. The mechanic was energetic AND actually knew what he was doing! Fair price, no hassles, once again the best experience ever. A breath of fresh air in a stale portion of our industry. It was a slow going prose's and then they said I had no account there. This was embarrassing people were standing behind me over hurd the guy, but I did have a. Account there. He just jumped the gun.

I have taken my truck to this shop because my check engine light and solid engine light would come on......I have made 3 attempts to pick up my truck, each time I try picking up my truck the engine light would reappear....now the 3rd time picking up it doesn't pop up so I am thinking great, now I can get back on the road and make some money....not the case this time...as I am writing this, my check engine light and solid engine light is back on!!!! I thought they would have the equipment to work on a DD15 engine but I guess they don't!!!.....Not worth taking it to them again if they can't diagnose the problem!!! Especially when they have all the right tools but apparently nobody there knows how to use them!!! Super frustrating!!!

The amount of time it takes for a simple senor install is astounding. Told it was a one hour job, waited over 1 hr. Asked what was going on and if truck was ready. Told didn't have enough ppl to continue to work on my rig. Another 4 hrs later truck is outside and doing regen. Regen is done asked if truck was ready, told had to test drive. Okay then drive it, well test driver was currently on another truck yours will be next. Okay so waited and he returned only to take a different truck and leave mine. This place loves lying straight faced and wasting drivers time. I will not be returning here if I can ever help it.
